Comparative example 5: the only difference from example 1 is that mellitic acid is not added to the grape seed liquid.
Comparative example 6: the difference from example 1 is that grape seed solution is not added with grape seed solid extract.
The bark of eucommia bark of the same position is taken from eucommia bark of the same age of 10 years after the eucommia bark of the same growth vigor is treated by the method of the embodiment and the comparative example, the content of gutta percha and the content of eucommia flavone in each group of 3g of eucommia bark are detected, and the comparison is carried out:
extracting the eucommia ulmoides gum for 2 hours by using petroleum ether; extracting eucommia ulmoides flavonoids for 2 hours by using an ethanol solution with the volume fraction of 70 percent;
TABLE 1
As can be seen from the above Table 1, the treatment method of the present invention can effectively increase the content of gutta-percha and the content of eucommia ulmoides flavonoids in eucommia ulmoides.
Claims (8)
1. 2. The method for planting high-quality eucommia ulmoides as claimed in claim 1, wherein the grape seed liquid is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of grape seeds, 0.15-0.19 part of mellitic acid, 1.3-1.5 parts of brassinosteroid and 100 parts of water.
3. The method for planting high-quality eucommia ulmoides as claimed in claim 2, wherein the preparation method of the grape seed liquid comprises the following steps:
(1) drying the grapes until the water content is 15%, then crushing, and sieving with a 120-mesh sieve to obtain grape seed powder;
(2) carrying out reflux extraction on the grape seed powder twice by taking a 50% ethanol solution as a solvent, wherein the volume ratio of the solvent to the grape seed powder is 300 mL: 80g, extracting for 3.5 hours, then combining the two extracting solutions, then filtering to obtain filtrate, treating the filtrate by microwave for 10-15s, and then freeze-drying to obtain solid extract;
(3) dissolving the obtained solid in water, adding benzene hexacarboxylic acid and brassinosteroids, and stirring uniformly to obtain the grape seed liquid.
