本发明公开一种韧性强不易破损的家纺面料,面料包括防水层和面料基层,其特征在于,所述防水层与面料基层之间依次叠加设有阻燃隔热层、抗菌层、耐磨涂层;面料基层由经纱和纬纱编织组成,经纱包括聚酯纤维、改性的丙烯纤维、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维和竹炭纤维,经纱以竹炭纤维为基础,纱由聚酯纤维、改性的丙烯纤维和聚氨基甲酸酯纤维相互交织,并依附于竹炭纤维上。本发明面料通过竹炭纤维为根基,多种纤维交织缠绕,在通过经纱纬纱编织,大大提升面料的韧性,不易破损,而且竹炭纤维具有较好的吸汗能力,舒适度较高,防水层、阻燃隔热层、抗菌层有效的防水、隔热、抗菌,耐磨涂层使用聚酰胺涂层,有效减少面料基层的异常磨损,提升使用寿命。

本发明涉及一种面料,具体是一种韧性强不易破损的家纺面料。
背景技术
在服装大世界里,服装的面料五花八门,日新月异。但是从总体上来讲,优质、高档的面料,大都具有穿著舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔美等几个方面的特点。制作在正式的社交场合所穿著的服装,宜选纯棉、纯毛、纯丝、纯麻制品。以这四种纯天然质地面料制作的服装,大都档次较高。有时,穿著纯皮革制作的服装,也是允许的。
梭织面料,也称机织物,是把经纱和纬纱相互垂直交织在一起形成的织物。其基本组织有平纹、斜纹、缎纹三种。不同的梭织面料也是由这三种基本组织及由其变化多端的组织而构成。主要有雪纺(Chiffon)、牛津布(Oxford)、牛仔布(Denim)、斜纹布(Drill)、法兰绒(Flannel)、花缎(Damask)等。
针织面料是用织针将纱线或长丝构成线圈,再把线圈相互串套而成,由于针织物的线圈结构特征,单位长度内储纱量较多,因此大多有很好的弹性。针织面料有单面和双面之分。主要有汗布(Single Jersey)、天鹅绒(velour)、鸟眼布(birdeyes)、网眼布(mershfishnet)等。
随着时代的进步和科技的发展,人们对面料的使用要求越来越高,现有市场上的较多面料的韧性较差,在使用过程中易出现受力发生不可逆转形变,或直接造成破损,长时间使用时,耐磨性差,使用者舒适度较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种韧性强不易破损的家纺面料,通过竹炭纤维为根基,多种纤维交织缠绕,在通过经纱纬纱编织,大大提升面料的韧性及强度,不易破损,而且竹炭纤维具有较好的吸汗能力,舒适度较高,防水层、阻燃隔热层、抗菌层有效的防水、隔热、抗菌,耐磨涂层使用聚酰胺涂层,有效减少面料基层的异常磨损,提升使用寿命。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种韧性强不易破损的家纺面料,面料包括防水层和面料基层,其特征在于,所述防水层与面料基层之间依次叠加设有阻燃隔热层、抗菌层、耐磨涂层。
面料基层由经纱和纬纱编织组成,经纱包括聚酯纤维、改性的丙烯纤维、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维和竹炭纤维,经纱以竹炭纤维为基础,由聚酯纤维、改性的丙烯纤维和聚氨基甲酸酯纤维相互交织,并依附缠绕于竹炭纤维上。
进一步地,所述防水层采用共聚多醚酯膜和增强纤维构成,厚度小于20μm,克重为15oz,共聚多醚酯膜与增强纤维质量配比为1:15,增强纤维编织形成防水层主体。
进一步地,所述共聚多醚酯膜通过超声波粘合的方式附着在防水层主体表面。
进一步地,所述阻燃隔热层由经线和纬线编织而成,经线由亚麻纤维、芳纶1313、硅酸铝纤维混纺织成,亚麻纤维:芳纶1313:硅酸铝纤维的混织配比为20%:48%:32%。
进一步地,所述纬线为玻璃纤维、阻燃腈纶、矿棉纤维以40%:26%:34%混纺织成。
进一步地,所述抗菌层选用壳聚糖纳米银织造而成,纳米银与壳聚糖质量配比1:200,纳米银粒径50~100nm,抗菌层内设有阵列分布的抗菌包。
进一步地,所述耐磨涂层选用聚酰胺纤维,厚度小于30μm,通过采用耐磨涂层。
进一步地,所述经纱密度是纬纱密度的2倍,经纱中聚酯纤维:改性的丙烯纤维:聚氨基甲酸酯纤维:竹炭纤维质量配比4:5:8:3。
进一步地,所述纬纱结构与经纱结构相同,其区别在于,纬纱由聚酰胺纤维、改性的丙烯纤维、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维和竹炭纤维组成。
进一步地,所述纬纱中聚酰胺纤维:改性的丙烯纤维:聚氨基甲酸酯纤维:竹炭纤维的质量配比5:5:7:3,面料基层厚度小于50μm。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明面料通过竹炭纤维为根基,多种纤维交织缠绕,在通过经纱纬纱编织,大大提升面料的韧性,不易破损,而且竹炭纤维具有较好的吸汗能力,舒适度较高;
2、本发明面料具有防水、隔热、抗菌功能,耐磨涂层使用聚酰胺涂层,有效减少面料基层的异常磨损,提升使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种韧性强不易破损的家纺面料,面料包括防水层1和面料基层5,如图1所示,防水层1与面料基层5之间依次叠加设有阻燃隔热层2、抗菌层3、耐磨涂层4。
防水层1采用共聚多醚酯膜和增强纤维构成,厚度小于20μm,克重为15oz,共聚多醚酯膜与增强纤维质量配比为1:15,增强纤维编织形成防水层主体,共聚多醚酯膜通过超声波粘合的方式附着在防水层主体表面。
阻燃隔热层2由经线和纬线编织而成,经线由亚麻纤维、芳纶1313、硅酸铝纤维混纺织成,亚麻纤维:芳纶1313:硅酸铝纤维的混织配比为20%:48%:32%,纬线为玻璃纤维、阻燃腈纶、矿棉纤维以40%:26%:34%混纺织成。
抗菌层3选用壳聚糖纳米银织造而成,纳米银与壳聚糖质量配比1:200,纳米银粒径50~100nm,抗菌层3内设有阵列分布的抗菌包31。
耐磨涂层4选用聚酰胺纤维,厚度小于30μm,通过采用耐磨涂层4,减小面料基层5的磨损,提升使用寿命。
面料基层5由经纱和纬纱编织组成,如图2、图3所示,经纱密度是纬纱密度的2倍,经纱包括聚酯纤维51、改性的丙烯纤维52、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维53和竹炭纤维54,经纱以竹炭纤维54为基础,纱由聚酯纤维51、改性的丙烯纤维52和聚氨基甲酸酯纤维53相互交织,并依附于竹炭纤维54上,聚酯纤维51:改性的丙烯纤维52:聚氨基甲酸酯纤维53:竹炭纤维54质量配比4:5:8:3,纬纱结构与经纱结构相同,其区别在于,纬纱由聚酰胺纤维、改性的丙烯纤维52、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维53和竹炭纤维54组成,聚酰胺纤维:改性的丙烯纤维52:聚氨基甲酸酯纤维53:竹炭纤维54质量配比5:5:7:3,面料基层5厚度小于50μm。

