本发明涉及一种色织布及其生产工艺，属于纺织工程领域。
背景技术
色织布是用染色的纱线织成的棉织物。可以通过变化经纬纱的交织方式，配合不同色泽，交织出多种不同花形和色泽的产品。有线呢、劳动布、彩格绒、被单布、青年布等。用作服装和家具装饰布。20世纪60年代以来，随着化纤混纺织物的发展，色织布品种不断增加，又有涤棉高支府绸、涤棉中长花呢等等。目前的色织布及其织造方法主要存在着以下不足之处：(1)色织工艺复杂、效率低，生产成本较高，不能保证面料原有的特色；(2)色织布图案单一，色泽度一般，不能满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术的不足之处，提供一种色织布及其生产工艺。
本发明的色织布，由经纱和纬纱交织而成，该色织布的组织为提花组织，色织布的经纱原料为灰色的80/2CPT，纬纱原料为75D/2有光丝原纱。
优选地，色织布的经密为133根/英尺，纬密为90根/英尺。
本发明的色织布的生产工艺，包括以下步骤：
(1)经纱和纬纱的染整工序；
(2)络筒工序；
(3)整经工序；
(4)浆纱工序；
(5)穿综工序；采用126号钢筘，总经根数7580根，边纱120根，筘幅为152.8cm；
(6)织造工序：采用大剑杆织机织造；
(7)后整理：进行丝光处理。
本发明的色织布具有如下技术效果：(1)色织布的花纹自然，光泽度好，美观大方；(2)生产工艺简单高效，成本低廉。
