本发明涉及机械领域，尤其是涉及一种新型热压成型机。
背景技术
热压成型机（In-Mold Decoration）是一种在注塑模具内放置Film薄膜来装饰塑胶外观表面的新技术。目前IMD有两种制造方法，一种是把印刷好的Film薄膜制作成循环滚筒卷状带,安装到注塑机和注塑模具内,象标签Label贴到前模面上全自动地循环带移动式的生产出来，即人称之为IMD(在模具内转印注塑）。
发明内容
本发明为了解决目前问题，为此提供了一种新型热压成型机，包括机架，在机架上开关，在开关上设置下压板，上压板通过压轴连接机架，在机架顶部设置气缸，作为优选，所述压轴为加强复合材料。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明设计合理，结构简单。该新型热压成型机在工作时，将达到预期效果，大多压轴都需要有耐高温要求配置，而此发明从材料上达到了要求，压轴采用加强复合材料，使其加固提高使用安全性。
