Abstract
本发明公开了一种清洁液及其制备方法,其制备方法包括如下步骤:一、油茶籽粕60~90份、生姜2~4份、无患子2~10份、皂荚2~10份,混合粉碎,加水制浆,过滤,获得浆液;二、取步骤一所得的浆液浓缩至每毫升浓缩液中含有0.15~0.19克活性物;三、取步骤二得到的浓缩液40‑60份、电解水30~40份、小苏打5~15份、海盐1~5份、膨润土3~5份;混合搅拌过滤,得到清洁液。其无化学表面活性剂,但清洁效果及杀菌能力强,不分层,不析出,不污染水体,自然分解。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种洗涤用品及其制备方法,特别是一种清洁液及其制备方法。
背景技术
以洗洁精为代表的日化洗涤产品在现代生活中与我们是息息相关的,我们几乎天天都要用洗洁精来清洗食品(水果、蔬菜等),清洗餐具。而当我们使用完后,大部分的洗洁精会随下水道流往江、河、湖、海。洗洁精中含有强致癌物,不可避免地对人体健康产生伤害。
洗洁精的主要成分是石油的二级衍生物——十二烷基苯磺酸钠。大家应该都知道石油的三级衍生物是沥青,恶心有毒;十二烷基苯磺酸钠比较容易挥发,所以就加了10%粘稠剂,人们买桶装的洗洁精的时候,专门挑稠的买,其实越稠,它含的去污成分十二烷基苯磺酸钠反而少了。加了粘稠剂后,十二烷基苯磺酸钠的味道很刺鼻,如果味道不好闻,大家也不会去买,所以厂家又加了10%工业香精,让洗洁精有桔子味柠檬味,这样大家才喜欢用;随着餐具的使用,香精等这些成份有部分会进入人体,对人体没有好处。
洗洁精还容易氧化,氧化后的洗洁精会变成绿色,蓝色。但是我们家里的洗洁精怎么没变色的,因为厂家在里面加了10%防腐剂,所以没变色。我们有的时候到小饭店里吃饭,他的厨房里有些桶里面有绿色,蓝色的液体,其实就是没有加防腐剂的洗洁精,随着餐具的使用,防腐剂等成份有部分会进入人体,对人体没有好处。
吉林电视台曾经作过一个调查,市场上9种洗洁精,洗过餐具后,自来水冲洗12遍,还能检测出平均0.03%残留,别小看这0.03%,我们每天都在用洗洁精,而且我们平均冲洗根本没有12遍,我们每天吃饭,喝汤就把这残留物吃到体内,一天两天没问题,一两年问题也不大,但是十年,二十年后,随着餐具的使用,这些毒素进入人体后,会在我们身体里长期积累,毒害身体。
因此,长期使用化学合成洗涤产品,不但对皮肤的刺激,致使皮肤粗糙干裂,而且清洗不完全,残留导致危害身体,同时因不易分解,对环境土壤及水体的污染相当严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的上述不足而提供一种清洁液的制备方法,其工艺简单,其原料常见、便宜;通过其制作的清洁液,稳定性高,杀菌效果好、去垢能力强,生物降解度高,温和爽手、低泡、省水;其无毒性、无刺激性、无过敏性,可作为人们日常生活中清洗食品工器具、餐具及蔬菜、水果等理想的安全环保洗涤品。
本发明的技术方案是:一种清洁液的制备方法,其包括如下工艺步骤:
一、制取浆液
油茶籽粕60~90份、生姜2~4份、无患子2~10份、皂荚2~10份,混合后,添加质量70-100%的水,搅拌均匀,通过榨汁机挤压,过滤,获得浆液;
二、制取浓缩液
取步骤一所得的浆液,在93~97℃的水温中水浴浓缩至每毫升浓缩液中含有0.15~0.19克活性物;
三、制取清洁液
