Abstract

本发明公开了一种智能散热型针织面料及其制备方法,该制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)原料准备:准备第一纱线,第二纱线,第三纱线以及第四纱线;(2)坯布织造:采用变换三角的多跑道双面圆纬针织机编织成三层结构的针织面料坯布,外层由第一纱线编织而成,中间层由第二纱线编织而成,内层由第三纱线编织而成;(3)前处理;(4)染色;(5)后整理:坯布水洗,依次经,分散皂洗剂、固色剂、柔软剂处理;排液、拉幅定形、验布、打卷,即得。采用本发明方法制备的智能散热型针织面料具有良好的柔软性,高吸湿散热性,穿着舒适性,而且其制备工艺简单,成本低,稳定性好,具有良好的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及针织面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种智能散热型针织面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着纺织材料技术、设备工艺的不断改进与社会经济水平的不断发展,人们对穿着服装提出了更高的要求,各种功能型纺织品得到青睐的同时,智能纺织品领域成为新的开发趋势。
智能材料最早被定义为,对所在环境的变化具有自动的或固有的感知或探测能力,并能做出某些反应或变化的材料。智能纺织品是指在传统纺织品的基础上,结合某种智能纤维或特殊材料,以织造或后整理的形式融入到纺织品中,赋予纺织品特定的功能性的新产品。目前比较典型的纺织品智能防护研究有变形防护、伪装防护、热调节防护、微电子织物以及能源类织物等。
服装介于人体与环境之间,形成一个微气候,对人体与环境之间的能量和质量进行传递和调节,从而影响人体的舒适性。例如:炎热的夏季,因衣服阻隔,人体的汗液无法适时蒸发,从而感到憋闷;人在长时间剧烈运动后,会出现膝盖、关节等部位的磨损或不适的酸楚疼痛感。因此,针对人们对织物、服装、服饰更高的通透性、热湿舒适性能等各方面的要求,开发具有多重功能的、根据人体散热部位设计开发各种智能化的针织新产品则显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术中的上述问题提出的一种智能散热型针织面料及其制备方法。
本发明的主要研发思路如下:1)人体的主要散热部位是皮肤,当体表温度高于外界时,通过辐射,传导和对流等方式将热量散发到外界;当外界温度升高到接近或高于体表温度时,蒸发散热则成为体表散热的唯一有效方式,因此本发明通过研究人体散热调节原理,对身体各部位所采用的面料结构进行差异化设计,达到兼具保暖,吸湿透气,弹性舒适等多重功效。2)充分利用新型原料优势,将差别化纤维,功能性纤维,高性能纤维等相结合,根据面料产品的功能性需求,进行优化选择,赋予面料抗菌抑菌弹性舒适,导湿快干,吸热散热等多重附加功能。3)优化染整工艺及后整理技术,在保证面料原有参数性能的前提下,增强面料的特殊功能要求,开发高性能针织面料。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明的第一个方面是提供一种智能散热型针织面料的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)原料准备:以蚕丝纤维和棉纤维混纺而成的丝棉混纺纱为第一纱线,以粘胶纤维和吸湿排汗涤纶纤维混纺纱为第二纱线,以智能调温型新纤维和丙纶纤维的混纺纱为第三纱线,以弹性纤维为第四纱线;
(2)坯布织造:采用变换三角的多跑道双面圆纬针织机,编织成三层结构的针织面料坯布,外层由第一纱线编织而成,中间层由第二纱线编织而成,内层由第三纱线编织而成,中间通过第四纱线以集圈结构连接内中外三层组织;
