背景技术
秦川牛是我国著名优良黄牛品种之一,居全国五大良种黄牛之首。因产于陕西省号称"八百里秦川"的关中平原而得名。1985年在北京建国饭店,国际厨师对国内外五大名牛进行多种烹调和品尝,陕西的秦川牛以肉质鲜美名列前茅。秦川牛体格健美,高大硕壮,结构匀称,皮薄毛细,被毛紫红色。公牛体大结实,头较粗大,额宽面平,眼大传神,角短扁圆,颈部粗短,垂皮发达,髻甲高宽,胸宽而深,背腰平直,长短适中,腹圆紧凑,体肥浑圆,四肢坚实,蹄质较硬,姿态健美,雄壮强悍;母牛头部清秀,体驱匀称,乳房发育良好。肉用性能好,秦川牛成熟早,增重快,屠宰率、瘦肉率、骨肉比等指标都较高。在中等饲养条件下,6~18月龄阉牛日增重0.7公斤,18月龄屠宰体重一般可达400公斤,屠宰率60.75%,净肉率52.21%,瘦肉率76.06%,其肉质细嫩,柔软多汁,色泽鲜红,具大理石纹,有“细嫩、具纹、烙饼牛羹,膏脂润香”的史载。其肉含高蛋白质和多种氨基酸,脂肪低。产肉性能与国外著名肉用牛品种接近或超过。适应性强,耐粗饲,秦川牛易养易肥,既可放牧,又可舍饲;采食性能好,消化能力强,无论粗精饲料,均能较好地生长发育。
牛肉富含蛋白质,氨基酸组成比猪肉更接近人体需要,能提高机体抗病能力,对生长发育及术后,病后调养的人在补充失血、修复组织等方面特别适宜,寒冬食牛肉可暖胃,是该季节的补益佳品;牛肉有补中益气,滋养脾胃,强健筋骨,化痰息风,止渴止涎之功效,适宜于中气下隐、气短体虚、筋骨酸软、贫血久病及面黄目眩之人食用;水牛肉能安胎补神,黄牛肉能安中益气、健脾养胃、强筋壮骨,因而倍受消费者的青睐。
随着人们生活水平的提高和生活质量的改善,对于牛肉的需求量也不断增加,牛肉生产远远不能够满足人们的需求,然而牛肉的产量与肉牛的生长育肥有着密切的关系,所以研究开发一种秦川牛肉牛的育肥方法有重要的经济效益。
发明内容
为了克服上述背景技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种秦川牛肉牛的育肥方法,育肥周期短,提高秦川牛的出栏率,出肉率和屠宰率,经济效益好。
为实现上述目的本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种秦川牛肉牛的育肥方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)牛舍的选择:每头公牛牛舍平均面积为12~15平方米,保持牛舍通风、干燥、有光照、定期消毒,牛舍温度保持在22~28℃,相对湿度保持在60~65%;
(2)肉牛的选择:挑选6~7月龄,体重260~350千克,结构匀称、四肢粗壮、体长背宽、精神饱满、无疾病的秦川牛公牛作为育肥牛;
(3)育肥过渡期:过渡期前10~14天,每头牛每次饲喂优质牧草1.2千克,盐菜0.4千克,米糠0.4千克,精饲料0.6千克,饮水充足,每天饲喂两次;过渡期后12~14天,每头牛每次饲喂优质牧草1.2千克,粗饲料0.8千克,盐菜0.4千克,米糠0.6千克,精饲料0.65千克,饮水充足,每天饲喂三次;
(4)育肥前期:育肥前期为25~28天,每天每头饲喂混合饲料4.5~5.5千克,精饲料3.5~4.5千克,盐40~45克,饮水充足,以定时定量、先粗料后精料、少食多餐、勤添勤补的方式喂养;
(5)育肥中期:育肥中期为80~85天,每天每头饲喂混合饲料6.5~7千克,精饲料3.5~4千克,盐50~60克,以定时定量、先粗料后精料、少食多餐、勤添勤补的方式喂养;
(6)育肥后期:育肥前期为50~60天,每天每头饲喂混合饲料4.5~5.5千克,精饲料3.5~4.5千克,盐70~80克,以定时定量、先粗料后精料、少食多餐、勤添勤补的方式喂养,直到出栏。

进一步地,所述的秦川牛肉牛的快速育肥方法,所述混合饲料的制作方法为:将黄豆渣、红薯片、黄豆杆、红薯藤叶、黄豆杆叶、荷叶、山楂、陈皮、生姜、蒲公英、甘草、板蓝根用粉碎机粉碎后过30~40目筛网得到颗粒物;加入总重量0.85%的尿素,混合均匀后用95℃蒸汽处理15分钟,冷却至25℃,加入乳酸菌、纤维素酶,混合均匀,堆放发酵6天即得。

一种秦川牛肉牛的育肥方法,包括以下步骤:

(2)肉牛的选择:挑选6~7月龄,体重260~350千克,结构匀称、四肢粗壮、体长背宽、精神饱满、无疾病的秦川牛公牛作为育肥牛;
(3)育肥过渡期:过渡期前10~14天,每头牛每次饲喂优质牧草1.2千克,盐菜0.4千克,米糠0.4千克,精饲料0.6千克,饮水充足,每天饲喂两次;过渡期后12~14天,每头牛每次饲喂优质牧草1.2千克,粗饲料0.8千克,盐菜0.4千克,米糠0.6千克,精饲料0.65千克,饮水充足,每天饲喂三次;
(4)育肥前期:育肥前期为25~28天,每天每头饲喂混合饲料4.5~5.5千克,精饲料3.5~4.5千克,盐40~45克,饮水充足,以定时定量、先粗料后精料、少食多餐、勤添勤补的方式喂养;
(5)育肥中期:育肥中期为80~85天,每天每头饲喂混合饲料6.5~7千克,精饲料3.5~4千克,盐50~60克,以定时定量、先粗料后精料、少食多餐、勤添勤补的方式喂养;
(6)育肥后期:育肥前期为50~60天,每天每头饲喂混合饲料4.5~5.5千克,精饲料3.5~4.5千克,盐70~80克,以定时定量、先粗料后精料、少食多餐、勤添勤补的方式喂养,直到出栏。

Claims (4)
1.一种秦川牛肉牛的育肥方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤 :
(1)牛舍的选择:每头公牛牛舍平均面积为12~15平方米,保持牛舍通风、干燥、有光照、定期消毒,牛舍温度保持在22~28℃,相对湿度保持在60~65%;
(2)肉牛的选择:挑选6~7月龄,体重260~350千克,结构匀称、四肢粗壮、体长背宽、精神饱满、无疾病的秦川牛公牛作为育肥牛;
(3)育肥过渡期:过渡期前10~14天,每头牛每次饲喂优质牧草1.2千克,盐菜0.4千克,米糠0.4千克,精饲料0.6千克,饮水充足,每天饲喂两次;过渡期后12~14天,每头牛每次饲喂优质牧草1.2千克,粗饲料0.8千克,盐菜0.4千克,米糠0.6千克,精饲料0.65千克,饮水充足,每天饲喂三次;

3.根据权利要求1所述的秦川牛肉牛的育肥方法,其特征在于:所述混合饲料的成分和重量份数为:黄豆渣30~40份、红薯片30~40份、黄豆杆10~13份、红薯藤叶10~15份、黄豆杆叶10~17份、荷叶10~20份,山楂10~15份、陈皮6~9份、乳酸菌3~5份、纤维素酶1~1.5份,生姜6~9份,蒲公英6~9份,甘草6~9份,板蓝根6~9份。
