the double-station feeding ground rail vehicle (31) conveys the carrying hanger (210) carrying the workpiece to the closed room (12-1), a lifting device arranged above the closed room area (12) lifts and transfers the carrying hanger (210) and finishes pretreatment control operation in the closed room (12-1), and then the carrying hanger is placed on a heavy-duty station (113 a) of the double-station discharging ground rail vehicle (32) and conveyed to the outside of the closed room (12-1); the empty carrier (220) in the empty carrier zone (12-1 a) can be placed on the empty carrier station (113 b) of the double-station feeding ground rail car (31) while the carrier (210) is lifted from the heavy-load station (113 a) of the double-station feeding ground rail car (31), the double-station feeding ground rail car (31) is reversely returned immediately after the carrier (210) is lifted, the empty carrier (220) is lifted again in the pretreatment carrier zone (11), and a new carrier (210) is conveyed to the closed room (12-1);
a travelling crane II (23) above the hot galvanizing area (13) takes down a carrying hanger (210) of the closed room (12-1) from a heavy-duty station (113 a) of the double-station discharging ground rail car (32), and carries out hot galvanizing operation in the hot galvanizing area (13) through secondary threading;
after hot galvanizing, placing the carrying hanger (210) at a water cooling station between the hot galvanizing area (13) and the post-treatment area (14), and hanging and transferring the carrying hanger (210) to the post-treatment area (14) for finishing treatment by a travelling crane III (24);
B. return trend of no-load hanging tool: the carrier hanging tool (210) becomes an empty hanging tool (220) after a workpiece is unloaded in the post-treatment area (14), the empty hanging tool (220) is sequentially hung and rotated by a traveling crane III (24) and a traveling crane II (23) and placed at an empty station (113 b) of a double-station discharging ground rail car (32), the double-station discharging ground rail car (32) is rotated to a closed room (12-1), the empty hanging tool (220) is taken down from the empty station (113 b) of the double-station discharging ground rail car (32) and placed in an empty hanging tool area (12-1 a), and then the empty hanging tool is transferred to the empty station (113 b) of the double-station feeding ground rail car (31) by a traveling crane IV (22-1); the empty-load hanging tool (220) is conveyed to the outside of the closed room (12-1) by a double-station feeding ground rail car (31), and then is hung to a pretreatment hanging material area (11) for standby through a traveling crane I (21).
