Abstract

本发明提供一种羊绒面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:纤维混合;将原料纤维洗毛后进行染色;纺纱和织造步骤;织造后整理步骤;将由磁性纤维经线和磁性纤维纬线编织而成的磁性纤维层通过粘胶粘结于面料本体的外侧,所述粘胶由99%纯丙烯酸聚合物乳液与1%纳米二氧化钛粉末混合而成;在所述磁性纤维层的外侧涂覆防污层,所述防污层材料为特氟龙,涂覆厚度为0.5‑1um;通过烘箱将贴合后的羊毛面料进行定型,定型后通过收卷切边机进行切边、裁剪、卷取。

Description

羊绒面料的生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及羊绒面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
现有技术中有一种羊绒面料的生产工艺,包括羊毛纤维和维纶纤维,所述羊毛纤维的规格为 细度85s~150s、长度95~115mm;所述维纶纤维的规格为3 .5~4 .5dtex×50~ 75mm。这种 羊绒面料的生产工艺具有保暖、吸湿、富于弹性和耐磨的特点,但是采用这种羊绒面料的生产工艺制成的衣物,透气性差,此外现有的羊绒面料的生产工艺不具备杀菌功能,容易滋生细菌影响人体健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术的不足,从而提供一种羊绒面料的生产工艺,耐水洗性好,抗菌的区域广泛,抗菌效果持久且具有一定的磁疗养生作用。
发明所采用的技术方案是这样的:一种羊绒面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:纤维混合,将羊绒纤维70份、抗菌纤维15份、超细保暖纤维10份、纳米级抗菌银离子母粒原生纤维5份、Sorona聚合物纤维15份、三维中空保暖纤维10份、原生棉纤维20份经过混棉机混合;
S2:将原料纤维洗毛后进行染色,在染色过程中加入入匀染剂、助剂和抗静电剂;
S3:纺纱和织造步骤;
S4:织造后整理步骤,所述后整理步骤包括浸泡、缩绒、烘干、剪毛和滚球,将羊毛面料浸入38-40℃的水中浸泡,浸泡时间为3-5min;在缩绒机中放入占羊毛面料重量3%-5%的柔软剂,放入羊毛面料,浸泡20-30min,然后开缩绒机进行缩绒,缩绒时间为10-12min,转速20-30转/分;在120-160℃的条件下,将缩绒后的羊毛面料以3-5m/min的速度拉幅定型;将烘干后的羊毛面料进行修剪,修剪掉3-5㎜的绒毛;将滚球机器预热到80-85℃,进羊毛面料,升温至130℃,保温3-5min,加湿10-30s,降温至80℃,出料得到面料本体;
S5:将由磁性纤维经线和磁性纤维纬线编织而成的磁性纤维层通过粘胶粘结于面料本体的外侧,所述粘胶由99%纯丙烯酸聚合物乳液与1%纳米二氧化钛粉末混合而成;
S6:在所述磁性纤维层的外侧涂覆防污层,所述防污层材料为特氟龙,涂覆厚度为0.5-1um;
S7:通过烘箱将贴合后的羊毛面料进行定型,定型后通过收卷切边机进行切边、裁剪、卷取。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:通过在胶料中添加一定的纳米二氧化钛粉末,能够吸收紫外光,纳米级抗菌银离子母粒原生纤维中的银离子在紫外光的照射下通过光催化反应产生的大量羟自由基(·OH),由此可以通过活性氧基(·OH)和银离子同时攻击微生物细胞,破坏细胞壁(或细胞膜)以及细胞内酶,基因,从而提高了杀菌效果,而且通过设置磁性纤维网,其产生的磁场使得银离子的杀菌效果更佳,而且具备磁疗作用。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明。
本发明公开一种羊绒面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:纤维混合,将羊绒纤维70份、抗菌纤维15份、超细保暖纤维10份、纳米级抗菌银离子母粒原生纤维5份、Sorona聚合物纤维15份、三维中空保暖纤维10份、原生棉纤维20份经过混棉机混合;
S2:将原料纤维洗毛后进行染色,在染色过程中加入入匀染剂、助剂和抗静电剂;
S3:纺纱和织造步骤;
S4:织造后整理步骤,所述后整理步骤包括浸泡、缩绒、烘干、剪毛和滚球,将羊毛面料浸入38-40℃的水中浸泡,浸泡时间为3-5min;在缩绒机中放入占羊毛面料重量3%-5%的柔软剂,放入羊毛面料,浸泡20-30min,然后开缩绒机进行缩绒,缩绒时间为10-12min,转速20-30转/分;在120-160℃的条件下,将缩绒后的羊毛面料以3-5m/min的速度拉幅定型;将烘干后的羊毛面料进行修剪,修剪掉3-5㎜的绒毛;将滚球机器预热到80-85℃,进羊毛面料,升温至130℃,保温3-5min,加湿10-30s,降温至80℃,出料得到面料本体;

