Background
Today's society, cameras have been used in various industries, and particularly in the automotive industry, have been rapidly developed. The high-definition camera is in a proper state, and how to realize high quality and high yield of the high-definition camera is a key factor for determining the market. The camera automatic feeding detection equipment with high integration is realized.
At present, camera assembly equipment often adopts a centering jig to manually adjust an imaging center of a lens and an imaging sensor, the centering concentricity precision can only reach 0.01mm, and the concentricity required by a high-definition camera is in a micron level, so that the manual adjustment mode cannot meet the requirement. The existing high-definition camera focusing equipment in the market generally directly reaches a AA (active alignment) platform for focusing after feeding and dispensing, and the dispensing effect of a lens seat is not detected, so that imaging effects of certain abnormal products cannot be achieved after multiple times of focusing, time is wasted, and production efficiency is reduced; or the problem of air tightness of the camera caused by glue breaking, air bubbles and the like, and the quality of the camera is reduced.
In the traditional camera industry, a lens and a lens seat are manually placed, and then the centering fixture manually adjusts imaging centers of the lens and an image sensor, so that centering accuracy and production efficiency are reduced, and safety is reduced due to manual operation;
in the vehicle-mounted camera assembly industry, a machine for carrying out current test, dust spot detection, dead spot detection and image distortion detection on products before dispensing is rare;
the general vehicle-mounted camera is communicated with the outside through a pad point or a connector on the PCBA. The diameter of the Pad point on the PCBA is generally not more than 1mm, a plurality of uneven electronic components exist around the Pad point, the precision of the connector relative to the lens seat is low, and how to ensure that a product can be quickly electrified without crushing the Pad point of the product is a key for detecting the working procedure before dispensing the product;
