Example 2
A foaming hoof care liquid capable of preventing and treating cow hoof diseases is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 parts of Chinese herbal medicine treatment liquid, 2.5 parts of clove volatile oil, 12.5 parts of citric acid, 5 parts of zinc propionate, 0.5 part of xanthan gum, 1 part of lemon yellow, 12 parts of ethoxylated alkyl sodium sulfate (AES), and vitamin B10.5 part, 0.15 part of L-arginine and 20 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate (K12).
The preparation method comprises two parts of main liquid medicine and foaming agent solution, and comprises the following preparation steps: the main liquid medicine is prepared by adding citric acid and zinc propionate into a tank containing water, stirring for 10min to dissolve completely, and mixingMixing ethoxylated alkyl sodium sulfate (AES) and Chinese medicinal volatile oil of flos Caryophylli, adding into a preparation tank, stirring at 40 deg.C for 20min, slowly adding ethanol dispersed xanthan gum into the tank, stirring for 20min, and adding vitamin B1Dissolving L-arginine and lemon yellow with water respectively, sequentially adding into a preparation tank, adding water to constant volume, stirring for 30min until the liquid color is uniform to obtain main medicinal liquid of foaming hoof care liquid; according to the formula, firstly, adding a proper amount of water into a preparation tank, heating to 40 ℃, then slowly adding sodium dodecyl sulfate (K12) into the tank, stirring while adding, controlling the stirring speed at 50 r/min, stirring for 30min, and stopping stirring when the materials are completely dissolved and the solution is uniform, thus obtaining the foaming agent solution of the foaming hoof care liquid.
The using method comprises the following steps: when the foaming hoof care liquid prepared by the preparation method is used, the main liquid medicine and the foaming agent solution are mixed according to the ratio of 5: 1, then diluted with 50 times water, and passed through a foaming machine to produce a large amount of permanent foam in the hoof bath. Cleaning the hoof of the sick cow with water, transferring into hoof bath pool, soaking hoof for 2min, transferring into clean and dry cowshed, observing and caring, and continuously administering for 3 times every two days as a treatment period.
Example 3
A foaming hoof care liquid capable of preventing and treating cow hoof diseases is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 parts of Chinese herbal medicine treatment liquid, 2.5 parts of schizonepeta volatile oil, 10 parts of lactic acid, 3 parts of zinc gluconate, 9402 parts of carbomer, 0.5 part of brilliant blue, 802.5 parts of tween-802.5 parts and vitamin B21.5 parts of proline, 0.3 part of alpha-olefin sodium sulfonate (AOS)20 parts.
The preparation method comprises two parts of main liquid medicine and foaming agent solution, and comprises the following preparation steps: the main liquid medicine is prepared by adding lactic acid and zinc gluconate into a tank containing water, stirring for 10min to dissolve completely, mixing surfactant with the Chinese medicinal liquid and herba Schizonepetae volatile oil, adding into the tank, stirring at 35 deg.C for 20min, slowly adding ethanol-dispersed thickener into the tank, stirring for 20min, and adding vitamin B2After the proline and the brilliant blue are dissolved by water,sequentially adding into a preparation tank, adding water to desired volume, stirring for 30min until the color of the liquid is uniform to obtain main liquid medicine of foaming hoof care liquid; according to the formula, firstly, adding a proper amount of water into a preparation tank, heating to 50 ℃, then slowly adding alpha-olefin sodium sulfonate (AOS) into the tank, stirring while adding, controlling the stirring speed at 60 r/min, stirring for 20min, and stopping stirring when the foaming agent is completely dissolved and the solution is uniform, thus obtaining the foaming agent solution of the foaming hoof care liquid.

The preparation method comprises two parts of main liquid medicine and foaming agent solution, and comprises the following preparation steps: according to the formula, firstly putting glacial acetic acid and zinc lactate into a preparation tank filled with water, stirring for 10min until the glacial acetic acid and the zinc lactate are completely dissolved, then heating hydrogenated castor oil, uniformly mixing with the traditional Chinese medicine treatment liquid and the mint volatile oil, putting into the preparation tank, stirring for 20min at the temperature of 50 ℃, slowly putting tragacanth dispersed by ethanol into the tank, stirring for 20min, dissolving vitamin C, cysteine and amaranth in water, sequentially adding into the preparation tank, adding water to a constant volume, stirring for 30min until the liquid color is uniform, and thus obtaining the main liquid medicine of the foaming hoof care liquid; according to the formula, firstly, adding a proper amount of water into a preparation tank, heating to 50 ℃, then slowly adding poloxamer into the tank, stirring while adding, controlling the stirring speed at 60 revolutions per minute, stirring for 20min, and stopping stirring when the materials are completely dissolved and the solution is uniform, thus obtaining the foaming agent solution of the foaming hoof care liquid.