按如下质量份配比称取原料:取步骤二得到的浓缩液40-60份、电解水30~40份、小苏打5~15份、海盐1~5份、膨润土3~5份。将的电解水加热至45-50℃后,再依次将取得的小苏打、浓缩液、海盐、膨润土加入电解水中,搅拌30-40min,过滤,降至常温,得到清洁液。
优选地,步骤一的榨汁机挤压螺旋采用反螺旋结构,出液榨条间隙2-3mm。
优选地,步骤一的过滤采用卧螺离心机。
优选地,步骤二的浓缩在在93~97℃的高效蒸发器中进行,浓缩至每毫升浓缩液中含有0.15~0.19克活性物 。
优选地,步骤三中所述膨润土钠基膨润土。
优选地,步骤一中所述生姜为新鲜生姜。
优选地,步骤三的电解水PH值是9-12。
一种清洁液,其是通过以上清洁液的制备方法制得的。

本发明用到的主要原料说明如下:
油茶籽粕:油茶树结的果实,果实内籽仁经压榨、浸出工艺提取后,获得油茶籽粕。油茶籽粕含有茶油、茶皂素、糖类、维生素E和抗氧化成分,这些成分能保护人的皮肤,尤其是能防止皮肤损伤和衰老,使皮肤具有光泽、细嫩。另外,如果用来洗头发还能防止脱发,使头发乌黑发亮,不过比较奢侈。且天然表面活性剂茶皂素,有很强去污性能。
电解水:将洁净水通过电解,获得富含-OH的电解水,PH9-12。
小苏打: 白色粉末或单斜晶结晶性粉末,无臭、味咸、易溶于水,但比碳酸钠在水中的溶解度小,不溶于乙醇,水溶液呈微碱性。受热易分解。在潮湿空气中缓慢分解。约在50℃开始失去二氧化碳,在100℃ 全部变为碳酸钠。在弱酸中迅速分解,其水溶液在20℃时开始分解出二氧化碳和碳酸钠,到沸点时全部分解。25℃时溶于10份水,约18℃时溶于12份水,不溶于乙醇。其冷水制成的没有搅动的溶液, 对酚酞试纸仅呈微碱性反应,放置或升高温度,其碱性增加。25℃新鲜配制的0.1mol/L水溶 液pH值为8.3,显碱性,但不含OH﹣,不属于碱,属于酸式碳酸盐(碳酸氢盐)。储存:干燥,避光,密封保存。用途:分析试剂。有机合成。制药(治疗胃酸过多)。发酵剂(焙制糕点)。灭火剂(泡沫或干粉)。
海盐:来自盐碱滩,海盐含有微量矿物质,如钙、镁、钾、溴化物和其他各种微量元素。可杀灭蛞蝓、蜗牛、水蛭一类附有粘液的软体动物(昆虫)。
膨润土:也叫斑脱岩,皂土或膨土岩。我国开发使用膨润土的历史悠久,原来只是做为一种洗涤剂。(四川仁寿地区数百年前就有露天矿,当地人称膨润土为土粉)。真正被广泛使用却只有百来年历史。美国最早发现是在怀俄明州的古地层中,呈黄绿色的粘土,加水后能膨胀成糊状,后来人们就把凡是有这种性质的粘土,统称为膨润土。其实膨润土的主要矿物成分是蒙脱石,含量在85-90%,膨润土的一些性质也都是由蒙脱石所决定的。蒙脱石可呈各种颜色如黄绿、黄白、灰、白色等等。可以成致密块状,也可为松散的土状,用手指搓磨时有滑感,小块体加水后体积胀大数倍至20-30倍,在水中呈悬浮状,水少时呈糊状。蒙脱石的性质和它的化学成分和内部结构有关。
生姜:有温暖、兴奋、发汗、止呕、解毒、温肺止咳等作用,特别对于鱼蟹毒,半夏、天南星等药物中毒有解毒作用。适用于外感风寒、头痛、痰饮、咳嗽、胃寒呕吐;在遭受冰雪、水湿、寒冷侵袭后,急以姜汤饮之,可增进血行,驱散寒邪。
皂荚:《中药大辞典》记载:皂荚,【异名】鸡栖子(《广志)}),皂角(《肘后方》),大皂荚(《千金方》),长皂荚(《本草图经》),悬刀(《外丹本草》),长皂角(《直指方》)。【基原】为豆科皂荚属植物皂荚的果实或不育果实。前者称皂荚,后者称猪牙皂。【采收加工】栽培5~6年后即结果,秋季果实成熟变黑时采摘,晒干。【药理】1.祛痰作用,本品含皂苷可刺激胃黏膜,反射地引起呼吸道黏膜分泌增加。属恶心性祛痰药。2.抗菌作用,皂荚浸剂在试管内对堇色毛癣菌、星形奴卡菌和某些皮肤真菌有抑制作用。
