The cigarette prepared by the filter rod in the example 4 has the highest score mainly because the fresh delicate flower fragrance of the white orchid pure oil is more harmonious with the cigarette smoking taste, and because the silicon-aluminum ratio in the example 4 is moderate, the slow release performance of the solid aromatic bead is more excellent, so that in the aromatic bead preparation process, the molar ratio of the raw materials is SiO2:Al2O3:H2O = 5: 1: and when the dosage is 50, the using effect of the product is optimal.
The present invention also performs SEM scanning of the aromatic bead particles of example 4, which is most effective in application, to confirm the porous structure thereof. Wherein, FIG. 2 is a SEM image of solid fragrant bead particles magnified 500 times, and FIG. 3 is a SEM image of solid fragrant bead particles magnified 3000 times, so that the pore size of fragrant beads in this embodiment is about 1-10 μm.

3) pelletizing and forming: washing, filtering and drying the powdery crystal, adding a binder PVA with the mass of 1.5-5% of that of a substrate, and placing the powdery crystal in a ball forming mill for ball forming, wherein the diameter of spherical particles is controlled to be 2.75 +/-0.15 mm;
4) adding fragrance: uniformly mixing the spherical particles and tobacco essence according to a mass ratio of 1:2, slowly stirring for 6-12 h to enable the tobacco essence to be uniformly adsorbed in porous channels of the spherical particles, and air-drying for 4-6 h at 40-50 ℃ to obtain solid flavor bead particles;
5) and (3) forming a filter tip: adding the solid aromatic bead particles into the middle section of a filter rod tow of the cigarette, and molding to obtain the cigarette.

The method of making a fine-tipped cigarette rod with single solid flavor bead particles according to claim 1, wherein: the activated montmorillonite in the step 1) has the density of 2.1-2.5 g/ml, and the activation process of the montmorillonite is as follows: uniformly mixing montmorillonite, solid sodium hydroxide and distilled water according to the mass ratio of 12:5:60, roasting for 2-4 h at 400-450 ℃, cooling, crushing, and sieving with a 300-mesh sieve to obtain the montmorillonite-based catalyst.
