本发明公开了一种改性聚酰胺纤维的无纺布,其原料包括改性聚酰胺纤维、聚丙烯纤维、纳米TiO2、N,N‑二甲基乙酰胺;所述改性聚酰胺纤维的原料包括聚酰胺纤维、二甲苯、过氧化苯甲酰、丙烯酸、丙酮。本发明的无纺布中,各原料在体系中分散性良好,稳定性好,添加的改性聚酰胺纤维使得无纺布的血液相容性得到提高,材料表面黏附血小板的现象减少,应用范围得到扩大。

技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布技术领域,具体涉及一种改性聚酰胺纤维的无纺布。
背景技术
无纺布在医用方面有着非常广泛的使用,比如手术服,现在市场上的手术服的防水效果一般,在手术时溅射到身上的血液等液体会渗入衣服内部,沾湿医生身体,甚至将病患的传染病经血液传染给医生,损害医生健康;并且手术时内许多设备会产生大量的辐射,长期接触辐射对人体造成损害。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种改性聚酰胺纤维的无纺布,原料间相容性良好,制得无纺布稳定性好,还能够减少无纺布表面黏附血小板的现象。
本发明提出了一种改性聚酰胺纤维的无纺布,其原料包括改性聚酰胺纤维、聚丙烯纤维、纳米TiO2、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺;所述改性聚酰胺纤维的原料包括聚酰胺纤维、二甲苯、过氧化苯甲酰、丙烯酸、丙酮。
优选地,所述改性聚酰胺纤维的制备工艺如下:将聚酰胺纤维、二甲苯、过氧化苯甲酰加入到容器中,在惰性气体气氛和机械搅拌下,升温,恒温溶胀,快速升温,恒温反应,加入丙烯酸的丙酮溶液,恒温反应,得到的产物经冷却、水洗、丙酮抽提后,烘干至恒重,得到改性聚酰胺纤维。
优选地,所述改性聚酰胺纤维的制备工艺如下:将聚酰胺纤维、二甲苯、过氧化苯甲酰加入到容器中,在惰性气体气氛和机械搅拌下,升温至50-60℃,恒温溶胀40-45min,快速升温至85-90℃,恒温反应30-40min,加入丙烯酸的丙酮溶液,在75-80℃下恒温反应50-60min,得到的产物经冷却、水洗、丙酮抽提后,在60-70℃下烘干至恒重,得到改性聚酰胺纤维。
优选地,所述惰性气体采用氮气。
优选地,所述改性聚酰胺纤维、聚丙烯纤维、丙烯酸、纳米TiO2的重量比为20-22:5-9:3-7:9-13。
优选地,所述改性聚酰胺纤维的无纺布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将纳米TiO2、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺混合,以1500-1800r/min的转速研磨15-18h,制得分散液;
S2、将改性聚酰胺纤维、聚丙烯纤维与N,N-二甲基乙酰胺混合,在60-80℃下搅拌2-3h后,加入分散液,温度不变继续搅拌2-4h,得到纺丝液;
S3、对纺丝液进行纺丝,即可得到改性聚酰胺纤维的无纺布。
本发明的无纺布以改性聚酰胺纤维、聚丙烯纤维、纳米TiO2、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺为原料,以改性聚酰胺纤维和聚丙烯纤维作为纤维主料,添加纳米TiO2共同使用,提高了原料间的相容性,使得纳米TiO2均匀地分布在纤维体系中,稳定性好;其中添加的改性聚酰胺纤维是采用聚酰胺纤维和丙烯酸在二甲苯、过氧化苯甲酰、丙酮原料的促进下反应得到,聚酰胺纤维的表面引入羧基,使得无纺布的血液相容性得到提高,无纺布材料表面黏附血小板的现象减少,扩大了应用范围。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种改性聚酰胺纤维的无纺布,其原料包括改性聚酰胺纤维、聚丙烯纤维、纳米TiO2、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺;所述改性聚酰胺纤维的原料包括聚酰胺纤维、二甲苯、过氧化苯甲酰、丙烯酸、丙酮;
其中,所述改性聚酰胺纤维的制备工艺如下:将聚酰胺纤维、二甲苯、过氧化苯甲酰加入到容器中,在惰性气体气氛和机械搅拌下,升温至60℃,恒温溶胀40min,快速升温至90℃,恒温反应30min,加入丙烯酸的丙酮溶液,在80℃下恒温反应50min,得到的产物经冷却、水洗、丙酮抽提后,在70℃下烘干至恒重,得到改性聚酰胺纤维;
所述惰性气体采用氮气;所述改性聚酰胺纤维、聚丙烯纤维、丙烯酸、纳米TiO2的重量比为20:9:3:13;
所述改性聚酰胺纤维的无纺布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将纳米TiO2、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺混合,以1500r/min的转速研磨18h,制得分散液;
S2、将改性聚酰胺纤维、聚丙烯纤维与N,N-二甲基乙酰胺混合,在60℃下搅拌3h后,加入分散液,温度不变继续搅拌2h,得到纺丝液;
S3、对纺丝液进行纺丝,即可得到改性聚酰胺纤维的无纺布。
实施例2
