Abstract
本发明公开一种针织面料后整理方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)将染色处理后的针织面料放在不锈钢网上,然后将不锈钢网放在大锅上,将锅内放置熏蒸液,开启大火,煮沸熏蒸液,用熏蒸液蒸汽处理针织面料30‑40min;(2)将经过步骤(1)处理的针织面料放入整理液中,浸渍处理3‑4小时后,取出烘干,制得成品。本发明提供的一种针织面料后整理方法,制得的针织面料,其能长久有效的散发出香味,抗菌防霉效果显著,尤其是具有极其优异的抗折皱性能,极大地延长了针织面料的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于针织面料后处理技术领域,具体涉及一种针织面料后整理方法。
背景技术
针织面料是由线圈相互穿套连接而成的织物,是织物的一大品种。针织面料具有较好的弹性,吸湿透气,舒适保暖,是童装使用最广泛的面料,原料主要是棉麻丝毛等天然纤维,也有锦纶,腈纶,涤纶等化学纤维针织物组织变化丰富,品种繁多,外观别具特点,过去多用于内衣,T恤等,而今,随着针织业的发展以及新型整理工艺的诞生,针织物的服用性能大为改观,几乎适用于童装的所有品类。现有技术中,制得的针织面料,在制成衣物后,极易发生起皱的现象。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种针织面料后整理方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种针织面料后整理方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将染色处理后的针织面料放在不锈钢网上,然后将不锈钢网放在大锅上,将锅内放置熏蒸液,开启大火,煮沸熏蒸液,用熏蒸液蒸汽处理针织面料30-40min,其中熏蒸液由以下重量份的组分制成:甘松14-18份、辛夷花10-16份、荆芥4-9份、藿香3-6份、水110-150份;
(2)将经过步骤(1)处理的针织面料放入整理液中,浸渍处理3-4小时后,取出烘干,制得成品,其中整理液采用以下方法制成:按重量份计,将13-17份氯化镧、22-25份氯化铈加入至110-140份水中,然后向其中加入48-55份环烷酸钠,将混合物的温度升至88-90℃后,保温处理2-3小时后,制得环烷酸稀土,然后将11-15份环烷酸稀土、33-36份丁烷四羧酸、260-300份水混合均匀后,制得整理液。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,针织面料与整理液的体积比为1:3-5。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,烘干处理时的温度为102-106℃,烘干处理的时间为3-4小时。
由以上的技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的一种针织面料后整理方法,制得的针织面料,其能长久有效的散发出香味,抗菌防霉效果显著,尤其是具有极其优异的抗折皱性能,极大地延长了针织面料的使用寿命。步骤(1)中,提供的熏蒸液,其产生的蒸汽,能快速的被针织面料吸收,既能提升针织面料的香味,提升其抗菌防霉性能,又能增加针织面料的柔软度;步骤(2)中提供的整理液,由环烷酸稀土和丁烷四羧酸组成,两者协同作用后,能最大程度上的提升针织面料的平整度、耐磨性能,并赋予织物优良的手感,同时提升了针织面料的弹性,增加了针织面料的抗折皱性能。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施方例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种针织面料后整理方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将染色处理后的针织面料放在不锈钢网上,然后将不锈钢网放在大锅上,将锅内放置熏蒸液,开启大火,煮沸熏蒸液,用熏蒸液蒸汽处理针织面料30min,其中熏蒸液由以下重量份的组分制成:甘松14份、辛夷花10份、荆芥4份、藿香3份、水110份;
(2)将经过步骤(1)处理的针织面料放入整理液中,浸渍处理3小时后,取出烘干,制得成品,其中整理液采用以下方法制成:按重量份计,将13份氯化镧、22份氯化铈加入至110份水中,然后向其中加入48份环烷酸钠,将混合物的温度升至88℃后,保温处理2小时后,制得环烷酸稀土,然后将11份环烷酸稀土、33份丁烷四羧酸、260份水混合均匀后,制得整理液。

实施例2
一种针织面料后整理方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将染色处理后的针织面料放在不锈钢网上,然后将不锈钢网放在大锅上,将锅内放置熏蒸液,开启大火,煮沸熏蒸液,用熏蒸液蒸汽处理针织面料35min,其中熏蒸液由以下重量份的组分制成:甘松16份、辛夷花14份、荆芥7份、藿香5份、水130份;
(2)将经过步骤(1)处理的针织面料放入整理液中,浸渍处理3.5小时后,取出烘干,制得成品,其中整理液采用以下方法制成:按重量份计,将15份氯化镧、23份氯化铈加入至130份水中,然后向其中加入51份环烷酸钠,将混合物的温度升至89℃后,保温处理2.5小时后,制得环烷酸稀土,然后将13份环烷酸稀土、35份丁烷四羧酸、280份水混合均匀后,制得整理液。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,针织面料与整理液的体积比为1:4。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,烘干处理时的温度为104℃,烘干处理的时间为3.5小时。
实施例3
一种针织面料后整理方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将染色处理后的针织面料放在不锈钢网上,然后将不锈钢网放在大锅上,将锅内放置熏蒸液,开启大火,煮沸熏蒸液,用熏蒸液蒸汽处理针织面料40min,其中熏蒸液由以下重量份的组分制成:甘松18份、辛夷花16份、荆芥9份、藿香6份、水150份;
(2)将经过步骤(1)处理的针织面料放入整理液中,浸渍处理4小时后,取出烘干,制得成品,其中整理液采用以下方法制成:按重量份计,将17份氯化镧、25份氯化铈加入至140份水中,然后向其中加入55份环烷酸钠,将混合物的温度升至90℃后,保温处理3小时后,制得环烷酸稀土,然后将15份环烷酸稀土、36份丁烷四羧酸、300份水混合均匀后,制得整理液。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,针织面料与整理液的体积比为1:5。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,烘干处理时的温度为106℃,烘干处理的时间为4小时。

1.一种针织面料后整理方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将染色处理后的针织面料放在不锈钢网上,然后将不锈钢网放在大锅上,将锅内放置熏蒸液,开启大火,煮沸熏蒸液,用熏蒸液蒸汽处理针织面料30-40min,其中熏蒸液由以下重量份的组分制成:甘松14-18份、辛夷花10-16份、荆芥4-9份、藿香3-6份、水110-150份;
(2)将经过步骤(1)处理的针织面料放入整理液中,浸渍处理3-4小时后,取出烘干,制得成品,其中整理液采用以下方法制成:按重量份计,将13-17份氯化镧、22-25份氯化铈加入至110-140份水中,然后向其中加入48-55份环烷酸钠,将混合物的温度升至88-90℃后,保温处理2-3小时后,制得环烷酸稀土,然后将11-15份环烷酸稀土、33-36份丁烷四羧酸、260-300份水混合均匀后,制得整理液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种针织面料后整理方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(2)中,针织面料与整理液的体积比为1:3-5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种针织面料后整理方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(2)中,烘干处理时的温度为102-106℃,烘干处理的时间为3-4小时。