无患子:(学名:Sapindus mukorossi Gaertn.),别名:木患子(本草纲目),油患子(四川)苦患树(海南),黄目树、目浪树(台湾),油罗树、洗手果,其他地方名:搓目子、假龙眼、鬼见愁等等。无患子落叶乔木,枝开展,叶互生;无托叶;有柄;圆锥花序,顶生及侧生;花杂性,花冠淡绿色,有短爪;花盘杯状;花丝有细毛,药背部着生,两性花雄蕊小,花丝有软毛。核果球形,熟时黄色或棕黄色。种子球形,黑色,花期6~7月。果期9~10月。原产中国长江流域以南各地以及中南半岛各地、印度和日本。果皮含有皂素,可代肥皂,木材可做箱板和木梳等。根、 嫩枝叶、种子:苦、微辛,寒。有小毒。清热祛痰,消积杀虫。用于白喉,咽喉肿痛,乳蛾,咳嗽,顿咳,食滞虫积;外用于阴道滴虫。 种仁:辛,平。消积辟恶。用于疳积,蛔虫病,腹中气胀,口臭。
用法用量:
本发明的清洁液加适量滴入抹布,揉搓均匀后,以抹布直接清洗污渍面,再以清水沖洗即可。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下特点:
1. 本发明的清洁液其无化学表面活性剂,无明显动物毒性,对人体无害,安全。
2. 本发明的清洁液清洁效果及杀菌能力强,不分层,不析出,不污染水体,自然分解。
3. 本发明的清洁液在使用后,手部感觉温和爽手。
4.本发明的清洁液无刺激性,无过敏性,环保。
为了更清楚地说明本发明,列举以下实施例及检测试验情况,但其对发明的范围无任何限制。
具体实施方式
实施例中膨润土为钠基膨润土,生姜为新鲜生姜。
以下实施例1-6,对比例1所用浆液制备方法如下:油茶籽粕70千克、生姜3千克、无患子8千克、皂荚6千克,混合后,添加80千克的水,搅拌均匀,通过榨汁机挤压,过滤,获得浆液。
对比例2所用浆液制备方法如下:油茶籽粕70千克、无患子8千克、皂荚6千克,混合后,添加80千克的水,搅拌均匀,通过榨汁机挤压,过滤,获得浆液。
实施例1
一种清洁液的制备方法,其主要包括如下工艺步骤:
取浆液,在95℃的水温中水浴浓缩至每毫升浓缩液中含有0.17克活性物,得到浓缩液;取浓缩液50千克、电解水35千克、小苏打10千克、海盐3千克、膨润土4千克;将电解水加热至45-50℃后,再依次将小苏打、浓缩液、海盐、膨润土加入电解水中,搅拌30min,过滤,降至常温,得到清洁液。
实施例2-6所使用的原料及质量如表1所示,其制备方法与实施例1相同;下面的表1示出了实施例1-6所使用的具体原料及质量。

对比例1在实施例6的基础上去掉了膨润土,海盐变为7份,其它与实施例6相同;对比例2的浆液中没有添加生姜,其它与实施例6相同。
检测与试验
申请人将本发明各实施例、对比例的清洁液送到专门检测机构进行了系统的检测与试验,其主要检测试验结果如下。
一.将以上各实施例所得的清洁液,通过检验pH(GB 9985-2000检测)等,得到下面表2所示的检测结果:

从以上表2可以看出本发明各实施例的清洁液具有安全、卫生的优点,对比例1明显检出重金属、微生物;对比例2检出微生物。本发明的各实施例控制细菌作用上优于对比例1和2。
二、清洁作用检测
目的:取相同克数的本发明各实施例和对比例的清洁液及步骤二浓缩液、电解水、小苏打、标准洗涤剂,试验其清洁能力。
方法:本发明各实施例和对比例的清洁液、步骤二浓缩液、电解水、小苏打、标准洗涤剂,取相同克数,用国标GB9985—2000方法测定清洁能力。
