Abstract
本发明公开了一种膨化螃蟹饲料生产的配方工艺及其设备,包括第一电机、刀片、底座、混合片和支撑杆,所述底座的底部安装有两组万向轮,所述万向轮的内侧安装有支撑杆,所述底座的顶部一侧安装有保护壳,所述保护壳的内部安装有第二电机,所述第二电机的顶部安装有两组支架,所述支架的顶部安装有搅拌壳,所述第一电机的输出端安装有延伸至第一电机内部的轴杆,所述轴杆外侧的顶部安装有打碎盘,所述刀片的下方安装有挡板,所述壳体顶部的一侧通过送料管与搅拌壳连接。本发明通过一体化加工,有效的提高了加工效率,同时不容易在加工过程中沾染到细菌等有害物质,更利于螃蟹的生长发育,有效的提高螃蟹的品质。

技术领域
本发明涉及饲料用生产设备技术领域,具体为一种膨化螃蟹饲料生产的配方工艺及其设备。
背景技术
螃蟹是甲壳类动物,身体被硬壳保护着,靠鳃呼吸,在生物分类学上,它与虾、龙虾、寄居蟹是同类动物,绝大多数种类的螃蟹生活在海里或近海区,也有一些栖于淡水或陆地,而饲料是所有人饲养的动物的食物的总称,比较狭义地一般饲料主要指的是农业或牧业饲养的动物的食物,饲料包括大豆、豆粕、玉米、鱼粉、氨基酸、杂粕、添加剂、乳清粉、油脂、肉骨粉、谷物、甜高粱等十余个品种的饲料原料,而饲料也是饲养螃蟹的必须的物品,目前的饲料都是通过多个步骤生产的,这就导致了其加工效率低下,且容易在加工过程中沾染到细菌等有害物质,不利于螃蟹的生长发育。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种膨化螃蟹饲料生产的配方工艺及其设备,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种膨化螃蟹饲料生产的配方工艺,它的组分按照重量比为:46%的虾壳粉为8%,虾粉为4%,46%的豆粕为12%,花生粕为5%,50%棉粕为14%,菜粕为10%,米糠为11%,米糠粕为8.5%,沸石粉为3%,石粉为8%,磷酸二氢钙为1.2%,高筋面粉为11%,螃蟹预混料为2.3%,后喷涂鱼油为2%,以上原料通过膨化螃蟹饲料生产的设备生产成品。所述的螃蟹预混料的组分为盐,氯化胆碱,微量元素,腐殖酸钠,防霉剂,维脱健,70%的赖氨酸,上述原料按照重量比为2:1.5:10:5:1:1:2.5。所述的维脱健是购买的佛山市南海区维德生物技术有限公司生产的产品,主要是一种微量元素预混合饲料,生产许可证号是:饲预(2013)00100;产品批准文号:粤饲预字(2014)361009;产品标准编号:Q/WDS24-2014;维脱健原料组成是有机铁(富马酸亚铁、甘氨酸铁)、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锰、硫酸锌、硫酸镁、氯化钾、露水草甘草粉及膨润土载体,维脱健产品成分分析:铁≥1500mg/kg、锰≥300mg/kg、锌≥200mg/kg、镁≥12000mg/kg、钾≥2500mg/kg、水分≤10%。
所述的微量元素的组分按照重量比为矿物质为1%,鱼通用多维为1%,石粉为8%.
所述的矿物质的重量比组分为七水硫酸镁是1%,甘氨酸铜是4%,3.8%的碘化钾是10%,甘氨酸铁是25%,甘氨酸锰是1.5%,甘氨酸锌是4%,甘氨酸硒是10%,1%六水氯化钴是1.5%,沸石粉是46.6%。
所述的鱼通用多维的重量比组分为维生素A是1.6%,维生素D3是0.5%,维生素E是20%,维生素K3是0.2%,维生素B1是0.1%, 维生素B2是0.8%,泛酸钙是2%,烟酰胺是3%,维生素B6是0.3%,叶酸是0.1%,维生素B12是0.2%,生物素是0.1%,肌醇是8%,复合30%的抗氧化剂是0.3%,玉米黄粉是62.8%。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该螃蟹饲料用加工生产设备安装有打碎搅拌室,可将多种原料进行混合,使其可以有效的提高饲料混合的效率以及品质,同时设有螺旋桨,可以有效的避免了壳体内部有未混合的物料,导致物料搅拌混合不充分等问题的发生,同时通过安装有打碎盘的转动可以有效的分散物料,防止物料发生结块现象,从而避免了堵塞卡块的问题,同时设有转轮与刀片的配合使用使用,使其可将饲料打撒成颗粒状态,同时通过一体化加工,有效的提高了加工效率,同时不容易在加工过程中沾染到细菌等有害物质,更利于螃蟹的生长发育,有效的提高螃蟹的品质,本装置使用简单,操作方便,同时具有加工效率高等优点。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种膨化螃蟹饲料生产的设备,包括第一电机1、刀片7、底座13、混合片18和支撑杆23,底座13的底部安装有两组万向轮24,万向轮24可方便移动装置,提高了装置的移动性,万向轮24的内侧安装有支撑杆23,支撑杆23可防止装置自行移动,底座13的顶部一侧安装有保护壳22,保护壳22的内部安装有第二电机21,第二电机21的顶部安装有两组支架20,支架20的顶部安装有搅拌壳2,搅拌壳2的一侧安装有物料入口15,物料入口15上设有保护盖,搅拌壳2的顶部安装有第一电机1,第一电机1的输出端安装有延伸至第一电机1内部的轴杆14,轴杆14外侧的顶部安装有打碎盘16,打碎盘16的转动可以有效的分散物料,防止物料发生结块现象,从而避免了堵塞卡块6的问题,打碎盘16的下方安装有螺旋搅拌杆17,螺旋搅拌杆17可以有效的避免了壳体内部有未混合的物料,导致物料搅拌混合不充分等问题的发生,螺旋搅拌杆17的下方安装有混合片18,第二电机21的输出端安装有减速电机12,减速电机12的顶部安装有壳体3,减速电机12的输出端安装有延伸至壳体3的转轴9,转轴9的顶部安装有壳体3,壳体3的外侧安装有安装板8,连接轴4的两侧安装有转轮5,转轮5的外侧设有卡槽,卡槽可方便的是饲料从通孔压下去,转轮5的底部安装有卡块6,卡块6的内部设有通孔,通孔可由饲料通过,卡块6的下方安装有刀片7,刀片7的下方安装有挡板10,壳体3顶部的一侧通过送料管19与搅拌壳2连接,壳体3的一侧安装有物料出口11。
工作原理:使用时,线将装置接通电源,然后通过物料入口15将处理后的原料放入搅拌壳2中进行搅拌混合,然后混合完成后会通过送料管19进入壳体3中,而壳体3中的转轮5会将物料从卡块6中压出,然后通过刀片7将其割成粒状,最后通过物料出口11掉落出,通过一体化加工,有效的提高了加工效率,同时不容易在加工过程中沾染到细菌等有害物质,更利于螃蟹的生长发育。

