本实用新型涉及一种下料阀，具体地说就是一种用于气体输送粉体的下料阀。
背景技术：
在粉体干法加工工艺中，如超细氧化锆粉体，会用气体输送方式将物料输送至后续工序。下料阀也称锁风阀，由圆筒壳体、旋转轴、刮板、进料口、出料口、驱动电机等组成，旋转轴带动刮板旋转运行，既可粉体下料又可避免漏风。而在气体输送粉体中，现有的粉体加料装置过于复杂。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型就是为克服现有技术中的不足，提供一种用于气体输送粉体的下料阀。
本实用新型提供以下技术方案：
一种用于气体输送粉体的下料阀，它包括：阀体，在阀体上设有进料口，在阀体内设有旋转轴，在旋转轴上均布有一组刮板，其特征在于：在阀体下部的一侧的侧壁上设有出料口，在阀体下部的另一侧的侧壁上设有与出料口相对应的进气口。
在上述技术方案的基础上，还可以有以下进一步的技术方案：
所述的进料口位于靠近出料口一侧的阀体上。
所述的进气口和出料口为相互对应的开口V型或腰圆型。

实施例1：
如图1、2所示，一种用于气体输送粉体的下料阀，它包括：阀体1，在阀体1内腔的中部穿设有旋转轴5，旋转轴5的一端与阀体1外侧的电机相连。在旋转轴5的轴上沿其轴向均布有一组四片刮板6，所述的一组四片刮板6将阀体1的内部空间平均分割成四个分腔。
在旋转轴5下方轴向一侧的阀体1侧壁上设有进气口4，在旋转轴5下方轴向另一侧的阀体1侧壁上设有出料口3，所述的出料口3与进气口4对应分布，均为腰圆型，且在同一轴线上，为增加进气口和出料口的宽度，以充分延长分腔内物料的吹风时间，提高装置的下料效率。
在所述的阀体1顶部靠近出料口一侧的位置上设有进料口2，一是方便将粉体从出料口中吹出，二是在下料阀停止运转后减少物料堵塞进气口。
实施例2：
如图1、3所示，一种用于气体输送粉体的下料阀，它包括：阀体1，在阀体1内腔的中部穿设有旋转轴5，旋转轴5的一端与阀体1外侧的电机相连。在旋转轴5的轴上沿其轴向均布有一组四片刮板6，所述的一组四片刮板6将阀体1的内部空间平均分割成四个分腔。
在旋转轴5下方轴向一侧的阀体1侧壁上设有进气口4，在旋转轴5下方轴向另一侧的阀体1侧壁上设有出料口3，所述的出料口3与进气口4对应分布，均为开口V型，且在同一轴线上，为增加进气口和出料口的宽度，以充分延长分腔内物料的吹风时间，提高装置的下料效率。
在所述的阀体1顶部靠近出料口一侧的位置上设有进料口2，一是方便将粉体从出料口中吹出，二是在下料阀停止运转后减少物料堵塞进气口。

2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种用于气体输送粉体的下料阀，其特征在于：所述的进料口（2）位于靠近出料口（3）一侧的阀体（1）上。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的一种用于气体输送粉体的下料阀，其特征在于：所述的进气口（4）和出料口（2）为相互对应的开口V型或腰圆型。