The preparation method comprises two parts of main liquid medicine and foaming agent solution, and comprises the following preparation steps: according to the formula, the main liquid medicine is prepared by firstly putting citric acid and zinc methionine into a preparation tank filled with water, stirring for 10min until the citric acid and the zinc methionine are completely dissolved, then uniformly mixing a surfactant with a traditional Chinese medicine treatment solution and eugenol volatile oil, putting into the preparation tank, stirring for 20min at the temperature of 35 ℃, then slowly putting Arabic gum dispersed by ethanol into the tank, stirring for 20min, and adding vitamin B5Dissolving lysine and fruit green with water, sequentially adding into a preparation tank, adding water to constant volume, stirring for 30min until the liquid color is uniform to obtain main liquid medicine of foaming hoof care liquid; according to the formula, firstly, adding a proper amount of water into a preparation tank, heating to 40 ℃, then slowly adding fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate (AES) into the tank, stirring while adding, controlling the stirring speed at 40 r/min, stirring for 30min, and stopping stirring when the foaming agent is completely dissolved and the solution is uniform, thus obtaining the foaming agent solution of the foaming hoof care solution.

Example 6 Effect experiment of the foamed hoof care liquid of the present invention in treating cow hoof disease
1. Laboratory bacteriostasis test of foaming hoof care liquid produced by the invention
(1) The purpose of the test is as follows: the experiment aims to verify the bacteriostatic effect of the foaming cow hoof care liquid produced by the invention under different dilution times and determine the effective dilution times for clinical use.
(2) The test method comprises the following steps: the sterilized solid agar medium was heated to melt and poured into sterile petri dishes every 20mL of medium when cooled to 50 ℃. After the plate is naturally dried, 1.5mL of the drug to be tested with each dilution factor and 0.6mL of the test bacterial suspension are respectively transferred, uniformly mixed and then uniformly coated on the plate for 5min, and each treatment is repeated for 3 times. Coating for 30min, inverting, adding control group, coating bacteria, and replacing medicinal liquid with equal amount of sterile water. The above operation is performed in a clean bench. The prepared bacterial plate is cultured for 24h at the constant temperature of 37 ℃. The bacteriostatic rate was calculated according to the following formula.
(3) The test indexes are as follows: counting the number of colonies, taking the inhibition rate of each dilution multiple sample to various fungi after 24 hours as an index, and calculating the inhibition rate of an experimental group according to the following formula:
the bacteriostasis rate is (number of colonies in a control group-number of colonies in an experimental group)/number of colonies in a control group.
(4) The test results show that the bacteriostatic ratio after each dilution is shown in table 1.

The above results show that: after being diluted within 100 times of the dilution times, the foaming hoof care liquid can still effectively inhibit various pathogenic bacteria.
2. Effect test of foaming hoof care liquid produced by the invention in prevention of cow hoof diseases
(1) The purpose of the test is as follows: the clinical effect of the foaming hoof care liquid on preventing the hoof diseases of the dairy cows is verified.
(2) Test cows: in 2018, in 5-10 months, respectively selecting 100 healthy adult cows without hoof diseases from three medium-sized cow breeding plants in Jiangsu province, inner Mongolia autonomous region and Sichuan province, and dividing into a control group and an experimental group at random with equal amount, wherein each group has 50 cows.
(3) The test method comprises the following steps: the experimental group and the control group are respectively soaked in hoofs for preventing the foot diseases, and the test is carried out every five days. The experimental group used the foaming hoof care solution prepared in the embodiment 2 of the invention and used the cow to soak the hoof according to the application method of the hoof care solution; the control group is used for soaking the hoofs of the cows for 2min with clear water, and other operations are the same as those of the experimental group. The test is continued for 3 months, the hoof disease occurrence conditions of all the groups of cows are observed and recorded during the test period, statistics and summarization are carried out, and the results are shown in table 2.