S7:通过烘箱将贴合后的羊毛面料进行定型,定型后通过收卷切边机进行切边、裁剪、卷取。
银的抗菌机理,为金属离子作用和光催化作用:
1、银的化学结构决定了银具有较高的催化能力,高氧化态银的还原势极高,足以使其周围空间产生原子氧。原子氧具有强氧化性可以灭菌;
2、Ag+可以强烈地吸引细菌体中蛋白酶上的巯基(-SH),迅速与其结合在一起,使蛋白酶丧失活性,导致细菌死亡。
3、当细菌被Ag+杀后,Ag+又由细菌尸体中游离出来,再与其它菌落接触,周而复始地进行上述过程,这也是银杀菌持久性的原因。
4、经权威机构(SGS)检测,该产品对金黄色葡萄球菌,大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的抗菌率可达99%以上,且经150次洗涤后,抗菌率不变。
通过在胶料中添加一定的纳米二氧化钛粉末,能够吸收紫外光,纳米级抗菌银离子母粒原生纤维中的银离子在紫外光的照射下通过光催化反应产生的大量羟自由基(·OH),由此可以通过活性氧基(·OH)和银离子同时攻击微生物细胞,破坏细胞壁(或细胞膜)以及细胞内酶,基因,从而提高了杀菌效果,而且通过设置磁性纤维网,其产生的磁场使得银离子的杀菌效果更佳,而且具备磁疗作用。
所述面料本体还包括Sorona聚合物纤维15份、三维中空保暖纤维10份、原生棉纤维20份,
杜邦TMSorona聚合物纤维,杜邦TMSorona聚合物是由1,3-丙二醇(PDO)和PTA(或DMT)两种主要原料制成的。其中PDO为其关键原料,占总原料的比重为37%。PDO可以通过石化工艺制成,而美国杜邦公司则成功地利用玉米糖发酵的方法高效地制成了生产Sorona所需的PDO,从而革命性地为化纤领域注入了环保的新概念。
从玉米中获得葡萄糖,在经过基因改造的细菌作用下,经过发酵生成PDO(1,3丙二醇),经过蒸馏PDO被提纯并脱水。这时,pdo看上去是一种清澈而略带粘稠的液体。再加入TPA(对苯二甲酸),反应后,进行SORONA切片即可制得SORONA纤维。
利用生化法生产的SORONA聚合物具有以下三重环保价值
1 有37%的原料来自天然可再生资源,而非石化原料,从而减少对石油资源的依赖性;
2 相同产量的Sorona聚合物,与基于石化原料的尼龙聚合物相比,Sorona在制成中比后者少消耗30%的能源;
3 相同产量的Sorona聚合物,与基于石化原料的尼龙聚合物相比,Sorona在制成中比后者少排放63%的二氧化碳(即温室效应气体)。
Sorona聚合物纤维具有出色的拉伸和回复性能,伸长15%后仍可100%回复,远高于涤纶与尼龙。

Claims (1)

1.羊绒面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:纤维混合,将羊绒纤维70份、抗菌纤维15份、超细保暖纤维10份、纳米级抗菌银离子母粒原生纤维5份、Sorona聚合物纤维15份、三维中空保暖纤维10份、原生棉纤维20份经过混棉机混合;
S2:将原料纤维洗毛后进行染色,在染色过程中加入入匀染剂、助剂和抗静电剂;
S3:纺纱和织造步骤;
S4:织造后整理步骤,所述后整理步骤包括浸泡、缩绒、烘干、剪毛和滚球,将羊毛面料浸入38-40℃的水中浸泡,浸泡时间为3-5min;在缩绒机中放入占羊毛面料重量3%-5%的柔软剂,放入羊毛面料,浸泡20-30min,然后开缩绒机进行缩绒,缩绒时间为10-12min,转速20-30转/分;在120-160℃的条件下,将缩绒后的羊毛面料以3-5m/min的速度拉幅定型;将烘干后的羊毛面料进行修剪,修剪掉3-5㎜的绒毛;将滚球机器预热到80-85℃,进羊毛面料,升温至130℃,保温3-5min,加湿10-30s,降温至80℃,出料得到面料本体;
S5:将由磁性纤维经线和磁性纤维纬线编织而成的磁性纤维层通过粘胶粘结于面料本体的外侧,所述粘胶由99%纯丙烯酸聚合物乳液与1%纳米二氧化钛粉末混合而成;
