技术领域
本发明涉及造纸领域,尤其涉及一种环保型涂布装饰原纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
用于人造板表面的装饰原纸,对人造板具有装饰和保护作用,作为一种特种纸,主要技术要求是印刷适性,即良好的印刷表面强度和油墨转移吸收性,有一定的平滑度、纸质压缩性和柔软性好,同时要求遮盖性;其次则要求装饰原纸具有良好的吸收性,经浸渍能吸收三聚氰胺树脂。由于后续加工中对于纸页的吸收性有较高的要求,而一般的表面处理均会降低纸页的吸收性,除了宝丽纸,装纸原纸一般不经行表面处理,这对满足原纸的表面强度提出了更高要求。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种环保型涂布装饰原纸及其制备方法,以阔叶木浆、针叶木浆作为浆料,加入二氧化钛进行纸页抄造,再采用改性苯丙乳液和丁苯乳液相结合的涂布方法,先用40%的苯丙乳液,再用60%的丁苯乳液,对装饰纸进行涂布、干燥和压光,两种涂布液中均加有纳米氧化物添加料,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
1)装饰原纸的抄造:
A.打浆:将针叶浆板和阔叶浆板分别撕成小片,在水中分别浸泡10-20h,然后使用槽式打浆机分别打浆至30-45°SR,将打好的浆捞出,使用甩干机甩干,然后分别装入密封袋中,平衡水分,时间在15-25h;
B.填料制备:将称量好的去离子水、分散剂和二氧化钛加入到分散机中,分散机的转速为20000-25000r/min,分散时间40-60min;
C.浆料混合:将A中针叶浆和阔叶浆按15-20∶80-85的质量比倒入搅拌机中恒速搅拌,转速为800-1000r/min。在搅拌的过程中,一边搅拌一边加入B中填料,填料的加填量为纸浆绝干量的20%-30%,继续搅拌3-5min,加入助剂PAM,搅拌5-10min,得浆料;
D.纸页抄造:浆料上网抄造成,湿纸页成型,压榨干燥,得定量为60-85g/m2的装饰原纸;
2)涂布液的制备:
A.纳米氧化物浆料的制备:将纳米氧化硅、水、聚丙烯酸钠、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、聚乙二醇6000分散成纳米氧化硅混合物料,将纳米氧化硅混合物料进行超声波处理3-6h,得纳米氧化物浆料;
B.改性苯丙乳液的制备:在反应器中加入全部的pH调节剂和去离子水、总量三分之二的丙烯酸或α-甲基丙烯酸、总量三分之二的苯乙烯、总量三分之二的丙烯酸酯、总量三分之二的引发剂,在搅拌状态下升温至75-85℃,保温0.5-1.5h进行反应,制得预乳液;将余量的丙烯酸或α-甲基丙烯酸、余量的苯乙烯、余量的丙烯酸酯和全部的纳米氧化物浆料混合均匀,与余量的引发剂在75-85℃的条件下,分别滴加至预乳液,滴加完毕后保温3~5h,制得改性苯丙乳液;
C.涂布液I的制备:将改性苯丙乳液、10%(wt%)的聚乙烯醇溶液与10%(wt%)的淀粉液混合均匀,即得涂布液I;
D.改性丁苯乳液的制备:在反应器中加入全部的pH调节剂和去离子水、总量三分之二的丙烯酸或α-甲基丙烯酸、总量三分之二的丁二烯、总量三分之二的苯乙烯或甲基苯乙烯、总量三分之二的引发剂,在搅拌状态下升温至40-90℃,保温0.5-1.5h进行反应,制得预乳液;将余量的丙烯酸或α-甲基丙烯酸、余量的丁二烯、余量的苯乙烯或甲基苯乙烯和全部的纳米氧化物浆料混合均匀,与余量的引发剂在40-90℃的条件下,分别滴加至预乳液,滴加完毕后保温3~8h,制得改性丁苯乳液;
E.涂布液II的制备:将改性丁苯乳液、10%(wt%)的聚乙烯醇溶液与10%(wt%)的羧甲基纤维素混合均匀,即得涂布液II。
3)使用步骤(2)中的涂布液I、涂布液II依次对步骤(1)中的装饰原纸进行涂布:涂布方式为刮刀涂布,计量辊使用30号,计量辊压力3-10N,橡胶辊压力5-15N,刮刀压力5-20N,刮刀角度15。-25。,涂布速度10-15m/min,红外干燥能力90%-100%,热风干燥温度90-100℃,干燥时间45-120s。
4)压光:采用压光机对涂布装饰原纸进行压光,压力30-50N/mm,温度40-60℃,速度5-20m/min。
所述填料制备中各组分质量比为去离子水∶二氧化钛∶分散剂=(70-85)∶(15-30)∶(0.06-0.3)。
所述的改性苯丙乳液各组分重量配比为:
丙烯酸或α-甲基丙烯酸:20-50份;