结果:见下表3所示。

结论:从上表3可以看出,本发明的各实施例的清洁液的清洁力优于步骤二浓缩液、电解水、小苏打、标准洗涤剂,这充分说明本发明的各实施例的清洁液的各原料组分在清洁力上已经是形成了协同效应,假若本发明的各实施例的清洁液的各组分没有形成协同去垢清洁效应,那么同样质量的各组分混合物的清洁能力会低于各组分中最高清洁能力的同样质量的电解水的清洁能力,即本发明产生了意想不到的清洁能力。为功效因子渗透进入肌肤准备。
三、抗菌作用检测
1.抗菌范围检测(抑菌环直径大小的测定)
目的:运用琼脂扩散法检测本发明的各实施例的清洁液和步骤二浓缩液、电解水、小苏打对环境中分布广、抵抗力强、能够引起食物变质、食物中毒、化脓性感染的致病菌有抗菌作用,明确其抗菌范围。
方法:取直径12cm平皿,倾入培养基15ml,冷凝后用灭菌的棉拭子蘸取供规定范围密度的对数生长期的试验菌菌液,均匀涂布在培养基表面。然后用无菌镊子夹取灭菌牛津杯放于平板中,每个牛津杯中加本发明的各实施例的清洁液200ul,并进行三次平行试验。37℃培养之24小时后取出,测抑菌环直径,并求出三次平行试验抑菌环直径的平均值。用同样的方法采用相同浓度的步骤二浓缩液、电解水、小苏打溶液进行对比检测试验。
结果:对比检测结果见下表4所示:

2.抗菌程度检测(MIC;MBC的测定)
目的:运用液体稀释法检测本发明的各实施例的清洁液和和步骤二浓缩液、电解水、小苏打3个以上不同浓度点对环境中分布广、抵抗力强、能够引起食物变质、食物中毒、化脓性感染的致病菌抗菌程度,检测最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC),明确其抗菌程度。
方法:取无菌试管若干支,用液体培养基等倍稀释本发明的各实施例的清洁液后,各管加0.1ml供试菌液,同时设培养基对照管和菌液对照管,37℃培养24h后取出观结果,在对照管符合要求的情况下,逐一观察各试验管,以能抑制试验菌生长的溶液最高稀释度为最低抑菌浓度(MIC),并将各无菌生长的试管中的培养物转接至相应培养基的琼脂平板上,37℃培养24h后取出观察结果,以杀死99.9%试验菌菌体的本发明的各实施例的溶液最高稀释度为最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。用同样的方法采用相同浓度的步骤二浓缩液、电解水、小苏打溶液进行对比检测试验。
结果:见下表5所示:

结论:从表4、5可以看出,本发明的各实施例的清洁液的抑菌和杀菌作用优于对比例2、步骤二浓缩液、电解水、小苏打。也就是说本发明的各实施例的清洁宝相对于其主要原料步骤二浓缩液、电解水、小苏打已经提高了杀菌作用,本发明的各实施例的清洁液比单独使用步骤二浓缩液、电解水、小苏打作为护理消毒性能更好。
四.动物毒性试验
目的:观察家兔完整皮肤及破损皮肤短期内接触受试物(本发明的实施例的清洁液)后所产生的毒性反应,为本发明的实施例的清洁液提供安全性依据。
方法:选用白色新西兰兔12只,随机分为3组,每组4只。A组: 完整皮肤组,B组:破损皮肤组,C组:空白对照组。试验部位为背部皮肤,对照组给蒸馏水,受试物组给本发明的各实施例的清洁液,直接涂在完整皮肤和破损皮肤上,涂后复以聚乙烯薄膜,再纱布固定,保证其与皮肤接触24小时,涂试24小时后,如未中毒死亡,可用温水或其他无刺激性溶剂去受试物(本发明的各实施例的清洁液)。连续观察7天,每日观察并记录给受试物后动物的全身中毒表现和死亡情况,包括动物体重、皮肤、毛发、眼睛和粘膜的变化,呼吸、循环、中枢神经系统、四肢活动等的变化。