The above results show that: the foaming hoof care liquid can effectively prevent various hoof diseases of the dairy cows and greatly reduce the hoof disease incidence rate of the dairy cows.
3. Effect test of foaming hoof care liquid produced by the invention in treating cow hoof disease
(1) The purpose of the test is as follows: the clinical curative effect of the foaming hoof care liquid on the treatment of cow hoof diseases is verified.
(2) Test cows: in 2018, in 8-10 months, respectively selecting 60 adult cows with hoof diseases and no other obvious diseases in three medium-sized cow breeding plants in Jiangsu province, inner Mongolia autonomous region and Sichuan province, and randomly dividing the adult cows into a control group, an experimental group and a positive group in equal amount, wherein each group has 20 cows.
(3) The test method comprises the following steps: three groups are respectively tested, and the medicine is taken once every two days, and the continuous taking of the medicine is 3 times, so that a treatment period is formed. The experimental group used the foaming hoof care solution prepared in the embodiment 2 of the invention and used the cow to soak the hoof according to the application method of the hoof care solution; soaking hoof of cow with clear water for 2min in control group, and performing the same operation as experimental group; the positive medicine group adopts 2 per mill of glutaraldehyde solution which has obvious killing effect on pathogenic bacteria of cow hooves, and the glutaraldehyde solution is sprayed on affected parts of the hooves.
(4) The therapeutic effect judgment standard is as follows: the symptoms of the sick cattle are observed on the 3 rd day, the 5 th day and the 7 th day after the administration, and the curative effect is determined according to the judgment standard. The lameness of the affected cattle disappears, the swelling subsides, and the wound is healed; the pain is obviously relieved, the lameness is relieved, the swelling range is reduced, and the wound is basically healed to be effective; the lameness is obvious, the swelling is not resolved, and the continuous ulceration of the wound is ineffective. The total effective number equals the sum of the recovery and effective number, and the results are shown in Table 3.

The above results show that: the foaming hoof care liquid can effectively treat the hoof diseases of the dairy cows, and the treatment effect is equivalent to or even superior to that of a 2 per mill glutaraldehyde solution with obvious sterilization effect.
In conclusion, the foaming traditional Chinese medicine hoof care liquid produced by the invention can inhibit, kill, prevent and treat infectious pathogeny of cow hoof disease, effectively prevent and treat cow hoof disease, is convenient and quick in medication mode, and brings great convenience to cow farmers.
It should be noted that: the hoof care liquids prepared in the examples 3-5 of the present invention also have the above experimental effects, and the experimental effects are not significantly different from the examples.
Claims (11)
1. A foaming hoof care liquid capable of preventing and treating cow hoof diseases is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of Chinese herbal medicine treatment liquid, 1-5 parts of plant volatile oil, 5-20 parts of organic acid, 1-10 parts of organic zinc, 0.1-3 parts of thickening agent, 0.1-2 parts of coloring agent, 1-20 parts of surfactant, 0.1-2 parts of vitamin, 0.1-0.5 part of amino acid and 10-30 parts of foaming agent, wherein the vitamin is one or more selected from vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B5 and vitamin C, the Chinese herbal medicine treatment liquid is prepared from 25-35 parts of coptis chinensis, 25-35 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 10-20 parts of elsholtzia, 10-20 parts of folium artemisiae argyi and 5-15 parts of paniculate swallowwort root, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing coptis chinensis, radix sophorae flavescentis, elsholtzia, folium artemisiae argyi and radix cynanchi paniculatae in parts by weight; crushing the Chinese medicinal composition to a diameter of less than 1cm, putting into an extraction tank, adding 8-10 times of water, heating to boil, keeping the temperature for 1-2h, and filtering; adding 4-8 times of water into the residue, heating to boil, keeping the temperature for 1-2 hr, and filtering; mixing the two extractive solutions, concentrating under reduced pressure at 65-85 deg.C until the density is 1.15-1.20, and pumping the concentrated solution into an alcohol precipitation tank; cooling the concentrated solution to 20-35 deg.C, adding 1-2 times of 95% ethanol into the ethanol precipitation tank, precipitating with ethanol, stirring, and standing for 1-2 days; centrifuging to obtain supernatant as the Chinese medicinal liquid.
2. The foaming hoof care liquid capable of preventing and treating cow hoof diseases according to claim 1, is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45-55 parts of Chinese herbal medicine treatment liquid, 2-4 parts of plant volatile oil, 10-15 parts of organic acid, 3-7 parts of organic zinc, 0.5-2 parts of thickening agent, 0.5-1 part of coloring agent, 5-15 parts of surfactant, 0.5-1 part of vitamin, 0.2-0.4 part of amino acid and 15-25 parts of foaming agent, wherein the Chinese herbal medicine treatment liquid is prepared from 25-35 parts of coptis chinensis, 25-35 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 10-20 parts of elsholtzia, 10-20 parts of folium artemisiae argyi and 5-15 parts of cynanchum paniculatum.

