本发明公开了一种天然纤维织物的蜡染方法,涉及蜡染技术领域,包括天然纤维织物处理、上蜡、染色处理、脱蜡固色,本发明方法制备出来的蜡染制品图案高度保真,且经久不坏,极具收藏价值。

一种天然纤维织物的蜡染方法
技术领域
本发明涉及蜡染加工技术领域,特别涉及一种天然纤维织物的蜡染方法。
背景技术
蜡染产品是我国一大类极具民族特色和时尚感的个性化纺织品。它可以广泛用于服装、服饰品、家纺产品等各个领域。由于它特殊的美感风格和不可复制的个性化特点,所以产品深受国内外消费者的青睐,附加值相当高。
但是,现有的蜡染技术中在画蜡操作中用的蜡材料,通常采用单一的石蜡或单一蜂蜡热融后进行画蜡操作,存在渗透性较差、上蜡不均匀等问题。使制得的蜡染布匹的效果差,成品率低。。
发明内容
为克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一天然纤维织物的蜡染方法,以提高蜡染效果。
具体是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种天然纤维织物的蜡染方法,包括:
(1)天然纤维织物处理,在35-38℃,将织物放在有机酸溶液中,浸泡30-50min,边浸泡边揉搓,浸泡后将织物离心干燥,放在碱液中浸泡5-8h,每小时搅拌20min,搅拌速率为40r/min,搅拌方式为先逆时针搅拌10min,再顺时针搅拌10min,然后将织物捞出,经清水冲洗20-30min晾干即可;
(2)上蜡,在处理过的织物上描绘出图案,根据线条涂上蜡;
(3)染色处理,将染色颜料溶液加热到60-80℃,按照质量比1:30将织物加到颜料溶液,浸泡3-5天,每天搅拌2-5h,搅拌速率为80r/min;
(4)脱蜡固色,将上一步骤中染色好的织物晾干,脱去蜡质,将织物放到固色剂中加热至沸腾,保温2-3h,最后晾干即可。
进一步的,步骤(1)中,所述织物与有机酸溶液质量比为1:25。
进一步的,步骤(1)中,所述有机酸溶液由质量比为由质量比为0.1:0.5:0.3:5:0.1:1000的水杨酸、咖啡酸、草酸、酒石酸、纯净水配制而成。
进一步的,步骤(1)中所述织物与碱液的质量比为1:28,所述碱液由质量比为0.5:0.3:6:0.2:1000的苦参碱、苦豆子碱、碳酸钾、雷公藤碱、水配制而成。
进一步的,步骤(2)中所述蜡由质量比为50:20:3:1的褐煤蜡、木蜡、米糠蜡、酯蜡熔融而成。
进一步的,步骤(4)中,所述织物与固色剂的质量比为1:10,所述固色剂由质量比为3:0.6:100的明胶、a-氰基丙烯酸酯、水煮沸制得。
本发明的有益效果:
由于传统蜡染中使用的蜡粘合度较差,涂蜡之后,其强度降低,在染色操作中容易脱落,造成染色效果出现偏差,影响蜡染的图案呈现效果,本发买那个通过酸溶液软化纤维织物,再使用碱溶液浸泡,提高纤维空隙,并中和酸液,再将织物涂蜡染色,使得织物对于蜡和染料的吸附更为充分,保证染色区间和涂蜡区间界限明显,并且本发明自制的蜡质低温弹性好,粘合度高,不容易脱落,利于染色中进行告诉搅拌,使得染料与织物充分混合,提高浸染效果,最后固色处理,强化蜡染效果,使得制备出来的蜡染制品图案高度保真,且经久不坏,极具收藏价值。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种天然纤维织物的蜡染方法,包括:
(1)天然纤维织物处理,在35℃,按质量比为1:25将织物与有机酸溶液混合,浸泡30min,边浸泡边揉搓,浸泡后将织物离心干燥,放在碱液中浸泡5h,每小时搅拌20min,搅拌速率为40r/min,搅拌方式为先逆时针搅拌10min,再顺时针搅拌10min,然后将织物捞出,经清水冲洗20min晾干即可,其中,有机酸溶液由质量比为由质量比为0.1:0.5:0.3:5:0.1:1000的水杨酸、咖啡酸、草酸、酒石酸、纯净水配制而成;所述织物与碱液的质量比为1:28,所述碱液由质量比为0.5:0.3:6:0.2:1000的苦参碱、苦豆子碱、碳酸钾、雷公藤碱、水配制而成
(2)上蜡,在处理过的织物上描绘出图案,根据线条涂上蜡,所述蜡由质量比为50:20:3:1的褐煤蜡、木蜡、米糠蜡、酯蜡熔融而成;
(3)染色处理,将染色颜料溶液加热到60℃,按照质量比1:30将织物加到颜料溶液,浸泡3天,每天搅拌2h,搅拌速率为80r/min;
(4)脱蜡固色,将上一步骤中染色好的织物晾干,脱去蜡质,将织物放到固色剂中加热至沸腾,保温2h,最后晾干即可,其中,所述织物与固色剂的质量比为1:10,所述固色剂由质量比为3:0.6:100的明胶、a-氰基丙烯酸酯、水煮沸制得。

Claims (6)

1.一种天然纤维织物的蜡染方法,其特征在于,包括:
(1)天然纤维织物处理,在35-38℃,将织物放在有机酸溶液中,浸泡30-50min,边浸泡边揉搓,浸泡后将织物离心干燥,放在碱液中浸泡5-8h,每小时搅拌20min,搅拌速率为40r/min,搅拌方式为先逆时针搅拌10min,再顺时针搅拌10min,然后将织物捞出,经清水冲洗20-30min晾干即可;
(2)上蜡,在处理过的织物上描绘出图案,根据线条涂上蜡;
(3)染色处理,将染色颜料溶液加热到60-80℃,按照质量比1:30将织物加到颜料溶液,浸泡3-5天,每天搅拌2-5h,搅拌速率为80r/min;
(4)脱蜡固色,将上一步骤中染色好的织物晾干,脱去蜡质,将织物放到固色剂中加热至沸腾,保温2-3h,最后晾干即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的天然纤维织物的蜡染方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述织物与有机酸溶液质量比为1:25。
3.根据权利要求1所述的天然纤维织物的蜡染方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述有机酸溶液由质量比为由质量比为0.1:0.5:0.3:5:0.1:1000的水杨酸、咖啡酸、草酸、酒石酸、纯净水配制而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的天然纤维织物的蜡染方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述织物与碱液的质量比为1:28,所述碱液由质量比为0.5:0.3:6:0.2:1000的苦参碱、苦豆子碱、碳酸钾、雷公藤碱、水配制而成。
