1.一种炭素锻烧单体炉,其特征在于:包括炉体(1)和炉盖(2),所述炉体(1)为立式结 构,炉体(1)的底部外设有加强保护层(3),炉体(1)的底部与加强保护层(3)之间设有垫层 (4);所述炉盖(2)呈倒U型结构,炉盖(2)通过安装法兰(5)与炉体(1)进行连接,所述炉盖 (2) 上设有伸入到炉体⑴内的扰动风机(6)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的炭素煅烧单体炉,其特征在于:所述扰动风机(6)包括风机叶 片(61)、用于驱动风机叶片(61)转动的驱动装置(62)、用于放置驱动装置(62)的架体(63) 和转轴(64),所述转轴(64)外设置有水冷却系统(65),所述架体(63)安装在炉盖(2)的中 部,所述风机叶片(61)下部没有伸出炉盖(2)。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的炭素煅烧单体炉,其特征在于:所述炉体(1)由上部的炉身 (II) 和下部的炉底(12)拼接而成,所述炉底(12)上设有烟道C7)。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的炭素煅烧单体炉,其特征在于:所述烟道(7)包括上部支烟道 (71)和炉底支烟道(72),所述上部支烟道(71)由若干个离散并竖直设置的支撑柱(73)组 成,所述上部支烟道(71)和炉底支烟道(72)之间设有支撑台(74),所述支撑台(74)与炉体 (1)之间形成环状排烟结构。
5. 根据权利要求3所述的炭素煅烧单体炉,其特征在于:所述炉身(11)包括加强层 (III) 、保温层(112)和中间的连接层(113),所述加强层(111)为金属骨架结构。
6. 根据权利要求3所述的炭素锻烧单体炉,其特征在于:所述炉底(12)为耐火砖砌筑而 成的U型耐火砖层。
7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的炭素锻烧单体炉,其特征在于:所述炉盖(2)的组 成结构与所述炉体⑴上部的组成结构相同。 S.根据权利要求1_6中任一项所述的炭素煅烧单体炉,其特征在于:所述炉体(1)为圆 柱形结构。
9. 根据权利要求I-6中任一项所述的炭素煅烧单体炉,其特征在于:所述加强保护层 (3) 为混凝土结构。
10. 根据权利要求1_6中任一项所述的炭素煅烧单体炉,其特征在于:所述加强保护层 (3)的上端设有炉底加强板(S),所述炉底加强板⑻的一侧通过地脚螺栓⑼与加强保护层 ⑶连接,另一侧与炉体⑴连接。
