Abstract
本发明提供了一种车用柴油加尾气清洁剂,该清洁剂包括由如下重量份的原料制成:甲醇15‑25份,乙醇5‑15份,叔丁醇5‑15份,甲酯5‑15份,乙酯5‑15份,碳酸二甲酯5‑15份,航空煤油40‑50份。本发明所述的车用柴油加尾气清洁剂采用多元醇、酯类,并结合航空煤油,使清洁剂可以更有效的对尾气进行除碳,减少尾气中的碳成分。

技术领域
本发明属于尾气净化领域,尤其是涉及一种车用柴油加尾气清洁剂。
背景技术
汽车燃油在油箱会生成胶状物质,胶状物质就会粘附在燃油滤清器上,堵塞过滤介质,使供油量减少,使输油量不足,燃油雾化不良,致使可燃混合气变稀,发动机动力性和经济性下降。
随着经济的发展,汽车逐渐成为了每个家庭的必要代步工具。汽车方便了人们的同时导致的汽车尾气对大气的污染渐渐成为一个重要的环境问题。目前多数汽车的尾气都是没有经过任何处理直接排放到空气中,由于汽车尾气中含有大量的有害物质,汽车尾气的成分含有CO2,CO,NOx,油气,灰粉等物质,这些物质对环境的直接排放会给环境带来严重的污染。汽车尾气对局部地区的酸雨,北方冬季的严重雾霾有着不可推卸的责任,对老百姓的键康造成了极大的危害,因此汽车尾气的治理迫在眉睫。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种车用柴油加尾气清洁剂,降低了碳的排放量。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种车用柴油加尾气清洁剂,该清洁剂包括由如下重量份的原料制成:甲醇15-25份,乙醇5-15份,叔丁醇5-15份,甲酯5-15份,乙酯5-15份,碳酸二甲酯5-15份,航空煤油40-50份。
优选的,所述的清洁剂包括由如下重量份的原料制成:甲醇15-20份,乙醇5-10份,叔丁醇5-10份,甲酯5-10份,乙酯5-10份,碳酸二甲酯5-10份,航空煤油40-50份。
优选的,所述的清洁剂包括由如下重量份的原料制成:甲醇20-25份,乙醇10-15份,叔丁醇5-15份,甲酯10-15份,乙酯10-15份,碳酸二甲酯10-15份,航空煤油40-50份。
优选的,所述的清洁剂包括由如下重量份的原料制成:甲醇20份,乙醇10份,叔丁醇5份,甲酯10份,乙酯10份,碳酸二甲酯10份,航空煤油45份。
优选的,所述的清洁剂包括由如下重量份的原料制成:甲醇20份,乙醇10份,叔丁醇10份,甲酯10份,乙酯10份,碳酸二甲酯10份,航空煤油50份。
所述的车用柴油加尾气清洁剂的制备方法:将甲醇、乙醇、叔丁醇、甲酯、乙酯、碳酸二甲酯进行混合,混合均匀后加入航空煤油,搅拌均匀后即得所述的车用柴油加尾气清洁剂。
相对于现有技术,本发明所述的车用柴油加尾气清洁剂具有以下优势:
(1)本发明所述的车用柴油加尾气清洁剂采用多元醇、酯类,并结合航空煤油,使清洁剂可以更有效的对尾气进行除碳,减少尾气中的碳成分。
(2)本发明所述的车用柴油加尾气清洁剂,可清除发动机内的积碳,清理油路,提高燃油效率,降低燃油损耗,且具有润滑、助燃的作用,对尾气吸收的效果明显。

除有定义外,以下实施例中所用的技术术语具有与本发明所属领域技术人员普遍理解的相同含义。以下实施例中所用的试验试剂,如无特殊说明,均为常规生化试剂;所述实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
下面结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
实施例1
一种车用柴油加尾气清洁剂,该清洁剂包括由如下重量份的原料制成:甲醇20份,乙醇10份,叔丁醇5份,甲酯10份,乙酯10份,碳酸二甲酯10份,航空煤油45份。
实施例2
一种车用柴油加尾气清洁剂,该清洁剂包括由如下重量份的原料制成:甲醇20份,乙醇10份,叔丁醇10份,甲酯10份,乙酯10份,碳酸二甲酯10份,航空煤油50份。
将实施例1制备得到的清洁剂进行检验,检验结果与检验方法如表1所示。

1.一种车用柴油加尾气清洁剂,其特征在于:该清洁剂包括由如下重量份的原料制成:甲醇15-25份,乙醇5-15份,叔丁醇5-15份,甲酯5-15份,乙酯5-15份,碳酸二甲酯5-15份,航空煤油40-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车用柴油加尾气清洁剂,其特征在于:所述的清洁剂包括由如下重量份的原料制成:甲醇15-20份,乙醇5-10份,叔丁醇5-10份,甲酯5-10份,乙酯5-10份,碳酸二甲酯5-10份,航空煤油40-50份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车用柴油加尾气清洁剂,其特征在于:所述的清洁剂包括由如下重量份的原料制成:甲醇20-25份,乙醇10-15份,叔丁醇5-15份,甲酯10-15份,乙酯10-15份,碳酸二甲酯10-15份,航空煤油40-50份。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的车用柴油加尾气清洁剂,其特征在于:所述的清洁剂包括由如下重量份的原料制成:甲醇20份,乙醇10份,叔丁醇5份,甲酯10份,乙酯10份,碳酸二甲酯10份,航空煤油45份。
