Abstract
本发明涉及角座阀,公开了双偏心蝶阀,其包括阀体、轴杆和碟板,阀体设有密封面,密封面的内缘处设有一级环形的台阶,台阶处设有环形的第一密封圈,第一密封圈的中部设有环形的第一凹槽,第一凹槽的外壁顶部向外延伸形成环形的凸台,凸台底面与密封面紧密贴合,第一凹槽的内壁内侧上下两部分为两个向内倾斜的斜面,密封面上还镶嵌有第二密封圈,密封面处还设有将密封面覆盖的嵌件。本发明中通过第一密封圈与第二密封圈配合进行密封,并对第一密封圈的结构进行改进,其在密封时内壁与外壁组成几道密封,减小了外界对密封性能的影响;另外碟板与第一密封圈的摩擦减小;碟板的扭矩小,寿命高;轴杆的上部为阶梯状结构,可防止其意外断裂而被吹出。

技术领域
本发明涉及角座阀,特别涉及双偏心蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀是目前工业阀门行业常用的阀门,其是一种结构简单的调节阀,可用于低压管道介质的开关控制的蝶阀是指关闭件(阀瓣或蝶板)为圆盘,围绕阀轴旋转来达到开启与关闭的一种阀。现有的阀门在使用中最常碰到的问题就是密封阀座无法耐高温,密封结构在受到温度、压力及磨损的影响其密封性能会大大降低,寿命也大大降低。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供双偏心蝶阀,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
双偏心蝶阀,其包括阀体,阀体上设有一个横向的通道,阀体的中部由上到下穿设有一根轴杆,轴杆上设有碟板,碟板位于通道内,轴杆带动碟板旋转控制通道的开合,通道一侧的阀体设有密封面,密封面的内缘处设有一级环形的台阶,台阶处设有环形的第一密封圈,第一密封圈的中部设有环形的第一凹槽,第一凹槽的外壁顶部向外延伸形成环形的凸台,凸台底面与密封面紧密贴合,第一凹槽的内壁内侧上下两部分为两个向内倾斜的斜面,下侧的斜面与碟板的侧面贴合,密封面上还镶嵌有第二密封圈,密封面处还设有环形的嵌件,嵌件上设有两个环形的槽,第一密封圈的内壁和外壁配合伸入到嵌件上的两个环形的槽内切嵌件将密封面覆盖。
作为优选,内壁的高度高于外壁的高度。
作为优选,轴杆上侧外表面从下至上依次套设有衬套、填料垫圈、下填料、中填料、上填料和填料压块,填料压块通过螺栓螺母固定于阀体的顶部。
作为优选,轴杆的下侧从上到下依次套设有衬套、密封垫圈和下盖,轴杆的端部还设有静电弹簧。
作为优选,碟板的水平截面有中心向两侧呈弧形,且均偏向密封面一侧。
作为优选,碟板的侧面包括一个弧形面和一个斜面,该斜面与第一凹槽内壁内侧下侧部分的斜面相吻合。
作为优选,轴杆的顶部为阶梯状结构,阀体内设有与阶梯状轴杆配合的限位环,限位环卡住轴杆的顶端防止其飞出。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明中通过第一密封圈与第二密封圈配合进行密封,大大提高了密封的效果,并对第一密封圈的结构进行改进,其在密封时内壁与外壁组成几道密封,其受到温度、压力以及磨损的影响大大减小,密封性能提升,可适应多种复杂的环境;另外碟板为弧形,其侧面与第一密封圈上的斜面配合,在开启阀门的时候可以快速的与第一密封圈分离,减小了两者间的摩擦,碟板的弧形设计降低了其开、闭扭矩,大大提高了第一密封圈的寿命;轴杆的上部为阶梯状结构,可防止其意外断裂而被吹出,造成事故。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
双偏心蝶阀,如图1-图5所示,其包括阀体9,阀体9上设有一个横向的通道,阀体9的中部由上到下穿设有一根轴杆1,轴杆1上设有碟板19,碟板19位于通道内,轴杆1带动碟板19旋转控制通道的开合,通道一侧的阀体9设有密封面18,密封面18的内缘处设有一级环形的台阶23,台阶23处设有环形的第一密封圈20,第一密封圈20的中部设有环形的第一凹槽202,第一凹槽202的外壁203顶部向外延伸形成环形的凸台204,凸台204底面与密封面18紧密贴合,第一凹槽202的内壁201内侧上下两部分为两个向内倾斜的斜面200,下侧的斜面200与碟板19的侧面贴合,密封面18上还镶嵌有第二密封圈,密封面18处还设有环形的嵌件21,嵌件21上设有两个环形的槽,第一密封圈20的内壁201和外壁203配合伸入到嵌件21上的两个环形的槽内切嵌件21将密封面18覆盖。
