Abstract

本发明提出一种3D飞织纺织技术,包括除油步骤、染色步骤、复合金属丝、编排、热压成型和电脑刻印的步骤,在纱线中掺入铋锡合金丝,有助于提升纺织产品的表面整体强度,不容易出现断线等现象,并且采用高温染色,低温凝固的步骤,可在短时间内实现上色,色牢度更好,不容易出现掉色。

一种3D飞织纺织技术
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,尤其涉及一种3D飞织纺织技术。
背景技术
3D飞织纺织技术多采用聚酯纤维等材料、以各种不同的密度针织而成,其产品用各种纱线编织而成,不需要针车缝合,不增加重量,不产生摩擦区,如制作的飞织鞋面,从脚趾直达脚踝为一整块,能有效地契合整个脚面,使鞋面与脚面更加贴合,同时在鞋面成型过程中,可根据鞋部位不同,辅之以不同的针织密度,起到软硬结合的效果,确保鞋面具有良好的透气性、柔软性,整个鞋面如同只穿袜子一般,重量轻且给人以舒适感觉,能有效满足运动中的足部需求。
3D飞织技术也可用于其他多种产品如宠物的牵引带等,可与多种TPR或者橡胶制成的玩具结合,传统的3D飞织纺织技术存在断头率高,色牢度差的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种3D飞织纺织技术,以提出一种牢固且色牢度好的3D飞织纺织技术。
为达到上述目的,本发明提出一种3D飞织纺织技术,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将通过聚酯纤维制成的纱线置于染缸中后加入水和除油精练剂,按容积比为1:3的比例来配比,在温度为30-60摄氏度的环境下去油15分钟;所述除油精炼剂包括纯碱:1.5-2.5g/L、硅酸钠1.5-2g/L、精练剂6-10g/L、双氧水7-9g/L和稳定剂1-2g/L;
步骤二:除油结束后,向染缸中倒入染色剂和水,在温度80-150摄氏度的环境下进行染色;
步骤三:染色后的纱线后置于充斥液氮的环境中骤冷,冻干;
步骤四:将骤冷后的纱线以8:1的比例与铋锡合金丝进行缠绕复合,所述铋锡合金丝包括百分之28的铋和百分之42的锡;并将纱线与铋锡合金丝一起做柔软处理;
步骤五:将复合后的纱线穿插在横编机的纱嘴上,将编制程序导入横编机中,制成半成品产品;
步骤六:将半成品产品置于140-160摄氏度的环境中进行热压一体成型;
步骤七:将成型后的产品置于电脑刺绣机器上进行最后的刺绣成型。
优选的,在步骤二中,所述染色剂包括:分散染料0.1~2g/L、分散剂0.1~2g/L、抗还原剂0.1~2g/L、匀染剂0.1~2g/L。
优选的,在步骤二中,所述染色剂和水的比例为:1:11;并且添加PH调节剂,调节染液的PH为2.0-5.0。
优选的,在步骤四中;所述柔软处理包括加入纱线柔软剂CD-2000。
优选的,所述3D飞织纺织技术应用于斜面制作、布带制作和针织玩具制作。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优势之处在于,本发明在纱线中掺入铋锡合金丝,有助于提升纺织产品的表面整体强度,不容易出现断线等现象,并且采用高温染色,低温凝固的步骤,可在短时间内实现上色,色牢度更好,不容易出现掉色。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明的技术方案作进一步地说明。
如图1所示,本发明提出一种3D飞织纺织技术,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将通过聚酯纤维制成的纱线置于染缸中后加入水和除油精练剂,按容积比为1:3的比例来配比,在温度为30-60摄氏度的环境下去油15分钟;所述除油精炼剂包括纯碱:1.5-2.5g/L、硅酸钠1.5-2g/L、精练剂6-10g/L、双氧水7-9g/L和稳定剂1-2g/L;具有良好的去油效果。
步骤二:除油结束后,向染缸中倒入染色剂和水,在温度80-150摄氏度的环境下进行染色;
步骤三:染色后的纱线后置于充斥液氮的环境中骤冷,冻干;使得色彩更加的牢固;
步骤四:将骤冷后的纱线以8:1的比例与铋锡合金丝进行缠绕复合,所述铋锡合金丝包括百分之28的铋和百分之42的锡;并将纱线与铋锡合金丝一起做柔软处理;
步骤五:将复合后的纱线穿插在横编机的纱嘴上,将编制程序导入横编机中,制成半成品产品;
步骤六:将半成品产品置于140-160摄氏度的环境中进行热压一体成型;
步骤七:将成型后的产品置于电脑刺绣机器上进行最后的刺绣成型。
在本实施例中,在步骤二中,所述染色剂包括:分散染料0.1~2g/L、分散剂0.1~2g/L、抗还原剂0.1~2g/L、匀染剂0.1~2g/L。
在本实施例中,在步骤二中,所述染色剂和水的比例为:1:11;并且添加PH调节剂,调节染液的PH为2.0-5.0。

1.一种3D飞织纺织技术,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将通过聚酯纤维制成的纱线置于染缸中后加入水和除油精练剂,按容积比为1:3的比例来配比,在温度为30-60摄氏度的环境下去油15分钟;所述除油精炼剂包括纯碱:1.5-2.5g/L、硅酸钠1.5-2g/L、精练剂6-10g/L、双氧水7-9g/L和稳定剂1-2g/L;
步骤二:除油结束后,向染缸中倒入染色剂和水,在温度80-150摄氏度的环境下进行染色;
步骤三:染色后的纱线后置于充斥液氮的环境中骤冷,冻干;
步骤四:将骤冷后的纱线以8:1的比例与铋锡合金丝进行缠绕复合,所述铋锡合金丝包括百分之28的铋和百分之42的锡;并将纱线与铋锡合金丝一起做柔软处理;