1.一种膨化螃蟹饲料生产的配方工艺,其特征在于,它的组分按照重量比为:46%的虾壳粉为8%,虾粉为4%,46%的豆粕为12%,花生粕为5%,50%棉粕为14%,菜粕为10%,米糠为11%,米糠粕为8.5%,沸石粉为3%,石粉为8%,磷酸二氢钙为1.2%,高筋面粉为11%,螃蟹预混料为2.3%,后喷涂鱼油为2%,以上原料通过膨化螃蟹饲料生产的设备生产成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种膨化螃蟹饲料生产的配方工艺,其特征在于,所述的螃蟹预混料的组分为盐,氯化胆碱,微量元素,腐殖酸钠,防霉剂,维脱健,70%的赖氨酸,上述原料按照重量比为2:1.5:10:5:1:1:2.5。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种膨化螃蟹饲料生产的配方工艺,其特征在于,所述的微量元素的组分按照重量比为矿物质为1%,鱼通用多维为1%,石粉为8%.
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种膨化螃蟹饲料生产的配方工艺,其特征在于,所述的矿物质的重量比组分为七水硫酸镁是1%,甘氨酸铜是4%,3.8%的碘化钾是10%,甘氨酸铁是25%,甘氨酸锰是1.5%,甘氨酸锌是4%,甘氨酸硒是10%,1%六水氯化钴是1.5%,沸石粉是46.6%。

6.一种膨化螃蟹饲料生产的设备,包括第一电机(1)、刀片(7)、底座(13)、混合片(18)和支撑杆(23),其特征在于:所述底座(13)的底部安装有两组万向轮(24),所述万向轮(24)的内侧安装有支撑杆(23),所述底座(13)的顶部一侧安装有保护壳(22),所述保护壳(22)的内部安装有第二电机(21),所述第二电机(21)的顶部安装有两组支架(20),所述支架(20)的顶部安装有搅拌壳(2),所述搅拌壳(2)的一侧安装有物料入口(15),所述搅拌壳(2)的顶部安装有第一电机(1),所述第一电机(1)的输出端安装有延伸至第一电机(1)内部的轴杆(14),所述轴杆(14)外侧的顶部安装有打碎盘(16),所述打碎盘(16)的下方安装有螺旋搅拌杆(17),所述螺旋搅拌杆(17)的下方安装有混合片(18),所述第二电机(21)的输出端安装有减速电机(12),所述减速电机(12)的顶部安装有壳体(3),所述减速电机(12)的输出端安装有延伸至壳体(3)的转轴(9),所述转轴(9)的顶部安装有壳体(3),所述连接轴(4)的两侧安装有转轮(5),所述转轮(5)的底部安装有卡块(6),所述卡块(6)的下方安装有刀片(7),所述刀片(7)的下方安装有挡板(10),所述壳体(3)顶部的一侧通过送料管(19)与搅拌壳(2)连接,所述壳体(3)的一侧安装有物料出口(11)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种膨化螃蟹饲料生产的设备,其特征在于:所述物料入口(15)上设有保护盖。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种膨化螃蟹饲料生产的设备,其特征在于:所述壳体(3)的外侧安装有安装板(8)。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种膨化螃蟹饲料生产的设备,其特征在于:所述卡块(6)的内部设有通孔。
10.根据权利要求6所述的一种膨化螃蟹饲料生产的设备,其特征在于:所述转轮(5)的外侧设有卡槽。
