(二)背景技术：目前，静电粉末喷涂固化炉都是电炉，用电功率是80kw，冬季升温需要150-180分钟，夏季也需120-140分钟才能达到185℃，浪费能源、时间长。
(三)发明内容：本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、成本低廉、操作使用方便、节约能源、安全可靠的静电粉末喷涂固化炉装置。本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：它包含内炉胆1、外壳体2、保温层3、移动加热炉4、烟道5、风机6、烟囱7、均热板9、炉门10。在炉门10下面内炉胆1上连接有均热板9，在均热板9的下面有移动加热炉4，在内炉胆1与外壳体2之间有保温层3、烟道5。移动加热炉4一端连接有风机6。本实用新型的优点在于：、结构简单、成本低廉、操作使用方便、节约能源、安全可靠，容易被人们接受。

(五)具体实施方式：在炉门10下面内炉胆1上连接有均热板9，在均热板9的下面有移动加热炉4，在内炉胆1与外壳体2之间有保温层3、烟道5。移动加热炉4一端连接有风机6。本实用新型的工作过程是：打开把手将静电粉末喷涂件放置于内炉胆内，根据喷涂件的多少，移动加热炉可多可少、一台、两台、三台……，在移动加热炉内的燃料可以是蒿杆、毛料、原煤、型煤、焦炭、木拌、油、各种可燃气体均可作为本实用新型的燃料。燃料燃烧后，火直接对均热板加热，均热板与内炉胆铆接连接，使热能向内炉胆内上升传播对静电粉末喷涂件进行烘烤。外壳体是金属或红砖，保温层是岩棉。本实用新型仅需15分钟，可达185℃，冬季燃料费35元、夏季燃料费25元。
