本发明公开了一种除尘搅拌机,包括机体和除尘箱,所述机体的顶部设有进料口,机体的一侧设有电机架,电机架的顶部设有电机,电机的一侧连接搅拌轴,搅拌轴的外表面设有搅拌叶片,机体的底部设有出料口,机体通过出气管连接除尘箱,所述除尘箱的一侧设有吸风机,除尘箱的内腔设有竹碳层,竹炭层的底部设有过滤网,除尘箱的内腔设有水箱,水箱的内腔安装水泵,水泵的出水口通过水管与设置在除尘箱内腔的喷头连接,除尘箱内腔的底部设有废水池,废水池的底部设有出水口。本发明的一种除尘搅拌机,通过除尘箱,能够有效的去除搅拌机在工作过程中产生的灰尘,且结构简单,实用性高,使用寿命长,减少了灰尘对环境的影响,适合推广使用。

[0002] 搅拌机,是一种带有叶片的轴在圆筒或槽中旋转,将多种原料进行搅拌混合,使之 成为一种混合物或适宜稠度的机器。搅拌机分为好多种,有强制式搅拌机、单卧轴撹拌机、 双卧轴搅拌机等等,搅拌机及自动供料机,必须把里面清洗干净,尤其是冬天,这样能延长 寿命。搅拌机即是混合机,因为混合机的通常作用就是混合搅拌各类干粉砂浆,故俗称搅拌 机。但是现在市场上的搅拌机结构复杂,在搅拌过程中会经常产生很多灰尘杂质,不仅影响 环境空气,而且灰尘过多会影响搅拌机的运转速度。

[0009]与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的一种除尘搅拌机,结构简单,通 过除尘箱,能够有效的去除搅拌机在工作过程中所产生的灰尘,通过电机带动搅拌叶片的 转动,然后通过竹炭层和过滤网,起到吸附作用,从而使除尘效果显著,减小了灰尘对搅拌 机的损害,然后通过水杲、喷头、水箱和水管对该除尘箱进行除尘,提高了该除尘搅拌机的 运转速度,实用性高,增加了该除尘搅拌机的使用寿命,减少灰尘对环境的影响,适合推广 使用。

[00M]工作原理:使用时,将需要的材料放置进料口 i,打开电机7,然后通过电机7带动搅 拌轴4上的搅拌叶片5转动,通过吸风机13将空气中的灰尘经过出气管16抽取到除尘箱2中, 启动水泵10,水泵10将水箱9的水抽出,经过水管8从喷头15喷出,除掉一定量的灰尘,喷头 15产生的水会进入到废水池11中,最后经过出水口 19排出。
