Abstract
本发明提出了一种超柔亲水纺粘无纺布的双加固成型工艺,包括以下步骤:原料制备得到改性原料,将改性原料切片熔融过滤,然后进入纺丝系统,将纺出的丝经侧冷风冷却,获得初生长丝,将所述初生长丝经过气流分丝的方式,通过狭缝式牵伸器的喇叭口,将初生长丝进行气流牵伸,纤维网在成网输送带的连续输送下喂入热轧机进行加固,经热轧、水刺加固得到无纺布,通过亲水整理系统对无纺布进行亲水整理,然后将无纺布输入到烘箱中进行烘燥,经卷绕机切边、成卷,包装出厂,采用纺粘水刺双加固工艺进行无纺布的制备代替传统热风布生产,无纺布具有蓬松、柔软、亲肤的特性,采用可以回收亲水浆液的整理系统,能够对亲水浆液进行回收,提高资源利用率。

技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布生产的技术领域,特别是一种超柔亲水纺粘无纺布的双加固成型工艺。
背景技术
无纺布即非织造布,它是直接利用高聚物切片、短纤维或长丝将纤维通过气流或机械成网,然后经过水刺、针刺或热轧加固,最后经过后整理形成的无编织的布料。纺粘无纺布:是将聚合物挤出、拉伸,形成连续长丝后,长丝铺设成网,纤网再经过自身粘合、热粘合、化学粘合或机械加固方法,使纤网变成无纺布,然而,聚烯烃系纤维这样的合成纤维本质上是疏水性的,与以天然纤维的棉花、木浆作为原料的人造纤维相比较,排斥水,缺乏对水的润湿性等亲水性差,现提出一种超柔亲水纺粘无纺布的双加固成型工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种超柔亲水纺粘无纺布的双加固成型工艺,采用纺粘水刺双加固工艺进行无纺布的制备代替传统热风布生产,无纺布具有蓬松感、柔软。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种超柔亲水纺粘无纺布的双加固成型工艺,包括以下步骤 :
a)原料制备:所述无纺布原料各组分重量比为:聚丙烯PP 81-86.5份、丙烯基弹性体12.5-16份、柔软母粒0.5-1.5份、二氧化钛0.5-1.5份,将上述原料在双螺杆挤出机中共混,熔体细流在水槽中冷凝,之后经风干机风干,切片机切片,得到改性原料切片;
b)熔融过滤:将a) 步骤中所得到的改性原料切片经过双螺杆挤压机进行挤压熔融得到熔体,经过滤器在线去除杂质,然后进入纺丝系统;
c)纺丝成网:将b)步骤中过滤后的熔体采用计量泵定量送入纺丝组件,将纺出的丝经侧冷风冷却,获得初生长丝,将所述初生长丝经过气流分丝的方式,通过狭缝式牵伸器的喇叭口,将初生长丝进行气流牵伸,同时经过牵伸的初生长丝分子链排列整齐,产生强力,形成纤维网 ;
d)热轧:将c)步骤中所得到的纤维网在成网输送带的连续输送下喂入热轧机进行加固;
e)水刺:热轧后喂入水刺区进行加固,得到无纺布;
f)亲水整理:通过亲水整理系统对无纺布进行亲水整理;
g)烘燥:将 d) 步骤中经过亲水整理后的无纺布输入到烘箱中进行烘燥,经卷绕机切边、成卷,包装出厂。
作为优选,所述无纺布原料各组分重量比为:所述无纺布原料各组分重量比为:聚丙烯PP 84份、丙烯基弹性体13.5份、柔软母粒0.9份、二氧化钛1.1份。
作为优选,所述d)步骤中热压机的热轧温度为110-115℃,所述e) 步骤中水刺头的出水压力达到70-90bar。

参阅图1、图2本发明一种超柔亲水纺粘无纺布的双加固成型工艺,包括以下步骤:
a)原料制备:所述无纺布原料各组分重量比为:聚丙烯PP 84份、丙烯基弹性体13.5份、柔软母粒0.9份、二氧化钛1.1份,将上述原料在双螺杆挤出机中共混,熔体细流在水槽中冷凝,之后经风干机风干,切片机切片,得到改性原料切片;

亲水整理系统的工作原理为:将无纺布从输入辊10导入,依次经过张紧导入辊101、导入限位辊组件11、张紧导出辊102输入到烘燥箱中,经过高压喷头41下方对无纺布进行喷液,多余的处理液渗透无纺布后能够附着到吸附辊组件5上,并经过刮板65刮下,沿着挡板651排入到回收料斗2中,其中弹簧能够保证刮板65的端部紧贴吸附辊组件5,保证回收彻底。

所述亲水整理系统包括支撑架(1)、回收料斗(2)、储液回收箱(3)、高压喷雾机构(4)、吸附辊组件(5)和刮板除液机构(6),所述支撑架(1)上安装有回收料斗(2),所述回收料斗(2)的下方设有出液阀,所述出液阀的下方设有储液回收箱(3),所述回收料斗(2)上设有辅助支架(21),所述辅助支架(21)上安装有若干个吸附辊组件(5),所述吸附辊组件(5)的一侧设有刮板除液机构(6),所述刮板除液机构(6)上设有刮板(65),所述刮板(65)的端部紧贴吸附辊组件(5),所述吸附辊组件(5)的外周包覆有吸液层,所述支撑架(1)设有喷头安装架(12),所述喷头安装架(12)上设有高压喷雾机构(4),所述高压喷雾机构(4)上连接有若干个高压喷头(41),所述高压喷头(41)通过供液管道与供液泵、储液箱相连,所述支撑架(1)上对称设有导入限位辊组件(11);所述刮板除液机构(6)还包括辅助支撑架(61)、安装框(62)、支撑滑座(63)和刮板安装架(64),所述辅助支撑架(61)的下方连接有安装框(62),所述安装框(62)内开设有安装腔(621),所述安装框(62)的上方开设有与安装腔(621)相连通的滑槽(622),所述支撑滑座(63)通过弹簧活动安装在安装腔(621)内,所述支撑滑座(63)的上方贯穿滑槽(622),所述支撑滑座(63)之间连接有刮板安装架(64),所述刮板安装架(64)上固定有刮板(65),所述刮板(65)呈倾斜设置,所述刮板(65)的下方设有挡板(651)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种超柔亲水纺粘无纺布的双加固成型工艺,其特征在于:所述无纺布原料各组分重量比为:聚丙烯PP 84份、丙烯基弹性体13.5份、柔软母粒0.9份、二氧化钛1.1份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种超柔亲水纺粘无纺布的双加固成型工艺,其特征在于:所述d) 步骤中热压机的热轧温度为110-115℃,所述e) 步骤中水刺头的出水压力达到70-90bar。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种超柔亲水纺粘无纺布的双加固成型工艺,其特征在于:所述b) 步骤熔融过滤采用预过滤和精过滤的二级过滤方式,所述预过滤的精度小于80µm,所述精过滤的精度小于30µm。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种超柔亲水纺粘无纺布的双加固成型工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤g)烘燥中:首先在一道烘箱中进行预烘燥:预烘燥温度为105~110℃;预烘燥后无纺布进入二道烘箱中进行烘燥:烘燥温度为110~120℃。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种超柔亲水纺粘无纺布的双加固成型工艺,其特征在于:所述无纺布的轧点面积为:5-13%。
