Description

Foaming type cow hoof care liquid and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cow hoof care product, in particular to a foaming type cow hoof care liquid and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The hoof disease of the dairy cows refers to a general name of a series of diseases causing the lesions of the limbs and hooves of the dairy cows, common hoof bottom ulcers, hoof and toe skin proliferation, toe dermatitis, wart dermatitis and the like, is a disease with high morbidity in the prior dairy cow breeding process, is one of important reasons causing the elimination of the dairy cows, and brings great troubles to a plurality of farmers. There are two major factors that generally cause these diseases: the internal cause is that cutin hooves are loose due to unbalanced calcium and phosphorus or lack of trace elements in daily feed, and in addition, the environment of a pen is severe, the hooves are often soaked by excrement and mud, and the cutin of the hooves is softened to cause disease; the external factors are hard substances such as stones, wood chips, glass slag and the like, which can stab the soft tissues of the hooves, thereby causing infection and inflammation and causing diseases. The feed intake of the sick cows is reduced, the milk yield is reduced, the cows are directly eliminated seriously, and huge economic loss is caused. Therefore, the cow breeding benefit can be obviously improved by preventing and treating the cow hoof disease.
For years, the common hoof care products on the market contain more antibiotics, the effects of the products are obvious, but the products often generate drug resistance after being used for a long time and have serious influence on milk quality. With the development of modern Chinese medicine in China, hoof care products related to the Chinese medicine are also widely applied to cow breeding. However, the traditional Chinese medicines are various in types, the components are complex, the preparation process of the Chinese patent medicine is complex, the quality of a plurality of products is uneven, and safe and effective hoof care products are still to be further developed.
The cow breeding is often in a humid environment, a plurality of sprayed or smeared medicines can quickly fall off or be diluted after the medicines are taken, the medicine effect is greatly reduced and cannot be lasting, when the number of scattered cows is too large, the medicines are often required to be tracked and taken along with sick cows, the missed or repeated medicines are often caused, and the use is very inconvenient. At present, hoof care products on the market comprise hoof care liquid, hoof care cream, hoof care spray and the like, and the above problems which are difficult to solve often occur in the preparation in use.
Chinese patent CN 104825486A discloses a combined medicine for treating bovine hoof diseases, which comprises ethylenediamine dihydroiodide and copper sulfate (the mass mixing ratio is 1: 2-2: 3). The composition disclosed in the above patent mainly uses iodine atoms with strong oxidation effect to perform surface oxidation sterilization of hoof diseases, has little effect on refractory fungi and undesirable treatment effect, and is easy to generate side effect when being used together with antibiotic medicines.
Chinese patent CN 103860749A discloses a Chinese medicinal spray for treating bovine foot rot, which is prepared by extracting fructus Rosae Laevigatae, caulis Spatholobi, herba Violae japonicae, folium Artemisiae Argyi, Colophonium, Galla chinensis, and Zingiberis rhizoma. The invention carries out spray administration on sick cattle twice a day to treat cattle hoof diseases, and has the advantages of convenient use, low cost, no residue and high biological safety. However, when the above patent adopts spray administration, the complete contact between the wound and the medicine cannot be ensured, and the wound is easy to fall off due to poor cohesiveness after being sprayed to the surface, and the focus below the surface layer cannot be treated due to poor osmosis.
Chinese patent CN 102100750A discloses a Chinese medicinal lotion and a preparation method thereof. The medicine mainly comprises indigo naturalis, realgar, dried alum, coptis chinensis, rhubarb, calcined borax, catechu and mint. The invention has simple preparation process and low product price, and is suitable for industrial production. The preparation method adopts traditional water decoction, has low utilization rate of effective components, poor cohesiveness of the medicine to the surface of the hoof, easy falling off, and contains realgar with high toxicity, and has potential safety hazard and poor stability in use and storage process.
In conclusion, the preparation of the hoof care solution which can comprehensively prevent and treat various hoof diseases of the dairy cows, is safe and efficient, is firm in bonding, is convenient to use, and does not contain any antibiotics or toxic substances is an urgent need of the majority of dairy cow farmers and is also the responsibility and pursuit of technical personnel in the field.
