本发明涉及机械领域,尤其是涉及一种新型可移动热压成型机。
背景技术
热压成型机(In-Mold Decoration)是一种在注塑模具内放置Film薄膜来装饰塑胶外观表面的新技术。目前IMD有两种制造方法,一种是把印刷好的Film薄膜制作成循环滚筒卷状带,安装到注塑机和注塑模具内,象标签Label贴到前模面上全自动地循环带移动式的生产出来,即人称之为IMD(在模具内转印注塑)。
发明内容
本发明为了解决目前问题,为此提供了一种新型可移动热压成型机,包括机架,在机架上开关,在开关上设置下压板,上压板通过压轴连接机架,在机架顶部设置气缸,在机架底部设置轮子,作为优选,所述压轴为加强复合材料。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明设计合理,结构简单。该新型可移动热压成型机在工作时,将达到预期效果,大多压轴都需要有耐高温要求配置,而此发明从材料上达到了要求,压轴采用加强复合材料,使其加固提高使用安全性,轮子的设置是为了方便机器的搬移。
