本发明公开了一种轻型振动筛筛箱横梁支撑结构。它包括有一个振动筛筛箱,在筛箱的下面设有至少三条均布的工字钢横梁,在各工字钢横梁两端分别焊接有连接法兰,在各工字钢横梁的上面用螺栓紧固有均布的夹板,在各夹板内分别向上夹紧固定有一根开槽方管,在各方管的槽内固定着筛箱的筛板,在筛板的两侧分别用压板压紧固定有压条,压板的上端和下端分别固定在筛箱和工字钢法兰上。具有焊接量小、无需退火处理,大大减少人工和材料成本的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及筛分设备,特别是一种轻型振动筛筛箱横梁支撑结构。
背景技术
现有的轻型振动筛筛箱横梁,都是采用圆管或方管在两端焊接连接法兰,如果是圆管还要在圆管上面焊接一层垫片,才能安装筛板,如果是方管还要用槽钢焊接成方管。由于焊接量比较大,表面会有较多变形,还需将表面加工平整才能安装筛板,为了增加筛箱的使用寿命,横梁均需要进行退火消除焊接应力。既增加人工成本,又增加了材料成本。
发明内容
本发明目的目的是提供一种焊接量小、省工省时的轻型振动筛筛箱横梁支撑结构。
本发明的技术方案是以如下方式完成的,它包括有一个振动筛筛箱,在筛箱的下面设有至少三条均布的工字钢横梁,在各工字钢横梁两端分别焊接有连接法兰,在各工字钢横梁的上面用螺栓紧固有均布的夹板,在各夹板内分别向上夹紧固定有一根开槽方管,在各方管的槽内固定着筛箱的筛板,在筛板的两侧分别用压板压紧固定有压条,压板的上端和下端分别固定在筛箱和工字钢法兰上。
本发明具有焊接量小、无需退火处理,大大减少人工和材料成本的优点。

结合附图详细描述实施例,它包括有一个振动筛筛箱1,在筛箱的下面设有至少三条均布的工字钢横梁2,在各工字钢横梁两端分别焊接有连接法兰3,在各工字钢横梁的上面用螺栓紧固有均布的夹板4,在各夹板内分别向上夹紧固定有一根开槽方管5,在各方管的槽内固定着筛箱的筛板6,在筛板的两侧与筛箱之间分别用压板8压紧固定有压条7,压板的上端和下端分别固定在筛箱和工字钢法兰上。
本发明采用标准工字钢做振动筛横梁,并在横梁上面用夹板固定开槽方管与筛板压面固定,筛板两侧用压板和压条固定,加工时无需退火处理,具有省工省料,降低成本的优点。

1.一种轻型振动筛筛箱横梁支撑结构,它包括有一个振动筛筛箱,其特征在于:在筛箱的下面设有至少三条均布的工字钢横梁,在各工字钢横梁两端分别焊接有连接法兰,在各工字钢横梁的上面用螺栓紧固有均布的夹板,在各夹板内分别向上夹紧固定有一根开槽方管,在各方管的槽内固定着筛箱的筛板,在筛板的两侧分别用压板压紧固定有压条,压板的上端和下端分别固定在筛箱和工字钢法兰上。
