[Prior Art] Conventionally, as a tile roof construction method that does not use roofing soil, for example, as shown in Fig. 8, a waterproof sheet is used as a roof base on a roof surface (Ao) made of field boards (4'). A waterproof layer (5°) is laid, and on top of that, horizontal tile beams (1
2') are arranged and fixed at intervals corresponding to the climbing leg dimension (0) of the tile (K), and the curved edge (K1) on the back of the rear end of the tile (K) is engaged with this tile crosspiece (12'). The so-called hanging sill construction method, in which roof tiles (K) are placed side by side in sequence, is widely known.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in these hooking beam construction methods, the horizontal beams are allocated and marked according to the climbing foot dimensions of the tiles, and a large number of horizontal beams are arranged and fixed by nailing (the beam is fixed). ), and the work is extremely time-consuming. In particular, in the case of a construction method that uses vertical beams, the vertical beams also require the same sorting, marking, and cross-cutting as the horizontal beams, which increases the amount of work required for the construction work and lengthens the construction period. The work also requires considerable skill.

In particular, the construction of this waterproof layer involves spreading waterproof sheet materials such as kraft paper impregnated with asphalt, sheets of paper coated with rubber or synthetic resin, and partially overlapping them. The sheet material is laid in the same way and fixed at the overlapped portions using staples or nailing, but since this sheet material is thin and wide and long, it is difficult to handle and is easily blown up or rolled up by the wind. Therefore, the installation work is difficult, especially when working on a roof with a large slope or during strong winds, making it extremely difficult and dangerous work, leading to an increase in the number of work hours.

For normal roof surfaces, the assembled crosspiece panels (10) having the above configuration are mainly used, but if tile seats are not attached to the eaves and both left and right bolts of the roof surface, the above structure is used as a whole. The same basic configuration is possible, especially in the case where a tile seat with a roughly triangular cross section is placed on the lower side corresponding to the tip of the eaves instead of the horizontal crosspiece, or a vertical tile seat with a roughly triangular cross section on one of the left and right sides is placed on the vertical crosspiece. Instead, a panel is used (not shown), which is arranged to form an assembly crosspiece, on which a waterproof sheet material (15) is stretched in the same manner as described above, and has a grooved bottom.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the construction method of the present invention, it is possible to easily construct the vertical and horizontal piers in a state where they are arranged side by side at predetermined intervals by simply arranging and fixing the assembled crosspiece panels side by side on the roof surface. Compared to the case where each crosspiece is installed and fixed one by one on top of the waterproof layer, the slope is lower. It is possible to greatly simplify various operations such as laying, allocating, marking, arranging, nailing and fixing the waterproof layer on the roof surface. Moreover, the juxtaposition of each crosspiece becomes straight, and the juxtaposition of the tiles secured to these crosspieces also becomes neat, making it possible to construct a tiled roof without requiring any skill.

In particular, in the present invention, by using an assembled crosspiece panel in which a waterproof sheet material is stretched on the lower surface of the assembled crosspiece, it is possible to fix the panels in parallel and to lay a waterproof layer of sheet material on the same IPj. There is no need to install a waterproof layer as a roof base separately from the construction of the crosspieces, and it can be laid over the entire roof surface simply by arranging the assembled crosspiece panels in parallel as described above, so it is naturally carried out. It can be easily installed using timber construction. Moreover, at the joints between adjacent panels, the extended end of the sheet material of one panel is overlapped with the sheet material of the other panel, so the waterproof layer can be laid without the risk of rainwater entering. .

Further, according to the assembled crosspiece panel of the present invention, the vertical and horizontal crosspieces and the sheet material constituting the waterproof layer can be handled as a regular-shaped panel, making transportation such as carrying it up to the roof, installation work, and other handling easier. The assembled beams serve as a holding frame for sheet materials that are easily blown away by the wind, making work particularly dangerous in strong winds or on roofs with large slopes compared to when installing a waterproof layer alone. It gets easier.
