However, in the prior art, automatic assembling equipment for the handheld two-jaw glass sucker is not available, manual operation is required for assembly, the manual operation has the defects of high personnel wage, insufficient assembly precision and poor working efficiency, and all the automatic assembling equipment specially aiming at the handheld two-jaw glass sucker needs to be designed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide assembling equipment for a handheld two-claw glass sucker, which is used for assembling the handheld two-claw glass sucker through the mutual matching work among a stepping type conveyer belt, a pressing buckle feeding station, a handle feeding station, a screw rod mounting station, a shell feeding station, a spring feeding station and a rubber plate mounting station, solves the problems of high labor cost, insufficient assembling precision, poor working efficiency and the like, and has the functions of improving the yield and increasing the assembling precision.

The glue tray mounting station 6 comprises two groups of glue tray mounting mechanical arms 6a, a glue tray feeding track 6b and a glue tray feeding vibration tray, the two groups of glue tray mounting mechanical arms 6a, the glue tray feeding track 6b and the glue tray feeding vibration tray are arranged in the same structure and are respectively arranged on a high-low frame 7a on one side of the stepping conveyor belt 7, one end of each glue tray feeding track 6b is connected with the glue tray feeding vibration tray, the output end of each glue tray feeding track 6b extends towards the edge direction of the stepping conveyor belt 7, each glue tray mounting mechanical arm 6a comprises a second rotating table 6a1, a second vertical sliding table 6a2 and a second suction cup assembly 6a3, the second rotating table 6a1 comprises a second rotating table 6a11, a second rotating shaft 6a12 and a second motor 6a13, the second rotating shaft 6a12 is vertically arranged on the high-low frame 7a, the bottom end of the second rotating shaft 6a12 penetrates through the high-low rotating table 6a and is connected with a high-low shaft 12, second motor 6a13 installs in the bottom of high and low frame 7a, and the output of second motor 6a13 is provided with the action wheel, and the bottom of second pivot 6a12 is provided with from the driving wheel, and the action wheel is connected with the transmission of following driving wheel, and second carousel 6a11 fixed mounting is on the top of second pivot 6a12, the vertical slip table 6a2 of second is vertical state and installs on second carousel 6a11, still is provided with the second support on the slider of the vertical slip table 6a2 of second, and the second support is the horizontal state setting and the slider fixed connection of second support one end and the vertical slip table 6a2 of second, and the other end at the second support is installed to second sucking disc subassembly 6a 3.
The second suction cup assembly 6a3 comprises a second screwing motor 6a31, a suction cup mounting rack 6a32 and a plurality of second pneumatic suction cups 6a33, the second screwing motor 6a31 is fixedly connected with a second support, the suction cup mounting rack 6a32 is mounted at the output end of the second screwing motor 6a31, and all the second pneumatic suction cups 6a33 are mounted on the suction cup mounting rack 6a 32.
The working principle of the rubber disc mounting station 6 is the same as that of the screw mounting station 3.
