Abstract

漆膜切割仪:主要用于涂料行业质量检验,对成膜后的干膜,进行切割断层,使之与同表层的涂膜分离,然后进行下一步的实验工作。如:国家标准“色漆和清漆拉开法附着力试验”就是要用切割法,首先剥离粘结在试板上的多余胶黏剂和漆膜,形成直径为20mm的圆,并保存已粘结在漆膜上的试柱,完成拉力试验。切割仪,是以电动的方式通过管式多韧刀及转速、压力的调节,对单层和多层,硬度强弱的漆膜,进行切割分离,改变以往的单韧刀具和手工操作模式,减轻劳动强度,加速了检验进程,安全可靠,可在短时间内,完成一粘结在样板上的漆膜、柱体与其它漆膜的分离,大大节省了检验周期,给客户带来方便。

本发明涉及一种色漆和清漆拉开法附着力试验的漆膜切割仪。
背景技术
“色漆和清漆拉开法附着力试验”就是要运用切割法,剥离粘结在试板上的胶黏剂和漆膜,使之与其它漆膜隔离断开,形成直径为20mm的圆,粘连在柱体和底材,完成拉力试验。
色漆和清漆拉开法附着力实验(GB/75210-2006/ISO4624:2002)标准中对漆膜的切割,采用刀具仅为“一把刀具”(指单韧刀)。多年以来国内外一直沿用,并没有发生实质性的改变。在实际工作中,费工、费时,制约了检验速度,延长了检验周期。所以,改进完善涂料拉开法实验,是不可缺少的一项工作,也是当务之急!
发明内容
漆膜电动切割仪,主要用于涂料成膜后,在试板上的断层切割,多用于试验室的检测及验证。特别是针对国家标准中的GB/T5210-2006/ISO4624:2002中色漆和清漆拉开法附着力试验的配套应用。
仪器主要技术性能
1.仪器可按实际需求转换档位,提高转速。
2.根据漆膜硬度的大小,增大或减小转速。
3.可以对单层和多层,附着在样板上的、不同硬度的涂膜,进行切割分离。

6.正常使用条件
a)环境温度:(0~40)℃
b)相对湿度:不大于95%;
c)供电电源:220v;
d)应放置在平整的台面进行工作。

7、切透至底材,自动还原升降杆,待下一式样的切割。
仪器的维护与保养
1、仪器电机及电源线路必须保持清洁、干燥,切忌与酸、碱、盐溶液接触,仪器长时间不用时,应关闭电源或拔出插头。
2、应放在平整、清洁的台面上进行操作;
3、开机前应对仪器外观进行检查,并锁紧刀头。

Claims (1)

1.一种漆膜切割仪,用于涂料的检验,分离同一表层涂膜,再用拉力方法测试与物体的粘结强度,用于色漆和清漆拉开法附着力试验中对漆膜进行切割,其特征在于:所述漆膜切割仪为台式金属材质,采用管式多刃或单刃刀头,还包括电源、电动机、变速器、压力杆、移动齿轮、弹簧、弹簧固定轴、支架、底盘,并利用电力驱动的原理,根据漆膜软硬程度,设定一定的转速,产生旋转力划透底材;对于单层漆膜或偏软性漆膜,转速或力度相对要缓慢一些,反之则要提高其转速,产生强力划透至底材;其中,
1)刀头:为管式刀具,能够套装在直径为20mm、高25mm的实验柱体上,切去周边的漆膜和存留在漆膜上的胶黏剂;
2)电源:220v交流电源;
3)电动机:通过电力驱动来完成作业;
4)变速器:可任意调节换挡,从弱到强增加转速;
5)压力杆:调节刀具的高低,增加刀头对漆膜的压力切割;
6)移动齿轮:根据压力杆的上下变动,增加稳定力;
7)弹簧:增加刀具的上下韧性和弹力,完成工作后使之还原;
8)弹簧固定轴:稳定弹簧的中心点和变形;
9)支架:连接部件,增加稳定性和固定部件;
10)底盘:固定支架,稳定仪器和样板的操作;
该漆膜切割仪使用方式如下:1)连接调速器与电源线;2)将电源线插头插入电源;3)调节转速档位;4)将管式刀降入试验柱内;5)启动开关;6)下压升降杆,切割粘结好,并已干燥的,试柱周边的漆膜;7)切透至底材,自动还原升降杆,待下一式样的切割。
