本发明涉及化工清洗剂领域,尤其涉及一种安全环保碳氢清洗剂。
背景技术
在五金加工过程中,会使用各种加工用油如轧制油、拉拔油、冲压油、拉伸油等,加工后的工件表面会附着这类油脂,或者对于工件上诸如沥青、积炭等难清洗的污垢,使用最多的往往是卤代烃类清洗剂。由于国家对环保和职工身心健康的问题越来越重视,在工业洗净领域卤代烃类清洗产品如二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、四氯乙烯等因毒性大、腐蚀性强、蒸发速度快、对臭氧层破坏性强等问题已逐渐被市场所淘汰。所以现在市面上急需一种卤代烃类清洗剂的替代产品,而碳氢清洗剂因其在经济节约、结构稳定、安全环保、毒性低等特点被认为是极具前景的卤代烃类替代品。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种安全环保碳氢清洗剂,能够替代卤代烃类清洗产品,具有良好的洗净能力,能彻底清除油污(如冲压油、切削油、压延油)、灰尘、沥青、积炭等各类污物,并且可以完全挥发,不含破坏臭氧物质,无毒无害对环境友好。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种安全环保碳氢清洗剂,包括如下重量份的各组分:
C10H22:55-65%
C11H24:5-10%
醇醚溶剂:8-15%
酯类溶剂:5-32%。
优选地,所述醇醚溶剂包括二乙二醇乙醚、二乙二醇丁醚、二丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇丁醚、乙二醇丁醚中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述酯类溶剂为乙酸甲酯、乙酸丁酯、己二酸二甲酯中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述安全环保碳氢清洗剂包括如下重量份的各组分:C10H22:55%、C11H24:10%、二乙二醇乙醚:5%、二乙二醇丁醚:8%、二乙二醇乙醚:7%、乙酸甲酯:10%、己二酸二甲酯:5%。

C10H22:55%
C11H24:10%
二乙二醇乙醚:5%
二乙二醇丁醚:8%
二乙二醇乙醚:7%
乙酸甲酯:10%
己二酸二甲酯:5%。
制备工艺:在反应釜内加入55份的合成C10H22,在低速搅拌下,依次加入C11H24、二乙二醇乙醚、二乙二醇丁醚、二乙二醇乙醚、乙酸甲酯、己二酸二甲酯,搅拌20-30min。混合均匀即可形成成品。
清洗方法:
步骤1:将待清洗工件放入第一清洗槽内,超声波清洗3分钟,清洗温度40℃,超声波为220V,40Khz。
步骤2:将步骤1中清洗后工件放入第二清洗槽内,超声波漂洗3分钟,清洗温度40℃,超声波为220V,40Khz。
步骤3:将步骤2清洗后的工件进行沥液,热风干燥完成清洗。
实施例2

清洗方法:
步骤1:将待清洗工件放入第一清洗槽内,超声波清洗3分钟,清洗温度40℃,超声波为220V,40Khz。
步骤2:将步骤1中清洗后工件放入第二清洗槽内,超声波漂洗3分钟,清洗温度40℃,超声波为220V,40Khz。

清洗方法:
步骤1:将待清洗工件放入第一清洗槽内,超声波清洗3分钟,清洗温度40℃,超声波为220V,40Khz。

本实施例所述的环保碳氢清洗剂具有如下特点:清洗效果好,经过简单的清洗工艺就可将工件洗净;对清洗材料安全,不会产生腐蚀和锈蚀,对大部分塑料、橡胶没有溶解、溶胀、脆化的作用;不含ODS(破坏臭氧层物质),安全环保;能够蒸馏再生,清洗剂可由于被清洗物上附着的污物(加工油、润滑脂、防锈油、蜡、液晶等)的混入,主要成分的分解、添加剂的消耗等原因被污染从而变质,随污染变质的进行清洗剂将逐渐不能再使用。可利用液体的沸点随压力降低而降低的性质进行减压蒸馏,只回收清洗液中的清洗剂而将加工油等作为废液处理,降低用户使用成本。