一种改性聚酰胺纤维的无纺布,其原料包括改性聚酰胺纤维、聚丙烯纤维、纳米TiO2、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺;所述改性聚酰胺纤维的原料包括聚酰胺纤维、二甲苯、过氧化苯甲酰、丙烯酸、丙酮;
其中,所述改性聚酰胺纤维的制备工艺如下:将聚酰胺纤维、二甲苯、过氧化苯甲酰加入到容器中,在惰性气体气氛和机械搅拌下,升温至50℃,恒温溶胀45min,快速升温至85℃,恒温反应40min,加入丙烯酸的丙酮溶液,在75℃下恒温反应60min,得到的产物经冷却、水洗、丙酮抽提后,在60℃下烘干至恒重,得到改性聚酰胺纤维;
所述惰性气体采用氮气;所述改性聚酰胺纤维、聚丙烯纤维、丙烯酸、纳米TiO2的重量比为22:5:7:9;
所述改性聚酰胺纤维的无纺布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将纳米TiO2、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺混合,以1800r/min的转速研磨15h,制得分散液;
S2、将改性聚酰胺纤维、聚丙烯纤维与N,N-二甲基乙酰胺混合,在80℃下搅拌2h后,加入分散液,温度不变继续搅拌4h,得到纺丝液;
S3、对纺丝液进行纺丝,即可得到改性聚酰胺纤维的无纺布。
实施例3
一种改性聚酰胺纤维的无纺布,其原料包括改性聚酰胺纤维、聚丙烯纤维、纳米TiO2、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺;所述改性聚酰胺纤维的原料包括聚酰胺纤维、二甲苯、过氧化苯甲酰、丙烯酸、丙酮;
其中,所述改性聚酰胺纤维的制备工艺如下:将聚酰胺纤维、二甲苯、过氧化苯甲酰加入到容器中,在惰性气体气氛和机械搅拌下,升温至55℃,恒温溶胀42min,快速升温至88℃,恒温反应35min,加入丙烯酸的丙酮溶液,在78℃下恒温反应55min,得到的产物经冷却、水洗、丙酮抽提后,在66℃下烘干至恒重,得到改性聚酰胺纤维;
所述惰性气体采用氮气;所述改性聚酰胺纤维、聚丙烯纤维、丙烯酸、纳米TiO2的重量比为21:7:5:11;
所述改性聚酰胺纤维的无纺布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将纳米TiO2、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺混合,以1600r/min的转速研磨17h,制得分散液;
S2、将改性聚酰胺纤维、聚丙烯纤维与N,N-二甲基乙酰胺混合,在70℃下搅拌2.5h后,加入分散液,温度不变继续搅拌3h,得到纺丝液;
S3、对纺丝液进行纺丝,即可得到改性聚酰胺纤维的无纺布。
本发明的改性聚酰胺纤维的无纺布材料的溶血率均小于5%,血小板黏附较少,符合国家标准要求。

1.一种改性聚酰胺纤维的无纺布,其特征在于,其原料包括改性聚酰胺纤维、聚丙烯纤维、纳米TiO2、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺;所述改性聚酰胺纤维的原料包括聚酰胺纤维、二甲苯、过氧化苯甲酰、丙烯酸、丙酮。
2.根据权利要求1所述改性聚酰胺纤维的无纺布,其特征在于,所述改性聚酰胺纤维的制备工艺如下:将聚酰胺纤维、二甲苯、过氧化苯甲酰加入到容器中,在惰性气体气氛和机械搅拌下,升温,恒温溶胀,快速升温,恒温反应,加入丙烯酸的丙酮溶液,恒温反应,得到的产物经冷却、水洗、丙酮抽提后,烘干至恒重,得到改性聚酰胺纤维。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述改性聚酰胺纤维的无纺布,其特征在于,所述改性聚酰胺纤维的制备工艺如下:将聚酰胺纤维、二甲苯、过氧化苯甲酰加入到容器中,在惰性气体气氛和机械搅拌下,升温至50-60℃,恒温溶胀40-45min,快速升温至85-90℃,恒温反应30-40min,加入丙烯酸的丙酮溶液,在75-80℃下恒温反应50-60min,得到的产物经冷却、水洗、丙酮抽提后,在60-70℃下烘干至恒重,得到改性聚酰胺纤维。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述改性聚酰胺纤维的无纺布,其特征在于,所述惰性气体采用氮气。
5.根据权利要求1所述改性聚酰胺纤维的无纺布,其特征在于,所述改性聚酰胺纤维、聚丙烯纤维、丙烯酸、纳米TiO2的重量比为20-22:5-9:3-7:9-13。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述改性聚酰胺纤维的无纺布,其特征在于,所述改性聚酰胺纤维的无纺布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将纳米TiO2、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺混合,以1500-1800r/min的转速研磨15-18h,制得分散液;
S2、将改性聚酰胺纤维、聚丙烯纤维与N,N-二甲基乙酰胺混合,在60-80℃下搅拌2-3h后,加入分散液,温度不变继续搅拌2-4h,得到纺丝液;
S3、对纺丝液进行纺丝,即可得到改性聚酰胺纤维的无纺布。