Claims (10)

1.一种韧性强不易破损的家纺面料,面料包括防水层(1)和面料基层(5),其特征在于,所述防水层(1)与面料基层(5)之间依次叠加设有阻燃隔热层(2)、抗菌层(3)、耐磨涂层(4);
面料基层(5)由经纱和纬纱编织组成,经纱包括聚酯纤维(51)、改性的丙烯纤维(52)、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维(53)和竹炭纤维(54),经纱以竹炭纤维(54)为基础,聚酯纤维(51)、改性的丙烯纤维(52)和聚氨基甲酸酯纤维(53)相互交织,并依附缠绕于竹炭纤维(54)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种韧性强不易破损的家纺面料,其特征在于,所述防水层(1)采用共聚多醚酯膜和增强纤维构成,厚度小于20μm,克重为15oz,共聚多醚酯膜与增强纤维质量配比为1:15,增强纤维编织形成防水层主体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种韧性强不易破损的家纺面料,其特征在于,所述共聚多醚酯膜通过超声波粘合的方式附着在防水层主体表面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种韧性强不易破损的家纺面料,其特征在于,所述阻燃隔热层(2)由经线和纬线编织而成,经线由亚麻纤维、芳纶1313、硅酸铝纤维混纺织成,亚麻纤维:芳纶1313:硅酸铝纤维的混织配比为20%:48%:32%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种韧性强不易破损的家纺面料,其特征在于,所述纬线为玻璃纤维、阻燃腈纶、矿棉纤维以40%:26%:34%混纺织成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种韧性强不易破损的家纺面料,其特征在于,所述抗菌层(3)选用壳聚糖纳米银织造而成,纳米银与壳聚糖质量配比1:200,纳米银粒径50~100nm,抗菌层(3)内设有阵列分布的抗菌包(31)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种韧性强不易破损的家纺面料,其特征在于,所述耐磨涂层(4)选用聚酰胺纤维,厚度小于30μm,通过采用耐磨涂层(4)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种韧性强不易破损的家纺面料,其特征在于,所述经纱密度是纬纱密度的2倍,经纱中聚酯纤维(51):改性的丙烯纤维(52):聚氨基甲酸酯纤维(53):竹炭纤维(54)质量配比4:5:8:3。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种韧性强不易破损的家纺面料,其特征在于,所述纬纱结构与经纱结构相同,其区别在于,纬纱由聚酰胺纤维、改性的丙烯纤维(52)、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维(53)和竹炭纤维(54)组成。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种韧性强不易破损的家纺面料,其特征在于,所述纬纱中聚酰胺纤维:改性的丙烯纤维(52):聚氨基甲酸酯纤维(53):竹炭纤维(54)的质量配比5:5:7:3,面料基层(5)厚度小于50μm。
