本发明公开了一种真丝人造丝混纺布料及其生产工艺,其结构包括丝绸层,丝绸层还包括纬纱和经纱,纬纱为人造丝,经纱为真丝,丝绸层上设有防霉层、吸汗层、抗拉层和防紫外线层,丝绸层下部设有丝素蛋白层,丝绸层由纬纱和经纱采用平织法编制而成,纬纱设置为相邻两根之间为U型互相扣连形成扣节,经纱在纬纱的扣节之间上下穿线。本发明的有益效果如下:将人造丝和真丝有机结合形成新的布料,既有真丝面料的质感,又能节省成本;本发明中的一种真丝人造丝混纺布料,还具有吸汗透气、防霉防臭的功能,具有防晒防紫外线的功能,抗劈裂能力好,质感柔软滑腻,穿着体感舒适。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,具体为一种真丝人造丝混纺布料及其生产工艺。
背景技术
丝绸,一种纺织品,用蚕丝或合成纤维、人造纤维、短丝等织成;用蚕丝或人造丝纯织或交织而成的织品的总称。
现有的一种真丝人造丝混纺布料及其生产工艺,随着生活水平的提高,人们对于面料的各种功能需要越来越高,传统的丝绸只具备单一的功能,利用价值和推广价值低,且现在的蚕农越来越少,真丝的量越来越少,因此现在有不少的人造丝替代真丝的情况,但是这种布料的质感没有真丝的柔软滑腻,因此需要提出新的布料,将真丝和人造丝复合起来形成新的布料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种真丝人造丝混纺布料及其生产工艺,解决了背景技术中所提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种真丝人造丝混纺布料,其结构包括丝绸层,丝绸层还包括纬纱和经纱,纬纱为人造丝,经纱为真丝,丝绸层上设有防霉层、吸汗层、抗拉层和防紫外线层,丝绸层下部设有丝素蛋白层,丝绸层由纬纱和经纱采用平织法编制而成,纬纱设置为相邻两根之间为U型互相扣连形成扣节,经纱在纬纱的扣节之间上下穿线。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,纬纱为8-20条人造丝线捻合,经纱为8-15条真丝丝线捻合,的经纱之间的密度为50-60根/cm,的纬纱之间的密度为35-40根/cm。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,防霉层设置于丝绸层上层,防霉层为纳米级聚氨酯或者氯甲酚涂层。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,吸汗层设置在防霉层的上侧处,且与防霉层粘接,吸汗层为纯棉或聚酯纤维。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,抗拉层设置在吸汗层的上侧处,且与吸汗层粘接,抗拉层采用氨纶或者芳纶材质所制。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,防紫外线层设置在抗拉层的上侧处,且与抗拉层粘接,防紫外线层为聚氨酯固化涂层。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,丝素蛋白层上的孔径为50-100微米。
一种真丝人造丝混纺布料及其生产工艺,用于生产一种真丝人造丝混纺布料:
S1:回收,将旧的人造丝织物回收;
S2:拆解,将人造丝拆解成人造丝丝线;
S3:捻合,将人造丝丝线和真丝丝线捻合成纱;
S4:络筒;
S5:整经;
S6:上浆,浆液成分中淀粉为25%,PVA为60%,高效平滑剂为10%,蜡片为5%;
S7:织造,将经纱和纬纱通过织布机编制成布;
S8:黏贴,将防霉层、吸汗层、抗拉层和防紫外线层依次黏贴在丝绸层上;
S9:浸涂,将布料放在丝素蛋白液中浸泡形成丝素蛋白层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:将人造丝和真丝有机结合形成新的布料,既有真丝面料的质感,又能节省成本;本发明中的一种真丝人造丝混纺布料,还具有吸汗透气、防霉防臭的功能,具有防晒防紫外线的功能,抗劈裂能力好,质感柔软滑腻,穿着体感舒适。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种真丝人造丝混纺布料,其结构包括丝绸层1,丝绸层1还包括纬纱2和经纱3,纬纱2为人造丝,经纱3为真丝,丝绸层1上设有防霉层4、吸汗层5、抗拉层6和防紫外线层7,丝绸层1下部设有丝素蛋白层9,丝绸层1由纬纱2和经纱3采用平织法编制而成,纬纱2设置为相邻两根之间为U型互相扣连形成扣节8,经纱3在纬纱2的扣节8之间上下穿线。
纬纱2为8-20条人造丝线9捻合,经纱3为8-15条真丝丝线10捻合,的经纱2之间的密度为50-60根/cm,的纬纱3之间的密度为35-40根/cm。
防霉层4设置于丝绸层4上层,防霉层4为纳米级聚氨酯或者氯甲酚涂层,能防止发霉,杜绝细菌真菌。
吸汗层5设置在防霉层4的上侧处,且与防霉层4粘接,吸汗层5为纯棉或聚酯纤维,能吸汗透气,使穿着更加舒适。
抗拉层6设置在吸汗层5的上侧处,且与吸汗层5粘接,抗拉层16采用氨纶或者芳纶材质所制,提高整体布料的抗撕裂和抗劈裂能力。
防紫外线层7设置在抗拉层6的上侧处,且与抗拉层6粘接,防紫外线层7为聚氨酯固化涂层,做成衣物能有效抵挡紫外线,防晒效果好。
丝素蛋白层9上的孔径为50-100微米。

1.一种真丝人造丝混纺布料,其结构包括丝绸层(1),其特征在于:所述丝绸层(1)还包括纬纱(2)和经纱(3),所述纬纱(2)为人造丝,所述经纱(3)为真丝,所述丝绸层(1)上设有防霉层(4)、吸汗层(5)、抗拉层(6)和防紫外线层(7),所述丝绸层(1)下部设有丝素蛋白层(9),所述丝绸层(1)由纬纱(2)和经纱(3)采用平织法编制而成,所述纬纱(2)设置为相邻两根之间为U型互相扣连形成扣节(8),所述经纱(3)在所述纬纱(2)的扣节(8)之间上下穿线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种真丝人造丝混纺布料,其特征在于:所述纬纱(2)为8-20条人造丝线(9)捻合,所述经纱(3)为8-15条真丝丝线(10)捻合,所述的经纱(2)之间的密度为50-60根/cm,所述的纬纱(3)之间的密度为35-40根/cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种真丝人造丝混纺布料及其生产工艺,其特征在于:所述防霉层(4)设置于所述丝绸层(4)上层,所述防霉层(4)为纳米级聚氨酯或者氯甲酚涂层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种真丝人造丝混纺布料及其生产工艺,其特征在于:所述吸汗层(5)设置在防霉层(4)的上侧处,且与防霉层(4)粘接,所述吸汗层(5)为纯棉或聚酯纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种真丝人造丝混纺布料及其生产工艺,其特征在于:所述抗拉层(6)设置在吸汗层(5)的上侧处,且与吸汗层(5)粘接,所述抗拉层(16)采用氨纶或者芳纶材质所制。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种真丝人造丝混纺布料及其生产工艺,其特征在于:所述防紫外线层(7)设置在抗拉层(6)的上侧处,且与抗拉层(6)粘接,所述防紫外线层(7)为聚氨酯固化涂层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种真丝人造丝混纺布料及其生产工艺,其特征在于:所述丝素蛋白层(9)上的孔径为50-100微米。
8.一种真丝人造丝混纺布料及其生产工艺,用于生产一种真丝人造丝混纺布料,其特征在于:
