技术领域
本发明涉及除湿机技术领域,具体为一种转轮除湿机及其使用方法。
背景技术
目前,大多数除湿机的工作方式分为利用制冷循环的除湿机和利于干燥轮的除湿机。
利用制冷循环的除湿机又分为两种,一种是压缩机制冷除湿机,另一种是电子制冷除湿机。压缩机制冷除湿机必须要具备压缩机,这存在着压缩机噪音及其所占据的安装空间等问题;而电子制冷除湿机虽然能解决压缩机的噪音和安装空间等问题,但是除湿量却很大幅度的降低,而且使用空间有限,无法满足人们所需,因此利用干燥轮的除湿机多被使用。
干燥部件具有吸附空气中水分的性质,因此能够对通过干燥部件的室内空气进行除湿,并利用高温空气对干燥部件进行再生。这样的进、出风都可在除湿机内部、室内完成,因此无需具备单独的排气管道。为了除去高温高湿的空气的湿度,在室内空气通道的进风口与干燥部件之间设计了高效除湿的冷热交换器。即通过高温高湿的空气与常温空气进行热交换,使得高温高湿的空气达到凝露成水,从而降低空气湿度。另一方面,干燥部件被划分室内空气通过而吸附水分的除湿区域和再生空气通过而使得水分蒸发的再生区域。并且随着干燥部件的转动,湿度各区域交替切换,从而使得水分吸附或者蒸发,因此,本体内部需要有能够固定支撑并且转动的结构。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种转轮除湿机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种转轮除湿机,包括除湿机本体、外壳组件、除湿机构,所述除湿机本体上设有外壳组件,所述外壳组件上设有前壳、后壳、顶盖,所述后壳设有进风口,进风口内设有初级滤网以及湿度传感器,后壳内部底端设有防跌倒开关与电源线入口,所述后壳的侧壁靠近底部设有连续排水孔,所述顶盖上设有出风口、活动式提手、导风板以及控制面板,活动式提手固定在顶盖的两侧,所述前壳的内部设有接水盒,接水盒安装在前壳的下方,前壳下方靠近底部的内侧设有水箱,所述外壳组件形成有室内空气被吸入并被除湿后排出的空气流路和再生空气循环的再生空气流路,所述除湿机本体的内部设有除湿机构,所述除湿机构上设有除湿风机、除湿轮盘、再生风机、冷热交换器、再生加热器、轮盘固定支架,所述除湿轮盘的边缘设有齿轮,除湿轮盘的中间设有轴承孔,所述除湿轮盘的外侧设有轮盘固定支架,所述轮盘固定支架上设有含轴承的加热器支架、轮盘同步电机、速度感应器以及霍尔小板,所述除湿轮盘通过轮盘同步电机上的齿轮与轮盘边缘的齿轮连接,所述轮盘固定支架上设有通孔槽A与通孔槽B,通孔槽B的一侧下方设有通孔槽C,所述再生加热器的内部设有温度保护器,所述再生加热器安装固定在加热器支架上,加热器支架上设有再生流路的另一个通孔,再生风机和再生加热器位于除湿轮盘的前方,所述冷热交换器位于除湿轮盘的后方,正对着后壳的进风口,所述除湿风机的一侧设有除湿风机蜗壳,所述除湿风机与除湿风机蜗壳安装固定在轮盘固定支架上,所述除湿风机位于再生风机与再生加热器的前方,所述除湿风机蜗壳的出风口连接着顶盖的出风口。

优选的,一种转轮除湿机,其使用方法包括以下步骤:
A、室内空气从后壳的进风口被吸入,潮湿的空气吸附在除湿轮盘上;B、
B、经过再生加热器加热形成高温高湿的空气,再生风机组件从第二通孔将高温高湿的空气吸入到冷热交换器内;
C、高温高湿的再生空气与从进风口吸入室内常温空气进行热交换,使得高温高湿的空气达到凝露成水;
D、水从冷凝器的排水口流出到接水盒上,再汇流到水箱盖的进水口进入水箱90内部。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本除湿机及使用方法,干燥部件具有吸附空气中水分的性质,因此能够对通过干燥部件的室内空气进行除湿,并利用高温空气对干燥部件进行再生。这样的进、出风都可在除湿机内部、室内完成,因此无需具备单独的排气管道;
(2)在室内空气通道的进风口与干燥部件之间设计了高效除湿的冷热交换器,有效除去高温高湿的空气的湿度;

