本发明提供一种混凝土搅拌机,包括搅拌室,搅拌室内设有转轴,转轴上套有螺旋搅拌桨,搅拌室左端设有驱动电机,驱动电机与转轴连接,搅拌室左侧上方设有进料斗,搅拌室右上方设有输水管,搅拌室内壁上方设有喷淋头,喷淋头与输水管连接,搅拌室左上方设有吸尘管,搅拌室右端设有集尘室,吸尘管与集尘室连接,吸尘管上设有吸尘机,集尘室下端设有输料管,输料管与搅拌室连接,搅拌室下方设有出料口,搅拌室下端设有底座。本发明通过吸尘管将粉尘吸入集尘室,集尘室内的粉尘通过输料管输送进搅拌室,在搅拌室上端设置喷淋头,减少了灰尘的散发,有效的解决了混凝土搅拌机粉尘大的问题。

本发明涉及建筑设备领域,尤其涉及一种混凝土搅拌机。
背景技术
近年来,由于我国加大基础设施建设,因此各类混凝土搅拌站及混凝土预制构件厂发展迅速。然而由于混凝土原材料,如砂石、水泥等的粉尘污染较大,因此给环境造成很大影响,导致空气污染严重。此外,在原有混凝土搅拌技术中,砂石、水泥等原材料进入搅拌机时,容易产生较大的灰尘,灰尘容易进入空气中,从而降低空气质量,危害人体健康。因此解决混凝土搅拌机灰尘大的问题就变得很重要了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种混凝土搅拌机,通过吸尘管将粉尘吸入集尘室,集尘室内的粉尘通过输料管输送进搅拌室,解决了混凝土搅拌机灰尘大的问题。
本发明提供一种混凝土搅拌机,包括搅拌室,搅拌室内设有转轴,转轴上套有螺旋搅拌桨,搅拌室左端设有驱动电机,驱动电机与转轴连接,搅拌室左侧上方设有进料斗,搅拌室右上方设有输水管,搅拌室内壁上方设有喷淋头,喷淋头与输水管连接,搅拌室左上方设有吸尘管,搅拌室右端设有集尘室,吸尘管与集尘室连接,吸尘管上设有吸尘机,集尘室下端设有输料管,输料管与搅拌室连接,搅拌室下方设有出料口,搅拌室下端设有底座。
进一步改进在于:输料管上设有开关阀。
进一步改进在于:搅拌室和底座之间设有减震垫。
进一步改进在于:吸尘管入口设有过滤筛网。
进一步改进在于:出料口上设有出料挡板。
本发明的有益效果:通过吸尘管对粉尘吸收使粉尘进入集尘室,粉尘再从集尘室通过输料管在进入搅拌室,有效的减少了粉尘向空气中散发,回收粉尘节约资源;搅拌室上方设置喷淋头,可以使搅拌更均匀,也减少了粉尘的散发。

如图1所示,本实施例提供一种混凝土搅拌机,包括搅拌室1,搅拌室1内设有转轴2,转轴2上套有螺旋搅拌桨3,搅拌室1左端设有驱动电机4,驱动电机4与转轴2连接,搅拌室1左侧上方设有进料斗5,搅拌室1右上方设有输水管6,搅拌室1内壁上方设有喷淋头7,喷淋头7与输水管6连接,搅拌室1左上方设有吸尘管8,搅拌室1右端设有集尘室9,吸尘管8与集尘室9连接,吸尘管8上设有吸尘机10,集尘室9下端设有输料管11,输料管11与搅拌室1连接,搅拌室1下方设有出料口12,搅拌室1下端设有底座13。输料管11上设有开关阀14。搅拌室1和底座13之间设有减震垫15。 吸尘管8入口设有过滤筛网16。 出料口12上设有出料挡板17。
本实施例通过混凝土材料通过进料斗5进入搅拌室1,吸尘管8通过吸尘机10作用将散发的粉尘吸入集尘室9,吸尘管8吸入口设置过滤筛网16防止大固体颗粒吸入,对吸尘机10造成损伤,集尘室1内的粉尘通过输料管11再次进入搅拌室1,对粉尘进行回收利用,输水管6向搅拌室1内输水,水通过喷淋头7进入搅拌室1,可以使混凝土搅拌均匀的同时也可以使粉尘沉淀,驱动电机4通过转轴2带动螺旋搅拌桨3对混凝土进行搅拌,搅拌完成,出料挡板17打开,混凝土从出料口12出来。

1.一种混凝土搅拌机,包括搅拌室(1),其特征在于:搅拌室(1)内设有转轴(2),转轴(2)上套有螺旋搅拌桨(3),搅拌室(1)左端设有驱动电机(4),驱动电机(4)与转轴(2)连接,搅拌室(1)左侧上方设有进料斗(5),搅拌室(1)右上方设有输水管(6),搅拌室(1)内壁上方设有喷淋头(7),喷淋头(7)与输水管(6)连接,搅拌室(1)左上方设有吸尘管(8),搅拌室(1)右端设有集尘室(9),吸尘管(8)与集尘室(9)连接,吸尘管(8)上设有吸尘机(10),集尘室(9)下端设有输料管(11),输料管(11)与搅拌室(1)连接,搅拌室(1)下方设有出料口(12),搅拌室(1)下端设有底座(13)。
