技术领域
本发明涉及面料设计领域,特别是涉及一种抗静电混纺晴纶条。
背景技术
腈纶是聚丙烯腈纤维在我国的商品名,国外则称为“奥纶”、“开司米纶”。通常是指用85%以上的丙烯腈与第二和第三单体的共聚物,经湿法纺丝或干法纺丝制得的合成纤维。
腈纶纤维有人造羊毛之称,具有柔软、膨松、易染、色泽鲜艳、耐光、抗菌、不怕虫蛀等优点,根据不同的用途的要求可纯纺或与天然纤维混纺,其纺织品被广泛地用于服装、装饰、产业等领域。
发明内容
本发明主要是针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种抗静电混纺晴纶条,具有舒适透气、色泽鲜亮的特点,抗静电效果好,无任何不良副作用。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种抗静电混纺晴纶条,包括:第一混纺绵纶条、第二毛绒条以及第三晴纶条,将所述第一混纺绵纶条、第二毛绒条以及第三晴纶条进行针梳、精梳后恒温给湿后编织成一混合条,所述第一混纺绵纶条包括人棉布植绒纤维、涤纶纤维和绵纶纤维,所述第二毛绒条包括毛绒纤维、大豆纤维和动物蛋白质纤维,所述第三晴纶条包括晴纶纤维和莫代尔纤维。
作为本发明的一优选实施例,所述恒温给湿的温度控制在20-23℃的范围。
作为本发明的一优选实施例,所述恒温给湿的的时间为28-25小时。
作为本发明的一优选实施例,所述动物蛋白质纤维包括甲壳素纤维以及蚕丝纤维。
作为本发明的一优选实施例,所述第一混纺绵纶条中的人棉布植绒纤维、涤纶纤维和绵纶纤维的质量比为4:1:3。
作为本发明的一优选实施例,所述第二毛绒条中的毛绒纤维、大豆纤维和动物蛋白质纤维的质量比为2:6:1.5。
从上述技术方案可以看出,本发明一种抗静电混纺晴纶条,具有舒适透气、色泽鲜亮的特点,抗静电效果好,无任何不良副作用。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电混纺晴纶条,其特征在于,所述恒温给湿的温度控制在20-23℃的范围。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗静电混纺晴纶条,其特征在于,所述恒温给湿的的时间为28-25小时。