(3)前处理:将坯布放置于浴比为1:5-12、温度为30-105℃的溶液中处理,其中溶液组成为:纯碱2-8g/L,烧碱0.2-5g/L,双氧水(30%)0-10g/L,TF10精炼剂1-4g/L,螯合剂SX1-3g/L,渗透剂SF0.1-1g/L,平滑剂FT0-3g/L;运转10min,采用阶梯式升温的方法缓慢升温至70-80℃,保温10分钟,继续以0.5-2℃/min的速度升温到80-105℃,保温30-60min,降温至70℃,排液,热水洗温度75-85℃,时间15min,水洗10min;
(4)染色:将经前处理的坯布置于浴比为1:5-10的染色溶液中,所述染色溶液选自活性染料染色配方、或分散染料染色配方或弱酸性染料配方,具体根据所使用的纤维及纱线染色性能和颜色确定,其中,活性染料染色包含:活性染料3-8%(o.w.f)、元明粉10-30g/L、碳酸钠5-15g/L、匀染剂1-4g/L、螯合剂SX0.5-1.2g/L;于25-40℃,运行10-15分钟,升温至40-65℃运行40-60分钟,排液,80-90℃热水水洗,运行10-15分钟,排液,40-50℃温水水洗10分钟;
(5)后整理:将染色后的坯布水洗10min,加入醋酸0.2-0.5g/L中和水洗,加入分散皂洗剂0.5-3g/L,于80-100℃运行10-30min,水洗2次每次10min,于30-50℃加入固色剂2-5g/L、柔软剂2-5g/L,用醋酸调节pH6-6.5,运行20-30min,排液、拉幅定形、验布、打卷,即得。
进一步地,在所述的智能散热型针织面料的制备方法中,所述第一纱线中蚕丝纤维和棉纤维的混纺比例为1:2,第一纱线的混纺规格为12.1tex/105f。
进一步地,在所述的智能散热型针织面料的制备方法中,所述第二纱线中粘胶纤维和吸湿排汗涤纶纤维的混纺比例为2:1,第二纱线的混纺规格为15.1tex/115f。
进一步地,在所述的智能散热型针织面料的制备方法中,所述第三纱线中智能调温型新纤维和丙纶纤维的混纺比例为1:3,第三纱线的混纺规格为12.1tex/105f。
进一步地,在所述的智能散热型针织面料的制备方法中,所述坯布由25-35wt%第一纱线、20-30wt%第二纱线、30-40wt%第三纱线、5-15wt%第四纱线以双面纬编结构交织而成。。

本发明采用上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,具有如下技术效果:
本发明的智能散热型针织面料,采用的蚕丝、棉纤维、胶粘纤维回潮率远远大于腈纶纤维,使得智能散热型针织面料具有良好的柔软性,高吸湿散热性,穿着舒适性;采用的蚕丝、粘胶纤维具有良好的蓬松性、保温性;采用比重最轻的丙纶纤维,即轻便又导湿;采用微胶囊相变储能纤维属于相变的空调纤维,为人体提供舒适“微气候环境”的全新保温机理,能够根据人体舒适的温度进行微环境的调节,而不仅仅是将热隔绝在需要保暖的人体内。可制得冬暖夏凉的服装,使用者穿着感舒适、透气、不闷;而且其制备工艺简单,成本低,稳定性好,具有良好的应用前景。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明进行详细和具体的介绍,以使更好的理解本发明,但是下述实施例,并不限制本发明范围。
实施例1智能散热型针织面料的制备,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)原料准备:以蚕丝纤维和棉纤维混纺而成的丝绵混纺纱为第一纱线,以粘胶纤维和吸湿排汗涤纶纤维混纺纱为第二纱线,以智能调温型新纤维和丙纶纤维的混纺纱为第三纱线,以弹性纤维为第四纱线;
(2)坯布织造:采用变换三角的多跑道双面纬编机,编织成三层结构的针织面料坯布,外层30由第一纱线编织而成,中间层20由第二纱线编织而成,内层10由第三纱线编织而成,中间通过第四纱线40以集圈结构连接内中外三层组织,如图1所示;
(3)前处理:将坯布放置于浴比为1:5-12、温度为30-105℃的溶液中处理,其中溶液组成为:纯碱2-8g/L,烧碱0.2-5g/L,双氧水(30%)0-10g/L,TF10精炼剂1-4g/L,螯合剂SX1-3g/L,渗透剂SF0.1-1g/L,平滑剂FT0-3g/L;运转10min,采用阶梯式升温的方法缓慢升温至70-80℃,保温10分钟,继续以0.5-2℃/min的速度升温到80-105℃,保温30-60min,降温至70℃,排液,热水洗温度75-85℃,时间15min,水洗10min;