The foaming hoof care liquid capable of preventing and treating cow hoof diseases according to claim 1, is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises, by weight, 50 parts of a Chinese herbal medicine treatment liquid, 2.5 parts of plant volatile oil, 12.5 parts of organic acid, 5 parts of organic zinc, 1 part of a thickening agent, 0.75 part of a coloring agent, 10 parts of a surfactant, 0.75 part of vitamin, 0.3 part of amino acid and 20 parts of a foaming agent, wherein the Chinese herbal medicine treatment liquid is prepared from 35 parts of coptis chinensis, 25 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 20 parts of herba elsholtziae, 10 parts of folium artemisiae argyi and 10 parts of radix cynanchi paniculatae.
4. The foaming hoof care liquid for preventing and treating cow hoof diseases according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the plant volatile oil contains any one or more of clove volatile oil, mint volatile oil, spearmint volatile oil, schizonepeta volatile oil, and cassia twig volatile oil.
5. The foaming hoof care liquid for preventing and treating cow hoof diseases according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the organic acid comprises any one or more of glacial acetic acid, citric acid, malic acid, tartaric acid and lactic acid.
6. The foaming hoof care liquid for preventing and treating cow hoof diseases according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the organic zinc comprises any one or more of zinc methionine, zinc gluconate, zinc propionate and zinc lactate.
7. The foaming hoof care liquid for preventing and treating cow hoof diseases according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the thickener comprises any one or more of xanthan gum, tragacanth gum, acacia gum and carbomer.
8. The foaming hoof care liquid for controlling cow hoof diseases according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the coloring agent comprises any one or more of fruit green, lemon yellow, amaranth, and brilliant blue.
9. The foaming hoof care liquid for preventing and treating cow hoof diseases according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the surfactant comprises any one or more of Tween-80, hydrogenated castor oil, and ethoxylated sodium alkyl sulfate.

The foaming type hoof care liquid for preventing and treating cow hoof diseases according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the foaming agent is derived from one or more of sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, sodium alpha-olefin sulfonate and poloxamer.
11. The method for preparing the foaming hoof care liquid for preventing and treating cow hoof diseases according to any one of claims 1-10, wherein the foaming hoof care liquid is prepared from a main liquid medicine and a foaming agent solution by the following steps:
(1) main liquid medicine: according to the formula, firstly, putting organic acid and organic zinc into a preparation tank filled with water, stirring for 10min until the organic acid and the organic zinc are completely dissolved, then uniformly mixing a surfactant with a traditional Chinese medicine treatment solution and volatile oil, putting into the preparation tank, stirring for 20min at the temperature of 35-50 ℃, then slowly putting a thickening agent dispersed by ethanol into the tank, stirring for 20min, dissolving vitamins, amino acid and a coloring agent with water, then sequentially adding into the preparation tank, adding water to fix the volume, and stirring for 30min until the liquid color is uniform, thus obtaining a main liquid medicine of the foaming hoof care liquid;
(2) foaming agent solution: according to the formula, firstly, adding a proper amount of water into a preparation tank, heating to 40-70 ℃, then slowly adding a foaming agent into the tank, stirring while adding, controlling the stirring speed at 40-60 r/min, stirring for 20-30min, and stopping stirring when the foaming agent is completely dissolved and the solution is uniform, thus obtaining the foaming agent solution of the foaming hoof care liquid.