作为优选,内壁201的高度高于外壁203的高度。
作为优选,轴杆1上侧外表面从下至上依次套设有衬套8、填料垫圈7、下填料6、中填料5、上填料4和填料压块3,填料压块3通过螺栓螺母固定于阀体9的顶部。
作为优选,轴杆1的下侧从上到下依次套设有衬套8、密封垫圈15和下盖16,轴杆1的端部还设有静电弹簧14。
作为优选,碟板19的水平截面有中心向两侧呈弧形,且均偏向密封面18一侧。
作为优选,碟板19的侧面包括一个弧形面和一个斜面200,该斜面200与第一凹槽202内壁201内侧下侧部分的斜面200相吻合。
作为优选,轴杆1的顶部为阶梯状结构,阀体9内设有与阶梯状轴杆1配合的限位环I,限位环I卡住轴杆1的顶端防止其飞出。
其中,2、11、17为六角螺钉,分别用于安装填料压块3、阀体9、嵌件21,10为弹簧垫圈,12、13为止推轴承,22为内六角螺钉,用于安装下盖16。

1.双偏心蝶阀,其包括阀体(9),阀体(9)上设有一个横向的通道,阀体(9)的中部由上到下穿设有一根轴杆(1),轴杆(1)上设有碟板(19),碟板(19)位于通道内,轴杆(1)带动碟板(19)旋转控制通道的开合,其特征在于:通道一侧的阀体(9)设有密封面(18),密封面(18)的内缘处设有一级环形的台阶(23),台阶(23)处设有环形的第一密封圈(20),第一密封圈(20)的中部设有环形的第一凹槽(202),第一凹槽(202)的外壁(203)顶部向外延伸形成环形的凸台(204),凸台(204)底面与密封面(18)紧密贴合,第一凹槽(202)的内壁(201)内侧上下两部分为两个向内倾斜的斜面(200),下侧的斜面(200)与碟板(19)的侧面贴合,密封面(18)上还镶嵌有第二密封圈,密封面(18)处还设有环形的嵌件(21),嵌件(21)上设有两个环形的槽,第一密封圈(20)的内壁(201)和外壁(203)配合伸入到嵌件(21)上的两个环形的槽内切嵌件(21)将密封面(18)覆盖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双偏心蝶阀,其特征在于:内壁(201)的高度高于外壁(203)的高度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双偏心蝶阀,其特征在于:轴杆(1)上侧外表面从下至上依次套设有衬套(8)、填料垫圈(7)、下填料(6)、中填料(5)、上填料(4)和填料压块(3),填料压块(3)通过螺栓螺母固定于阀体(9)的顶部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双偏心蝶阀,其特征在于:轴杆(1)的下侧从上到下依次套设有衬套(8)、密封垫圈(15)和下盖(16),轴杆(1)的端部还设有静电弹簧(14)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的双偏心蝶阀,其特征在于:碟板(19)的水平截面有中心向两侧呈弧形,且均偏向密封面(18)一侧。
6.根据权利要求5所述的双偏心蝶阀,其特征在于:碟板(19)的侧面包括一个弧形面和一个斜面(200),该斜面(200)与第一凹槽(202)内壁(201)内侧下侧部分的斜面(200)相吻合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的双偏心蝶阀,其特征在于:轴杆(1)的顶部为阶梯状结构,阀体(9)内设有与阶梯状轴杆(1)配合的限位环(I),限位环(I)卡住轴杆(1)的顶端防止其飞出。
