本发明公开了一种工程机械燃油箱，属于工程机械领域。其技术方案是：包括主燃油箱和副燃油箱，所述主燃油箱和副燃油箱之间通过燃油管路连接，所述副燃油箱嵌入在配重内部。本发明的副燃油箱采用内嵌式设计，对整机其它部件布置无影响且不影响整机外观和工作视野，加油后可以充当配重，提高了整机的工作稳定性，特殊工况下，即可供给燃油系统用油。

本发明属于一种工程机械部件，具体地说，尤其涉及一种工程机械燃油箱。
背景技术
工程机械作业环境恶劣，工况复杂，传统工程机械燃油箱的设计，存在以下缺陷：在燃油供油方面，大都采用单一油箱，由于容积限制，无法满足特殊作业一次性携带足量燃油的供油需求；外观上，传统燃油箱外观造型一般为简单的长方体或圆柱体，与整机外观协调性较差；固定方式上，传统燃油箱一般直接用螺栓固定在车架等结构件上；供油管路结构上，传统燃油箱供油管路复杂，拆装维修不方便。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种满足特殊工况供油需求的工程机械燃油箱，以克服现有技术中工程机械燃油箱存在的上述缺陷。
本发明是采用以下技术方案实现的：
所述的工程机械燃油箱，包括主燃油箱和副燃油箱，所述主燃油箱和副燃油箱之间通过燃油管路连接，所述副燃油箱嵌入在配重内部。
所述副燃油箱内部设有油箱隔板，油箱隔板达到液位稳定和强度增强的作用。
所述副燃油箱上设有安装丝座，安装丝座用于安装吊耳或吊环。
所述副燃油箱上方铰接有盖板，盖板起到防尘和保护副燃油箱的作用。
所述盖板上设有透气孔，透气孔保证了副燃油箱加油口和呼吸器与外界大气压相通，同时起到防滑作用。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
本发明副燃油箱的存在节省了加油往返途中浪费的时间，延长工作时长的同时，克服了施工现场加油操作困难问题，内嵌式设计对整机其它部件布置无影响且不影响整机外观和工作视野，加油后可以充当配重，提高了整机的工作稳定性，特殊工况下，即可供给燃油系统用油，内嵌式结构对副燃油箱起到了很好的保护作用，在增加系统安全性的同时提高了社会经济效益。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1、图2所示，本发明所述的工程机械燃油箱，包括主燃油箱1和副燃油箱3，主燃油箱1和副燃油箱3之间通过燃油管路2连接，副燃油箱3嵌入在配重4内部。主燃油箱1直接给燃油系统供油，副燃油箱3通过燃油管路2与主燃油箱1连通给燃油系统供油。
如图3、图4所示，副燃油箱3用螺栓8与配重4固定，副燃油箱3内部有油箱隔板5，油箱隔板5平行于履带布置，减少上架旋转运动引起的燃油的晃动，达到液位稳定和强度增强的作用，副燃油箱3上设有用于安装吊耳或吊环的安装丝座6，吊耳或吊环用于吊装副燃油箱3。
如图5所示，盖板7铰接固定在副燃油箱3上方，起到防尘和保护副燃油箱3的作用，盖板7上设有透气孔9，透气孔9的结构保证了副燃油箱3上的加油口和呼吸器与外界大气压相通，同时起到防滑作用。

1.一种工程机械燃油箱，包括主燃油箱(1)和副燃油箱(3)，所述主燃油箱(1)和副燃油箱(3)之间通过燃油管路(2)连接，其特征在于：所述副燃油箱(3)嵌入在配重(4)内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工程机械燃油箱，其特征在于：所述副燃油箱(3)内部设有油箱隔板(5)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的工程机械燃油箱，其特征在于：所述副燃油箱(3)上设有安装丝座(6)。
4.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的工程机械燃油箱，其特征在于：所述副燃油箱(3)上方铰接有盖板(7)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的工程机械燃油箱，其特征在于：所述盖板(7)上设有透气孔(9)。
