本发明涉及的是一种用辣木叶制备均衡饮料的工艺方法,其特征是:用传统的饮料提取工艺获得:辣木叶提取液20%、沙梨果汁10%、桑椹果汁5%、马齿苋提取液5%、加蜂蜜1%、低聚糖2%、水50%及附料等占7%,附料按口味需求灵活调整,总之不超过100%,混合,杀菌,灌装,贮藏,使其成为具有风味独特,且排肝肾积淀的毒素、杀菌,同时平补肝肾,使其具备双重效果,避免果汁过分排毒而伤及身体的一种高级饮品。

本发明涉及的是一种用辣木叶制备均衡饮料的工艺方法。
背景技术
近年来,市场上出现了辣木叶胶囊等保健产品,主要突出了辣木叶的减肥通便效果。同时也有报导,称有女同志吃后拉肚子,造成过于减肥瘦身的不良行为。辣木叶减肥通便是其主要显著特色,但食用不当,会造成过分拉稀,却又是缺陷,为了解决这个问题,应该研究一种具有双向调节作用的产品,既通又补,且身体更好,没有副作用,岂不更完美。经过研究,采用辣木减肥、排肝肾毒作用,同时加强用水果类食材平补肝肾相对应,加上马齿苋蔬菜的植物杀菌效果,双向调节,既补充了丰富的营养,又让过分排泄减肥,影响身心健康得到控制,加减平衡才最有保健意义,让身体处于一种健康状态,才是追求健康的永久方向。

本发明的目的是提出一种用辣木叶制备均衡饮料的工艺方法。
本发明的目的是通过特色配方实现的,其制备方法如下:
用传统的饮料提取工艺获得:辣木叶提取液20%、沙梨果汁10%、桑椹果汁5%、马齿苋提取液5%、加蜂蜜1%、低聚糖2%、水50%及附料等占7%,附料按口味需求灵活调整,总之不超过100%,混合,杀菌,灌装,贮藏,使其成为具有风味独特,且排肝肾积淀的毒素、杀菌,同时平补肝肾,使其具备双重效果,避免果汁过分排毒而伤及身体的一种高级饮品。
本发明的积极效果在于:
辣木叶:辣木富含20种氨基酸、40多种抗氧化剂、33种自然防炎体和矿物质,富含丰富的微量元素钾、锰、铬、以及精氨酸、赖氨酸、亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸等,可向人体提供维生素A、B、B1、B2、B3、B6、维生素C(抗坏血酸)、维生素E等,提供优质蛋白质和膳食纤维。辣木叶所含的钙质是牛奶的4倍,蛋白质是牛奶的2倍,钾是香蕉的3倍,铁是菠菜的3倍,维生素C是柑橘的7倍,维生素A是胡萝卜的4倍。在欧美、日本等已有开发辣木树食物的国家,以其高蛋白、高纤维、低脂质的特性与特殊保健效果,溶入到当地人民的饮食生活中,用以对抗营养失调及预防疾病,而成为人们健康食品的新宠。
沙梨汁:口感酸甜,甘寒清热,甘酸养阴。沙梨的营养成分:可溶性固形物17.6%,可溶性糖11.06%,总酸036%,含有人体必需的8种氨基酸、丰富的B族维生素和矿物质,以及总酚和绿原酸等活性成分。有清热除烦、解渴、润肺化痰止咳的作用,善治热病津伤的烦热口渴和肺热的干咳无痰等证。
桑椹:滋阴补血,生津,润肠,用于阴亏血虚的肠燥便秘,治消渴,治消渴,利五脏、关节,通血气,久服不饥,安魂镇神,令人聪明,变白不老,着力补铁。
马齿苋:含营养化学成分:蛋白质、粗纤维、VC、VE、VA、VB、VD、钠、钾、钙、锌、铁、锰、尼克酸、胡罗卜素、α-亚麻酸、苹果酸、赖氨酸、谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、丙氨酸等人体所需的18种氨基酸,还含有去甲基肾上腺素,树脂、生物碱、香豆精类、黄酮类、强心甙、蒽醌甙、Ш-3脂肪酸。这些物质权威人士称对糖尿病、心脏病、高血压、高血脂、血小板聚集、血栓、抗菌消炎、拉肚子、痢疾、痔疮、阑尾炎、恶疮、小儿百日咳、减肥等都有一定的防治意义;
蜂蜜:补中缓急,润肺止咳,滑肠通便,用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠食少,脘腹作痛,止痛解毒,除众病,和百药。
