本发明公开了一种陶瓷产品用移动式加热装置,包括机架,所述机架的顶板左右两端具有支撑板,传动螺杆的两端铰接在两个支撑板上,其中一个支撑板上固定有驱动电机,驱动电机的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在传动螺杆的一端具有的花键孔中,机架的顶板中部固定有两个横向导向条,传动螺杆处于两个横向导向条之间,调节板螺接在传动螺杆中,调节板处于两个横向导向条之间,调节板的上部固定有提升板,提升板的两侧底面具有向下延伸的侧连接部;它可以安装在长条状圆柱形陶瓷产品的夹持旋转架构的下方,处于长条状圆柱形陶瓷产品的下方,使得人工对长条状圆柱形陶瓷产品进行喷涂或描涂时,对喷涂或描涂处进行烘干,其大大降低人工劳动量。

技术领域:
本发明涉及陶瓷加工设备技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种陶瓷产品用移动式加热装置。
背景技术:
长条状的圆柱形陶瓷产品在进行外壁描涂和喷涂后需要进行烘干,现有的方式是在描涂或喷涂的同时,通过人工吹风烘干,其烘干效果有限,而且大大增加劳动量。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种陶瓷产品用移动式加热装置,它可以安装在长条状圆柱形陶瓷产品的夹持旋转架构的下方,处于长条状圆柱形陶瓷产品的下方,使得人工对长条状圆柱形陶瓷产品进行喷涂或描涂时,对喷涂或描涂处进行烘干,其大大降低人工劳动量,提高生产效率。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种陶瓷产品用移动式加热装置,包括机架,所述机架的顶板左右两端具有支撑板,传动螺杆的两端铰接在两个支撑板上,其中一个支撑板上固定有驱动电机,驱动电机的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在传动螺杆的一端具有的花键孔中,机架的顶板中部固定有两个横向导向条,传动螺杆处于两个横向导向条之间,调节板螺接在传动螺杆中,调节板处于两个横向导向条之间,调节板的上部固定有提升板,提升板的两侧底面具有向下延伸的侧连接部,侧连接部处于横向导向条的外侧,横向导向条的外侧壁面上具有弧形凹槽,弧形凹槽中固定有圆形杆,侧连接部的侧壁上具有弧形导向槽,圆形杆插套在弧形导向槽中;
提升板的底面固定有推动气缸,推动气缸的推杆竖直向上伸出中间连接部并固定有弧形加热块。
所述提升板压靠在横向导向条的顶面上。
所述横向导向条的顶面上固定有耐磨块,提升板压靠在耐磨块上。
所述推动气缸的推杆的端部固定有连接端板,连接端板上固定有弧形加热块,弧形加热块内固定有电加热块,弧形加热块的弧形内侧壁上固定有弹性防护层,弹性防护层中设有多个通孔。
所述连接端板的右端固定有接近开关,接近开关的感应端竖直向上,接近开关的感应端的最高点高于弹性防护层的弧形内侧壁。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它可以安装在长条状圆柱形陶瓷产品的夹持旋转架构的下方,处于长条状圆柱形陶瓷产品的下方,使得人工对长条状圆柱形陶瓷产品进行喷涂或描涂时,对喷涂或描涂处进行烘干,其大大降低人工劳动量,提高生产效率。

实施例:见图1至图3所示,一种陶瓷产品用移动式加热装置,包括机架10,所述机架10的顶板左右两端具有支撑板11,传动螺杆12的两端铰接在两个支撑板11上,其中一个支撑板11上固定有驱动电机13,驱动电机13的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在传动螺杆12的一端具有的花键孔中,机架10的顶板中部固定有两个横向导向条15,传动螺杆12处于两个横向导向条15之间,调节板14螺接在传动螺杆12中,调节板14处于两个横向导向条15之间,调节板14的上部固定有提升板121,提升板121的两侧底面具有向下延伸的侧连接部122,侧连接部122处于横向导向条15的外侧,横向导向条15的外侧壁面上具有弧形凹槽151,弧形凹槽151中固定有圆形杆152,侧连接部122的侧壁上具有弧形导向槽123,圆形杆152插套在弧形导向槽123中;
提升板121的底面固定有推动气缸125,推动气缸125的推杆竖直向上伸出中间连接部124并固定有弧形加热块19。
进一步的说,所述提升板121压靠在横向导向条15的顶面上。
进一步的说,所述横向导向条15的顶面上固定有耐磨块153,提升板121压靠在耐磨块153上。
进一步的说,所述推动气缸125的推杆的端部固定有连接端板126,连接端板126上固定有弧形加热块19,弧形加热块19内固定有电加热块191,弧形加热块19的弧形内侧壁上固定有弹性防护层192,弹性防护层192中设有多个通孔193。
进一步的说,所述连接端板126的右端固定有接近开关127,接近开关127的感应端竖直向上,接近开关127的感应端的最高点高于弹性防护层192的弧形内侧壁。
将本实施例安装在长条状圆柱形陶瓷产品的夹持旋转架构的下方中,通过长条状圆柱形陶瓷产品一边旋转一边描涂时,对其描涂处进行烘干;
弧形加热块19首先是通过驱动电机13运行,使得传动螺杆12转动,实现移动,使得弧形加热块19移动至描涂处的下方,然后,通过推动气缸125的推杆向上推动,使得弧形加热块19靠近长条状圆柱形陶瓷产品,通过接近开关127的感应端感应到长条状圆柱形陶瓷产品后将感应信号输送给控制主机,控制主机控制推动气缸125停止运行,然后通过弧形加热块19加热,使得长条状圆柱形陶瓷产品描涂处进行加热,防止描涂的颜料或油漆流动,影响效果。
同时,其连接部122处于横向导向条15的外侧,横向导向条15的外侧壁面上具有弧形凹槽151,弧形凹槽151中固定有圆形杆152,侧连接部122的侧壁上具有弧形导向槽123,圆形杆152插套在弧形导向槽123中,从而大大降低侧连接部122与横向导向条15之间的摩擦力,提高使用寿命。

1.一种陶瓷产品用移动式加热装置,包括机架(10),其特征在于:所述机架(10)的顶板左右两端具有支撑板(11),传动螺杆(12)的两端铰接在两个支撑板(11)上,其中一个支撑板(11)上固定有驱动电机(13),驱动电机(13)的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在传动螺杆(12)的一端具有的花键孔中,机架(10)的顶板中部固定有两个横向导向条(15),传动螺杆(12)处于两个横向导向条(15)之间,调节板(14)螺接在传动螺杆(12)中,调节板(14)处于两个横向导向条(15)之间,调节板(14)的上部固定有提升板(121),提升板(121)的两侧底面具有向下延伸的侧连接部(122),侧连接部(122)处于横向导向条(15)的外侧,横向导向条(15)的外侧壁面上具有弧形凹槽(151),弧形凹槽(151)中固定有圆形杆(152),侧连接部(122)的侧壁上具有弧形导向槽(123),圆形杆(152)插套在弧形导向槽(123)中;
提升板(121)的底面固定有推动气缸(125),推动气缸(125)的推杆竖直向上伸出中间连接部(124)并固定有弧形加热块(19);
所述提升板(121)压靠在横向导向条(15)的顶面上;
所述推动气缸(125)的推杆的端部固定有连接端板(126),连接端板(126)上固定有弧形加热块(19),弧形加热块(19)内固定有电加热块(191),弧形加热块(19)的弧形内侧壁上固定有弹性防护层(192),弹性防护层(192)中设有多个通孔(193)。