(4)染色:将经前处理的坯布置于浴比为1:5-10的染色溶液中,所述染色溶液选自活性染料染色配方、或分散染料染色配方或弱酸性染料配方,具体根据所使用的纤维及纱线染色性能和颜色确定,其中,活性染料染色包含:活性染料3-8%(o.w.f)、元明粉10-30g/L、碳酸钠5-15g/L、匀染剂1-4g/L、螯合剂SX0.5-1.2g/L;于25-40℃,运行10-15分钟,升温至40-65℃运行40-60分钟,排液,80-90℃热水水洗,运行10-15分钟,排液,40-50℃温水水洗10分钟;
(5)后整理:将染色后的坯布水洗10min,加入醋酸0.2-0.5g/L中和水洗,加入分散皂洗剂0.5-3g/L,于80-100℃运行10-30min,水洗2次每次10min,于30-50℃加入固色剂2-5g/L、柔软剂2-5g/L,用醋酸调节pH6-6.5,运行20-30min,排液、拉幅定形、验布、打卷,即得。
在本实施例中,所述第一纱线中蚕丝纤维和棉纤维的混纺比例为1:2,第一纱线的混纺规格为12.1tex/105f。所述第二纱线中粘胶纤维和吸湿排汗涤纶纤维的混纺比例为2:1,第二纱线的混纺规格为15.1tex/115f。所述第三纱线中智能调温型新纤维和丙纶纤维的混纺比例为1:3,第三纱线的混纺规格为12.1tex/105f。
在本实施例中,所述坯布由25-35wt%第一纱线、20-30wt%第二纱线、30-40wt%第三纱线、5-15wt%第四纱线以双面纬编结构交织而成;优选地,所述坯布由28-33wt%第一纱线、24-30wt%第二纱线、32-36wt%第三纱线、6-8wt%第四纱线以双面纬编结构交织而成;更为优选地,所述坯布由28wt%第一纱线、30wt%第二纱线、34wt%第三纱线、8wt%第四纱线以双面纬编结构交织而成。
在本实施例中,充分利用新型原料优势,将差别化纤维,功能性纤维,高性能纤维等相结合,根据面料产品的功能性需求,进行优化选择,赋予面料抗菌抑菌,弹性舒适,导湿快干,吸热散热等多重附加功能。具体地,所述粘胶纤维为包裹有相变材料的微胶囊相变储能纤维。所述弹性纤维为MS舒弹纤维、莱卡纤维或氨纶纤维。所述智能调温型新纤维为智能调温的聚丙烯腈或再生纤维素纤维或牛奶蛋白复合纤维。
此外,在该智能散热型针织面料的制备方法中,所述步骤(5)的后整理溶液中还包括浓度为5-35g/L的抗菌助剂ATB9800和浓度为0.5-1g/L的表面改性剂,所述表面改性剂钡的氧化物。
实施例2一种智能散热型针织面料
如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种智能散热型针织面料,包括内层10、中间层20和外层30三层结构,外层30由第一纱线编织而成,中间层20由第二纱线编织而成,内层10由第三纱线编织而成,中间通过第四纱线40以集圈结构连接内中外三层组织;第一纱线为蚕丝纤维和棉纤维混纺而成的丝棉混纺纱,第二纱线为粘胶纤维和吸湿排汗涤纶纤维混纺纱,第三纱线为智能调温型新纤维和丙纶纤维的混纺纱,第四纱线40为弹性纤维。
本实施例中,所述智能散热型针织面料为采用变换三角的多跑道双面圆纬机编织成的三层组织结构。
在本实施例中,所述第一纱线中蚕丝纤维和棉纤维的混纺比例为1:2,第一纱线的混纺规格为12.1tex/105f。
在本实施例中,所述第二纱线中粘胶纤维和吸湿排汗涤纶纤维的混纺比例为2:1,第二纱线的混纺规格为15.1tex/115f。

(1)原料准备:以蚕丝纤维和棉纤维混纺而成的丝棉混纺纱为第一纱线,以粘胶纤维和吸湿排汗涤纶纤维混纺纱为第二纱线,以智能调温型新纤维和丙纶纤维的混纺纱为第三纱线,以弹性纤维为第四纱线;
(2)坯布织造:采用变换三角的多跑道双面圆纬针织机,编织成三层结构的针织面料坯布,外层由第一纱线编织而成,中间层由第二纱线编织而成,内层由第三纱线编织而成,中间通过第四纱线以集圈结构连接内中外三层组织;