苯乙烯:5-10份;
丙烯酸酯:5-10份;
引发剂:0.03-0.1份;
pH调节剂:0.03-0.07份;
纳米氧化物浆料:0.3-2份;
去离子水:70-150份。
所述的改性丁苯乳液各组分重量配比为:
丙烯酸或α-甲基丙烯酸:2-9份;
丁二烯:85-150份;
苯乙烯或甲基苯乙烯:85-150份;
纳米氧化物浆料:0.5-5份;
引发剂:0.05-0.1份;
pH调节剂:0.2-1份;
去离子水:100-250份。
所述纳米氧化物浆料中各组分配比为:
纳米氧化硅:20-30份;
聚丙烯酸钠:0.1-0.3份;
辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚:0.3-0.6份;
聚乙二醇6000:0.2-0.9份;
去离子水:70-80份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的装饰原纸采用两种涂布液涂布方式,苯丙乳液可以提高原纸的表面光泽度、耐光性和耐黄变性,丁苯乳液则赋予原纸更强的表面强度;
2、两种改性涂布液中均使用了亲水性功能单体,即大量含有羧基的丙烯酸或α-甲基丙烯酸,赋予了涂布液更强的的亲水性,使表面处理后的装饰纸张吸收性好;
3、涂布液中的纳米氧化硅浆料在涂布液干燥成膜过程中,填充在聚合物粒子间的空隙中,使得原纸表面更平滑,提高了装饰原纸的平滑度,改善了装饰原纸的印刷适性。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来说明本发明。
实施例1:
一种环保型涂布装饰原纸及其制备方法,以阔叶木浆、针叶木浆作为浆料,加入二氧化钛进行纸页抄造,再采用改性苯丙乳液和丁苯乳液相结合的涂布方法,先用40%的苯丙乳液,再用60%的丁苯乳液,对装饰纸进行涂布、干燥和压光,两种涂布液中均加有纳米氧化物添加料,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
1)装饰原纸的抄造:
A.打浆:将针叶浆板和阔叶浆板分别撕成小片,在水中分别浸泡15h,然后使用槽式打浆机分别打浆至45°SR,将打好的浆捞出,使用甩干机甩干,然后分别装入密封袋中,平衡水分,时间15h;
B.填料制备:将80份去离子水、0.1份分散剂和20份二氧化钛加入到分散机中,分散机的转速为20000r/min,分散时间1h;
C.浆料混合:将A中针叶浆和阔叶浆按15∶85的质量比倒入搅拌机中恒速搅拌,转速为800r/min。在搅拌的过程中,一边搅拌一边加入B中填料,填料的加填量为纸浆绝干量的30%,继续搅拌5min,加入助剂PAM,搅拌5min,得浆料;
纸页抄造:浆料上网抄造成,湿纸页成型,压榨干燥,得定量为65g/m2的装饰原纸;
2)涂布液的制备:
A.纳米氧化物浆料的制备:将20份纳米氧化硅、75份去离子水、0.1份聚丙烯酸钠、0.4份辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、0.4份聚乙二醇6000分散成纳米氧化硅混合物料,将纳米氧化硅混合物料进行超声波处理3.5h,得纳米氧化物浆料;
B.改性苯丙乳液的制备:在反应器中加入0.04份pH调节剂和80份去离子水、20份丙烯酸、4份苯乙烯、4份丙烯酸酯、0.04份过硫酸铵,在搅拌状态下升温至80℃,保温1h进行反应,制得预乳液;将10份丙烯酸、2份苯乙烯、2份丙烯酸酯和0.5份纳米氧化物浆料混合均匀,与0.02份过硫酸铵在80℃的条件下,滴加至预乳液,滴加完毕后保温4h,制得改性苯丙乳液;
C.涂布液I的制备:将改性苯丙乳液、10%(wt%)的聚乙烯醇溶液与10%(wt%)的淀粉液混合均匀,即得涂布液I;
D.改性丁苯乳液的制备:在反应器中加入0.2份pH调节剂和150份去离子水、2份丙烯酸、60份丁二烯、60份甲基苯乙烯、0.04份引发剂,在搅拌状态下升温至65℃,保温1h,制得预乳液;将1份丙烯酸、余量的丁二烯、30份甲基苯乙烯和3份纳米氧化物浆料混合均匀,与0.02份引发剂在65℃下,滴加至预乳液,滴加完毕后保温6h,制得改性丁苯乳液;
E.涂布液II的制备:将改性丁苯乳液、10%(wt%)的聚乙烯醇溶液与10%(wt%)的羧甲基纤维素混合均匀,即得涂布液II。
3)使用步骤(2)中的涂布液I、涂布液II依次对步骤(1)中的装饰原纸进行涂布:涂布方式为刮刀涂布,计量辊使用30号,计量辊压力5N,橡胶辊压力5N,刮刀压力5N,刮刀角度25。,涂布速度10m/min,红外干燥能力90%,热风干燥温度100℃,干燥时间45s。
