taking the weight percentage of each component substance for forming the coating aroma substance, and fully stirring and dissolving the components substance at the temperature of 64-70 ℃ to form liquid to obtain the coating aroma substance;
taking coating aroma substances accounting for 5-10% of the weight of the fragrant beads to be coated, uniformly stirring the coating aroma substances and the fragrant beads to be coated in a coating stirrer, and coating the fragrant beads, wherein the coating temperature is controlled to be constant at 64-70 ℃, and the stirring time is controlled to be 5-7 minutes;
sixthly, guiding out the coated incense beads, and cooling to obtain the finished solid incense beads.

sixthly, guiding out the coated incense beads, and cooling to obtain the finished solid incense beads.
Claims (10)
1. A solid aromatic bead for heating a non-combustible cigarette cartridge, comprising an inner core and a coating on the outer surface of the inner core, characterized in that: the inner core uses a microporous ceramic bead body as a substrate, the microporous ceramic bead body is infiltrated with an inner core aroma substance in the body through micropores of the microporous ceramic bead body, and the coating contains a coating aroma substance.

The solid flavor bead for heating a non-combustible cigarette bomb according to claim 1, wherein the porous ceramic bead body is a ceramic body having fine open pores densely distributed on the surface, the pore size of the fine pores is in the micron or submicron order, and the particle size of the porous ceramic bead body is 3.1-3.6 mm.

The solid aromatic bead for heating a non-combustible cigarette bullet of claim 1, wherein said inner core aromatic substance is composed of a mixture of a flavor and an aerosol generating agent, said flavor is selected from the group consisting of peppermint flavor and cantaloupe flavor, and the components of the inner core aromatic substance selected from the group consisting of said peppermint flavor and cantaloupe flavor and the weight percentages thereof are as follows: 42-48% of mint essence; 16-23% of Hami melon essence; 30-40% of aerosol generating agent.

The solid aromatic bead for heating a non-combustible cigarette bomb according to claim 1, wherein said inner core aromatic substance is composed of a mixture of a flavor and an aerosol generating agent, said flavor is citrus flavor and citrus extract, and the components and weight percentages of the inner core aromatic substance using said citrus flavor and citrus extract are: 28-35% of citrus essence; 16-22% of citrus extract; 45-55% of aerosol generating agent.

The solid flavor bead for heating a non-combustible cigarette bullet of claim 3 or 4, wherein said aerosol generating agent is a liquid raw liquid of one or a mixture of two or more of sorbitol, glycerin, propylene glycol, triethylene glycol, lactic acid, diacetin, triacetin, triethylene glycol diacetate, triethyl citrate, ethyl myristate, isopropyl myristate, methyl stearate, dimethyl dodecanedioate and dimethyl tetradecanedioate.
6. Solid aromatic bead for heating non-combustible cartridges according to claim 1, characterised in that the composition and the percentages by weight of the coating aromatic substance are: 15-25% of honey; 13-18% of beeswax; 52-60% of conversion sugar; 8-14% of cetyl alcohol.
7. The method for preparing solid beads for heating a non-combustible cigarette bomb according to claim 1, 2, 3, 4 or 6, characterized by the following process steps:
firstly, taking the weight percentage of each component substance for composing the kernel fragrant substance, putting the components substances into a stirrer, mixing and stirring the components to be fully dissolved together, then modulating the components to be 10-30% in concentration to form the kernel fragrant substance, and then filling the kernel fragrant substance into a sealed container for standby;
putting the porous ceramic beads with the particle size of 3.1-3.6 mm into a soaking container, then pouring the inner core aroma substance into the soaking container, enabling the liquid level to be higher than that of the porous ceramic beads in the soaking container, and soaking the porous ceramic beads in the inner core aroma substance for 70-74 hours;
thirdly, taking the porous ceramic beads out of the soaking container, drying liquid substances on the surfaces of the porous ceramic beads to form fragrant beads, and putting the fragrant beads into a light-resistant bottle for sealing for later use;
taking the weight percentage of each component substance for forming the coating aroma substance, and fully stirring and dissolving the components substance at the temperature of 60-80 ℃ to form liquid to obtain the coating aroma substance;
taking coating aroma substances accounting for 5-20% of the weight of the fragrant beads to be coated, uniformly stirring the coating aroma substances and the fragrant beads to be coated in a coating stirrer, and coating the fragrant beads, wherein the coating temperature is controlled to be 60-80 ℃, and the stirring time is controlled to be 5-10 minutes;
sixthly, guiding out the coated incense beads, and cooling to obtain the finished solid incense beads.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the porous ceramic beads are removed from the soaking container by filtering out the core aromatic substance for soaking with a 60 mesh sieve and sucking out the liquid substance on the surface of the porous ceramic beads with a vacuum device.
9. The method for preparing solid aromatic beads for heating a non-combustible cigarette bullet according to claim 7, wherein the component substances of the inner core aromatic substance are mint essence, the temperature of the inner core aromatic substance is kept above 25 ℃ when the inner core aromatic substance is prepared or soaked, and the heating temperature is controlled below 60 ℃ when the inner core aromatic substance is heated below 25 ℃.
10. The method for preparing solid aromatic beads for heating a non-combustible cigarette bullet according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the coating aromatic substance is composed of beeswax, and the coating aromatic substance is heated at 64-70 ℃ until the beeswax is melted when the coating is performed, and then the coating is performed.