结果:白色新西兰兔给予本发明的各实施例的清洁液后未见全身中毒表现和死亡情况,动物体重增加,对呼吸、循环、中枢神经系统、四肢活动等无影响。对破损皮肤未见红斑、水肿。
结论:本发明的各实施例的清洁液对白色新西兰兔完整皮肤及破损皮肤无毒性反应。
五.皮肤刺激性试验
目的:检测本发明的各实施例的清洁液的皮肤刺激性反应,为临床应用提供安全性依据。
方法:按照《皮肤刺激性试验及皮肤过敏性试验指导原则》中的有关要求进行。家兔皮肤给予本发明的各实施例的清洁液、化学洗洁精、蒸馏水,观察皮肤刺激性反应。
结果:家兔皮肤给予本发明的各实施例的清洁液后,对完整皮肤和破损皮肤均未见红斑、水肿等皮肤刺激反应。家兔皮肤给予化学洗洁精后,对完整皮肤均未见红斑、水肿等皮肤刺激反应,对破损皮肤见明显红斑、水肿等皮肤刺激反应。
结论:本发明的各实施例的清洁液皮肤给药,对完整正常皮肤和破损皮肤均无刺激性。而化学洗洁精,对破损皮肤产生刺激性。
六.皮肤过敏性试验
目的:检测本发明的各实施例的清洁液的完整皮肤的过敏性反应,为临床应用提供安全性依据。
方法:按照《皮肤刺激性试验及皮肤过敏性试验指导原则》中的有关要求进行,豚鼠致敏接触和激发接触检测本发明的各实施例的清洁液的、蒸馏水和阳性对照药物2,4-二硝基氯苯,观察皮肤过敏性反应。
结果:豚鼠给予检测本发明的各实施例的清洁液的后,未发现受试豚鼠的局部皮肤出现红斑、水肿等过敏反应。
结论:本发明的各实施例的清洁液的无过敏性。
七、稳定性检测
1、常温下试验一年,本发明的各实施例的清洁液无分层现象。
2、于零下3℃到零下10℃的冰箱中放置 24 h ,取出恢复至室温时观察,本发明的各实施例的清洁液无结晶,无沉淀;于(40士I) ℃的保温箱中放置24 h,取出立即观察,本发明的各实施例的清洁液不分层,不混浊,且不改变原有的茶粕气味。
八、生物降解度
根据GB/T15818表面活性剂生物降解度试验方法,本发明的各实施例的清洁液总活性物的生物降解度达到99%以上。

1.一种清洁液的制备方法,其特征是:其包括如下工艺步骤:
一、制取浆液
油茶籽粕60~90份、生姜2~4份、无患子2~10份、皂荚2~10份,混合后,添加原料质量70-100%的水,搅拌均匀,通过榨汁机挤压,过滤,获得浆液;
二、制取浓缩液
取步骤一所得的浆液,在93~97℃的水温中水浴浓缩至每毫升浓缩液中含有0.15~0.19克活性物;
三、制取清洁液
按如下质量份配比称取原料:取步骤二得到的浓缩液40-60份、电解水30~40份、小苏打5~15份、海盐1~5份、膨润土3~5份;将的电解水加热至45-50℃后,再依次将小苏打、浓缩液、海盐、膨润土加入电解水中,搅拌30-40min,过滤,降至常温,得到清洁液。
2.根据权利要求1所述清洁液的制备方法,其特征是:步骤一的榨汁机挤压螺旋采用反螺旋结构,出液榨条间隙2-3mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述清洁液的制备方法,其特征是:步骤一的过滤采用卧螺离心机。
4.根据权利要求3所述清洁液的制备方法,其特征是:步骤二的浓缩在高效蒸发器中进行。
5.根据权利要求1所述清洁液的制备方法,其特征是:步骤三中所述膨润土钠基膨润土。
6.根据权利要求1所述清洁液的制备方法,其特征是:步骤一中所述生姜为新鲜生姜。
7.根据权利要求1所述的清洁液的制备方法,其特征是:步骤三的电解水pH值是9-12。