4)压光:采用压光机对涂布装饰原纸进行压光,压力30N/mm,温度60℃,速度10m/min。

1.一种环保型涂布装饰原纸及其制备方法,其特征在于:以阔叶木浆、针叶木浆作为浆料,加入二氧化钛进行纸页抄造,再采用改性苯丙乳液和丁苯乳液相结合的涂布方法,先用40%的苯丙乳液,再用60%的丁苯乳液,对装饰纸进行涂布、干燥和压光,两种涂布液中均加有纳米氧化物添加料,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
1)装饰原纸的抄造:
A.打浆:将针叶浆板和阔叶浆板分别撕成小片,在水中分别浸泡10-20h,然后使用槽式打浆机分别打浆至30-45°SR,将打好的浆捞出,使用甩干机甩干,然后分别装入密封袋中,平衡水分,时间在15-25h;
B.填料制备:将称量好的去离子水、分散剂和二氧化钛加入到分散机中,分散机的转速为20000-25000r/min,分散时间40-60min;
C.浆料混合:将A中针叶浆和阔叶浆按15-20∶80-85的质量比倒入搅拌机中恒速搅拌,转速为800-1000r/min。在搅拌的过程中,一边搅拌一边加入B中填料,填料的加填量为纸浆绝干量的20%-30%,继续搅拌3-5min,加入助剂PAM,搅拌5-10min,得浆料;
D.纸页抄造:浆料上网抄造成,湿纸页成型,压榨干燥,得定量为60-85g/m2的装饰原纸;
2)涂布液的制备:
A.纳米氧化物浆料的制备:将纳米氧化硅、水、聚丙烯酸钠、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、聚乙二醇6000分散成纳米氧化硅混合物料,将纳米氧化硅混合物料进行超声波处理3-6h,得纳米氧化物浆料;
B.改性苯丙乳液的制备:在反应器中加入全部的pH调节剂和去离子水、总量三分之二的丙烯酸或α-甲基丙烯酸、总量三分之二的苯乙烯、总量三分之二的丙烯酸酯、总量三分之二的引发剂,在搅拌状态下升温至75-85℃,保温0.5-1.5h进行反应,制得预乳液;将余量的丙烯酸或α-甲基丙烯酸、余量的苯乙烯、余量的丙烯酸酯和全部的纳米氧化物浆料混合均匀,与余量的引发剂在75-85℃的条件下,分别滴加至预乳液,滴加完毕后保温3~5h,制得改性苯丙乳液;
C.涂布液I的制备:将改性苯丙乳液、10%(wt%)的聚乙烯醇溶液与10%(wt%)的淀粉液混合均匀,即得涂布液I;
D.改性丁苯乳液的制备:在反应器中加入全部的pH调节剂和去离子水、总量三分之二的丙烯酸或α-甲基丙烯酸、总量三分之二的丁二烯、总量三分之二的苯乙烯或甲基苯乙烯、总量三分之二的引发剂,在搅拌状态下升温至40-90℃,保温0.5-1.5h进行反应,制得预乳液;将余量的丙烯酸或α-甲基丙烯酸、余量的丁二烯、余量的苯乙烯或甲基苯乙烯和全部的纳米氧化物浆料混合均匀,与余量的引发剂在40-90℃的条件下,分别滴加至预乳液,滴加完毕后保温3~8h,制得改性丁苯乳液;
E.涂布液II的制备:将改性丁苯乳液、10%(wt%)的聚乙烯醇溶液与10%(wt%)的羧甲基纤维素混合均匀,即得涂布液II。
3)使用步骤(2)中的涂布液I、涂布液II依次对步骤(1)中的装饰原纸进行涂布:涂布方式为刮刀涂布,计量辊使用30号,计量辊压力3-10N,橡胶辊压力5-15N,刮刀压力5-20N,刮刀角度15°-25°,涂布速度10-15m/min,红外干燥能力90%-100%,热风干燥温度90-100℃,干燥时间45-120s。
4)压光:采用压光机对涂布装饰原纸进行压光,压力30-50N/mm,温度40-60℃,速度5-20m/min。

苯乙烯或甲基苯乙烯:85-150份;
纳米氧化物浆料:0.5-5份;
引发剂:0.05-0.1份;
pH调节剂:0.2-1份;
去离子水:100-250份。
5.根据权利要求1、2、3所述的一种环保型涂布装饰原纸及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述纳米氧化物浆料中各组分配比为:
纳米氧化硅:20-30份;
聚丙烯酸钠:0.1-0.3份;
辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚:0.3-0.6份;
聚乙二醇6000:0.2-0.9份;
去离子水:70-80份。
