Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of building roof reinforcement, and particularly relates to reinforcement of a traditional small green tile roof and an ancient building roof.
Background
In China, the traditional tile roof has thousands of years history, in the traditional technology, a purlin is generally erected on a beam or a wall, a rafter is arranged on the purlin, a bottom tile is arranged on the rafter, a cover tile is arranged on the bottom tile, and a layer of roof board is added on the rafter in a complicated way. The tile roof provides the functions of shielding wind, rain and sun for human beings. However, tile roofs are often affected by tile sliding, wind loosening and sliding, so that rain and ash leakage of the roofs are caused, and living life of human beings is affected. In particular, in some ancient relic buildings, the situations of damaged roof, loose tiles and damage are worried about due to long history, and the protection and repair of the ancient relics have the principles of current situation, reversibility and identification, so that a set of convenient and effective device for repairing the roof without damaging the original tiles is urgently needed. The conventional tile roof is commonly reinforced at the present stage by paving a wood board on a rafter layer, attaching by using coiled materials, and bonding the tiles by using cement mortar, so that the dead weight of the roof is seriously increased, the air permeability is poor, and the protection principle of ancient building is not met. Therefore, research on reinforcement of traditional roofs is imperative. The anti-slip net reinforcing device is an engineering measure for actively protecting and reinforcing the building roof, is applied to the reinforcement and protection of the traditional tile roof, and has good effect. In view of the above, the patent uses the traditional tile roof anti-skid reinforcement as an application background, and the invention provides a set of anti-skid net reinforcement device suit suitable for the traditional tile roof, aiming at providing a new thought for the traditional roof reinforcement. The achievement can provide important reference for reinforcing and protecting the building roof of the ancient cultural relics and is used for engineering practice.

The invention aims at: the utility model provides a be applicable to traditional tile roofing anti-skidding net reinforcing apparatus suit, solves traditional tile roofing, the problem that the swift current tile easily, the tile is not hard up, especially in the ancient relic building protection reinforcement need reduce intervention, preserve current situation, identifiable, reversibility principle requirement, effectively protects the tile original appearance, prevents that the tile is not hard up, the landing.
The aim of the invention is achieved by the following technical scheme:
the utility model provides a be applicable to traditional tile roofing anti-skidding net reinforcing apparatus suit, includes basic antislip strip, self-connecting formula antislip rope, self-connecting formula antislip net, whole antislip rope, integral antislip net, supplementary locking strip device. The basic anti-slip strip hooks the bottom of the tile, and the anti-slip strip is strip-shaped, has certain flexibility and roughness, has certain contact surface with the tile so as to increase friction, is connected with an anti-slip strip lockhole of the last tile or is fixed on a ridge or two side rafters by an auxiliary locking strip so as to strengthen the local roof tile. The self-connecting anti-slip rope is formed by connecting basic anti-slip strips, and a chain can be freely formed to fix the whole row of tiles so as to strengthen the whole row of tiles. The self-connecting anti-slip net is formed by connecting basic anti-slip strips or anti-slip ropes, the anti-slip net is paved on roof rafters, parts and edges of the anti-slip net are fixed on the rafters or the purlines by auxiliary locking strips, tiles are arranged on the rafters and fixed on the anti-slip net, and the tile hooking heads are used for fixing the bottoms of the tiles and the anti-slip strips are contacted with the anti-slip strips to increase friction, so that the effect of integrally reinforcing the roof is achieved. The whole anti-skid cable is cut according to the total length of the whole row of tiles, and the tiles are directly fixed on the anti-skid cable, so that the anti-skid cable is simple, quick and effective. The whole anti-slip net has certain specification selection, can also be assembled and connected with basic anti-slip strips and anti-slip ropes freely to form net surfaces with different sizes, the whole anti-slip net is paved on roof rafters, the local parts and edges are fixed on the rafters or purlines by auxiliary locking strips, and the tiles are arranged on the rafters and fixed on the anti-slip net.