正对着后壳25的进风口,除湿风机26的一侧设有除湿风机蜗壳27,除湿风机26与除湿风机蜗壳27安装固定在轮盘固定支架39上,除湿风机26位于再生风机28与再生加热器32的前方,除湿风机蜗壳27的出风口17连接着顶盖3的出风口17,在顶盖3上的出风口17设有导风板4,导风板4的自动转动角度范围为45度至90度,或者可设定在45度至90度范围内的某一角度静止。
室内空气从后壳的进风口24被吸入,潮湿的空气吸附在除湿轮盘33上,经过再生加热器32加热形成高温高湿的空气,再生风轮30组件从第二通孔将高温高湿的空气吸入到冷热交换器44内,多根冷凝管与冷热交换器连通形成再生空气通道,在高温高湿的再生空气与从进风口24吸入室内常温空气进行热交换,使得高温高湿的空气达到凝露成水,水从冷凝器43的排水口流出到接水盒11上,再汇流到水箱盖7的进水口进入水箱6内部,除湿机本体1的干燥部件被划分室内空气通过而吸附水分的除湿区域和再生空气通过而使得水分蒸发的再生区域。并且随着干燥部件的转动,湿度各区域交替切换,从而使得水分吸附或者蒸发。
一种转轮除湿机,其使用方法包括以下步骤:
A、室内空气从后壳的进风口24被吸入,潮湿的空气吸附在除湿轮盘33上;
B、经过再生加热器32加热形成高温高湿的空气,再生风轮30组件从第二通孔将高温高湿的空气吸入到冷热交换器44内;
C、高温高湿的再生空气与从进风口24吸入室内常温空气进行热交换,使得高温高湿的空气达到凝露成水;
D、水从冷凝器43的排水口流出到接水盒11上,再汇流到水箱盖7的进水口进入水箱6内部。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本除湿机及使用方法,干燥部件具有吸附空气中水分的性质,因此能够对通过干燥部件的室内空气进行除湿,并利用高温空气对干燥部件进行再生,这样的进、出风都可在除湿机内部、室内完成,因此无需具备单独的排气管道;

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种转轮除湿机,其特征在于:所述除湿轮盘(33)上设有室内空气通过并吸附水分的区域与再生空气通过并蒸发水分的区域。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种转轮除湿机,其特征在于:所述轮盘固定支架(39)的再生空气通道上设有再生风口。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种转轮除湿机,其特征在于:所述再生加热器(32)安装固定在加热器支架的再生空气通道的通孔槽B(51)上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种转轮除湿机,其特征在于:所述除湿机构(54)的顶部设有电源板与电线盒(14),所述水箱(6)上设有水箱盖(7)、透明视窗(10)、浮动开关,水箱盖(7)设有进水口(9)并且水箱盖(7)是可拆卸的。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种转轮除湿机,其特征在于:所述冷热交换器(44))上设有多根两种直径不一的冷凝管(45),多根冷凝管与冷热交换器(44)连通形成再生空气通道。
10.实现权利要求1所述的一种转轮除湿机,其使用方法包括以下步骤:
A、室内空气从后壳的进风口(24)被吸入,潮湿的空气吸附在除湿轮盘(33)上;
B、经过再生加热器(32)加热形成高温高湿的空气,再生风轮(30)组件从第二通孔将高温高湿的空气吸入到冷热交换器(44)内;
C、高温高湿的再生空气与从进风口(24)吸入室内常温空气进行热交换,使得高温高湿的空气达到凝露成水;
D、水从冷凝器(43)的排水口流出到接水盒(11)上,再汇流到水箱盖(7)的进水口进入水箱(6)内部。