(3)前处理:将坯布放置于浴比为1:5-12、温度为30-105℃的溶液中处理,其中溶液组成为:纯碱2-8g/L,烧碱0.2-5g/L,双氧水(30%)0-10g/L,TF10精炼剂1-4g/L,螯合剂SX 1-3g/L,渗透剂SF 0.1-1g/L,平滑剂FT 0-3g/L;运转10min,采用阶梯式升温的方法缓慢升温至70-80℃,保温10分钟,继续以0.5-2℃/min的速度升温到80-105℃,保温30-60min,降温至70℃,排液,热水洗温度75-85℃,时间15min,水洗10min;
(4)染色:将经前处理的坯布置于浴比为1:5-10的染色溶液中,所述染色溶液选自活性染料染色配方、或分散染料染色配方或弱酸性染料配方,具体根据所使用的纤维及纱线染色性能和颜色确定,其中,活性染料染色包含:活性染料3-8%(o.w.f)、元明粉10-30g/L、碳酸钠5-15g/L、匀染剂1-4g/L、螯合剂SX0.5-1.2g/L;于25-40℃,运行10-15分钟,升温至40-65℃运行40-60分钟,排液,80-90℃热水水洗,运行10-15分钟,排液,40-50℃温水水洗10分钟;
(5)后整理:将染色后的坯布水洗10min,加入醋酸0.2-0.5g/L中和水洗,加入分散皂洗剂0.5-3g/L,于80-100℃运行10-30min,水洗2次每次10min,于30-50℃加入固色剂2-5g/L、柔软剂2-5g/L,用醋酸调节pH 6-6.5,运行20-30min,排液、拉幅定形、验布、打卷,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能散热型针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述第一纱线中蚕丝纤维和棉纤维的混纺比例为1:2,第一纱线的混纺规格为12.1tex/105f。
3.根据权利要求1所述的智能散热型针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述第二纱线中粘胶纤维和吸湿排汗涤纶纤维的混纺比例为2:1,第二纱线的混纺规格为15.1tex/115f。
4.根据权利要求1所述的智能散热型针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述第三纱线中智能调温型新纤维和丙纶纤维的混纺比例为1:3,第三纱线的混纺规格为12.1tex/105f。
5.根据权利要求1所述的智能散热型针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述坯布由25-35wt%第一纱线、20-30wt%第二纱线、30-40wt%第三纱线、5-15wt%第四纱线以双面纬编结构交织而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的智能散热型针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述粘胶纤维为包裹有相变材料的微胶囊相变储能纤维。
7.根据权利要求1所述的智能散热型针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述弹性纤维为MS舒弹纤维、莱卡纤维或氨纶纤维。
8.根据权利要求1所述的智能散热型针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述智能调温型新纤维为智能调温的聚丙烯腈或再生纤维素纤维或牛奶蛋白复合纤维。
9.根据权利要求1所述的智能散热型针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)的后整理溶液中还包括浓度为5-35g/L的抗菌助剂ATB9800和浓度为0.5-1g/L的表面改性剂,所述表面改性剂钡的氧化物。
10.一种如权利要求1-9任一项所述方法制得的智能散热型针织面料。
