本发明涉及一种粉体浓相正压输送泵,包括进料斗、增压罐,所述进料斗和增压罐之间设置有进料阀,所述增压罐下端两侧设置有进气管和出料管,所述增压罐的底部设置有补气管,所述进气管和补气管的另一端连接漩涡风机,所述进气管、补气管和出料管上均设置有阀门。本发明在进料斗底部安装高频振荡器和叶片转动装置,当粉体在进料斗底部堆积堵塞通道时,通过高频振荡器振散堆积的粉体,同时叶片转动装置转动叶片时可以使粉体均匀下料到增压罐中,料位计可以有效防止进料斗内的粉体过多。

技术领域
本发明涉及粉体输送设备,尤其涉及一种粉体浓相正压输送泵。
背景技术
粉体加工是指对粉体进行包括粉碎、输送、分级、均化、分散、复合包覆、改性改质、干燥、烧结成型、储存、包装等一系列步骤的加工过程,其中粉体的传输贯穿了粉体、加工的各个环节,在传统工艺中通过人力搬运对粉体进行输送,这种输送方式效率低下,并且粉体在运输过程中的流失较为严重,并且粉体在进料斗内下料时容易堵塞通道。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种粉体浓相正压输送泵。
实施方案:
一种粉体浓相正压输送泵,包括进料斗、增压罐,所述进料斗和增压罐之间设置有进料阀,所述增压罐下端两侧设置有进气管和出料管,所述增压罐的底部设置有补气管,所述进气管和补气管的另一端连接漩涡风机,所述进气管、补气管和出料管上均设置有阀门,所述进料斗的底部设置有高频振荡器,所述进料斗底部的出料口处安装有叶片转动装置,所述进料斗内部侧壁上设置有料位计,所述进料斗外侧设置有警报器。
进一步的,所述进气管和补气管的进气气压相等。
进一步的,所述增压罐上宽下窄,呈瓦罐状。
进一步的,所述进料阀为球阀。
进一步的,所述进气管、补气管和出料管上均设置的阀门为气动阀门。
进一步的,所述增压罐上端一侧设置有出气孔。
进一步的,所述旋涡风机为湿式吸尘器式旋涡风机。
进一步的,所述叶片转动装置的叶片数量为5片。
进一步的,所述料位计安装于距离进料斗上边沿10cm处。
有益效果:本发明在进料斗底部安装高频振荡器和叶片转动装置,当粉体在进料斗底部堆积堵塞通道时,通过高频振荡器振散堆积的粉体,同时叶片转动装置转动叶片时可以使粉体均匀下料到增压罐中,料位计可以有效防止进料斗内的粉体过多,本发明采用高压喷射方式远距离传输粉体,最远距离能达到50m之远,同时全程采用封闭式管道进行输送,减少了粉体的流失,节约了人力成本,增加了效率。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。
如图所示,一种粉体浓相正压输送泵,包括进料斗1、增压罐2,所述进料斗1和增压罐2之间设置有进料阀3,所述增压罐2下端两侧设置有进气管21和出料管22,所述增压罐2的底部设置有补气管24,所述进气管21和补气管24的另一端连接漩涡风机4,所述进气管21、补气管24和出料管22上均设置有阀门5,所述进料斗1的底部设置有高频振荡器11,所述进料斗1底部的出料口处安装有叶片转动装置12,所述进料斗1内部侧壁上设置有料位计13,所述进料斗1外侧设置有警报器14。
进一步的,所述进气管21和补气管24的进气气压相等。
进一步的,所述增压罐2上宽下窄,呈瓦罐状。
进一步的,所述进料阀3为球阀。
进一步的,所述进气管21、补气管24和出料管22上均设置的阀门5为气动阀门。

本发明使用时先在进料斗内添加粉体,当粉体加到料位计位置时,料位计感应到粉体并发出警报,此时停止加料,粉体添加完成后打开进料阀、高频振荡器以及叶片转动装置,当粉体在进料斗底部堆积堵塞通道时,通过高频振荡器振散堆积的粉体,同时叶片转动装置转动叶片时可以使粉体均匀下料到增压罐中,在粉体进入增压罐的过程中,增压罐上端一侧设置的出气孔会排出气体,待粉体完全从进料斗内掉入增压罐后关闭进料阀,此时增压罐处于密封状态,开启进气管、补气管和出料管上设置的阀门,打开旋涡风机,补气管和进气管均喷射处高压气体,补气管喷出的高压气体将堆积在增压罐底部的粉体吹起,使粉体弥漫于整个罐体空间中,弥漫的粉体在进气管和补气管喷射的高压气体的压力下从出料管喷射出去,从而实现粉体的远距离传输。

1.一种粉体浓相正压输送泵,其特征在于:包括进料斗、增压罐,所述进料斗和增压罐之间设置有进料阀,所述增压罐下端两侧设置有进气管和出料管,所述增压罐的底部设置有补气管,所述进气管和补气管的另一端连接漩涡风机,所述进气管、补气管和出料管上均设置有阀门,所述进料斗的底部设置有高频振荡器,所述进料斗底部的出料口处安装有叶片转动装置,所述进料斗内部侧壁上设置有料位计,所述进料斗外侧设置有警报器。
