本发明涉及一种定心夹紧装置,包括壳体、内锥套、卡板、夹套和杠杆;所述壳体开有台阶孔,所述台阶孔底部中心开有通孔;所述壳体还开有水平贯通孔,中心开有通孔与所述水平贯通孔联通;所述内锥套固定在所述的台阶孔中,所述内锥套的内壁面为倒锥面;所述夹套设置在所述内锥套内;所述夹套下部具有内翻边,且从所述夹套的上端和下端交错开有多条轴向变形缝,使得夹套能够在径向上受到挤压而产生形变;所述杠杆可转动的设置在水平贯通孔中,杠杆一端与卡板联接,操作杠杆另一端能够带动夹套上下运动,当夹套向下运动时,会被内锥套挤压变形,从而夹紧夹套内的轴类零件。本发明能够快速的对轴类零件进行定位和夹紧,工件安装和操作方便。

一种定心夹紧装置
技术领域
本发明属于工件紧固夹具领域,具体涉及一种定心抱紧装置,通过采用卡簧、锥形套和手柄的作用,实现对圆形工件的定心定位和夹紧。
背景技术
在车床夹具中,对于圆柱体工件的夹紧一般采用三爪卡盘,在铣床夹具中对圆柱体工件采用孔定位而后采用压板进行压紧。
发明内容
发明目的:需要提供一种对轴类零件的紧固和夹持的夹具。
发明技术方案:提供定心夹紧装置,包括壳体、内锥套、卡板、夹套和杠杆;
所述壳体开有台阶孔,所述台阶孔底部中心开有通孔;所述壳体还开有水平贯通孔,中心开有通孔与所述水平贯通孔联通;
所述内锥套固定在所述的台阶孔中,所述内锥套的内壁面为倒锥面;所述夹套设置在所述内锥套内,且夹套的外径大于所述倒锥面底部内径;
所述夹套下部具有内翻边,且从所述夹套的上端和下端交错开有多条轴向变形缝,使得夹套能够在径向上受到挤压而产生形变;
所述杠杆可转动的设置在水平贯通孔中,杠杆一端与卡板联接,夹套的翻边限位在所述卡板的卡槽内,杠杆另一端延伸到壳体外,操作杠杆另一端能够带动夹套上下运动,当夹套向下运动时,会被内锥套挤压变形,从而夹紧夹套内的轴类零件。
进一步的,壳体上还设有保护盖

进一步的,杠杆一端与卡板通过万向接头或球头节联接。
操作方法:
首先,将杠杆下压,杠杆另一端在卡板的作用下推动夹套上移,松开夹套,然后从上往下把轴类零件的一端插入夹套内,轴类零件在夹套内孔上定位,最后上拉杠杆,使夹套向下移动,对轴类零件实行夹紧。
技术效果:本发明能够快速的对轴类零件进行定位和夹紧,工件安装和操作方便。

1.一种定心夹紧装置,包括壳体、内锥套、卡板、夹套和杠杆;

所述夹套下部具有内翻边,且从所述夹套的上端和下端交错开有多条轴向变形缝,使得夹套能够在径向上受到挤压而产生形变;
所述杠杆可转动的设置在水平贯通孔中,杠杆一端与卡板联接,夹套的翻边限位在所述卡板的卡槽内,杠杆另一端延伸到壳体外,操作杠杆另一端能够带动夹套上下运动,当夹套向下运动时,会被内锥套挤压变形,从而夹紧夹套内的轴类零件。

4.如权利要求1-3之一所述的一种定心夹紧装置,其特征在于:杠杆一端与卡板通过万向接头或球头节联接。
