Abstract
本发明涉及一种新型空气炸锅,包括壳体(1)、离心风轮(6)、发热体(2)、导风旋网(7)、导风板(8)和锅体(9),所述发热体(2)设置在壳体(1)内,所述离心风轮(6)的送风口朝向发热体(2),离心风轮(6)输出的强风经过发热体(2)后产生的热风,通过导风旋网(7)和导风板(8)后改变成两股涡轮旋转风,由锅体(9)底部和侧壁导风口(3)进入锅体内部,形成双涡轮旋风。本发明将热风分成两股旋转热风,一股由下往上吹向食物底部,另一股热风经侧壁吹向食物四周,形成双涡轮旋转风作用于锅体内的食物,使食物加热更均匀。
Description
技术领域
本发明属空气炸锅技术领域,特别是涉及一种双涡轮旋转风的空气炸锅。
背景技术
现有空气炸锅加热食物时,是靠风轮向下吹向发热体,如图7所示,把热风由上往下吹向锅体里的食物,食物加热慢,且食物上表面比下表面吸收更多的热量,食物加热不均匀。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型空气炸锅,解决现有空气炸锅食物加热慢,且食物加热不均匀的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种新型空气炸锅,包括壳体、离心风轮、发热体、导风旋网、导风板和锅体,其中所述发热体设置在壳体内,所述离心风轮的送风口朝向发热体,离心风轮输出的强风经过发热体后产生的热风,通过导风旋网和导风板后改变成两股涡轮旋转风,由锅体底部和侧壁导风口进入锅体内部,形成双涡轮旋风。
本发明的进一步技术方案是,所述壳体侧面设有循环风道,所述循环风道上端与壳体内腔上部连通、下端与离心风轮连通,用于将锅体上部的热风经循环风道送入离心风轮。
本发明的又进一步技术方案是,所述离心风轮设置在发热体下端或侧面。
本发明的再进一步技术方案是,所述离心风轮与电机连接。
本发明的再进一步技术方案是,所述导风旋网设置在导风板中间位置。
本发明的再进一步技术方案是,所述导风旋网与锅体位置相对应,使得热风导网旋网后形成的旋转风直接向上吹入锅体内。
本发明的再进一步技术方案是,所述导风板出风口设置在锅体四周位置,使得热风导风板后形成的旋转风经过锅体四周侧壁的导风口吹入锅体内。
本发明的更进一步技术方案是,所述锅体四周间隔均匀设有若干排导风口,所述导风口开口方向与锅体四周侧壁旋转风旋转方向相对应。
有益效果
本发明与现有技术相比具有的优点有:
1、本发明将热风分成两股,一股由下往上吹向食物底部,另一股热风经侧壁吹向食物四周,使食物加热更均匀;
2、本发明设有循环风道,对热风进行反复循环,减少锅体内的温度热损失。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明讲授的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。
实施例1
如图1、图2和图6所示,一种新型空气炸锅,包括壳体1、发热体2、电机5、离心风轮6、导风旋网7、导风板8和锅体9,其中所述壳体1下侧设有发热体2,所述壳体1下端设有离心风轮6,所述离心风轮6与电机5连接,所述离心风轮6的送风口朝向发热体2,所述发热体2上端设有导风旋网7和导风板8,所述导风旋网7和导风板8用于将热风产生旋转风,且一部分旋转风向上直接吹入锅体9内、另一部分旋转风经过锅体9四周侧壁的导风口3吹入锅体9内。
如图1和图5所示,所述壳体1侧面设有循环风道4,所述循环风道4上端与壳体1内腔上部连通、下端与离心风轮6连通,用于将锅体上部的热风经循环风道4送入离心风轮6。
如图1所示,所述离心风轮6设置在发热体2下端或侧面,所述电机5设置在壳体1侧面。
如图2-4所示,所述导风旋网7与锅体9位置相对应,使得热风经导风旋网7后形成的旋转风直接向上吹入锅体9内,所述导风板8出风口设置在锅体9四周位置,使得热风经导风板8后形成的旋转风经过锅体9四周侧壁的导风口3吹入锅体9内。
如图6所示,所述锅体9四周间隔均匀设有若干排导风口3,所述导风口3开口方向与锅体9四周侧壁旋转风旋转方向相对应。
实际使用时,风轮吹出的强风经过下部发热体2产生热风,热风的其中一部分经过导风旋网7后产生旋转风向上吹入锅体内,另一部分热风经过导风板8后,产生旋转风再经过锅体四周侧壁的导风口吹入锅体内,双涡轮热风同时加热锅体内的食物,使食物的受热更均匀,双涡轮风在锅体上部进入循环风道4,经循环风道后进入离心风轮,反复循环,减少锅体内的温度热损失。
Claims (8)
1.一种新型空气炸锅,包括壳体(1)、离心风轮(6)、发热体(2)、导风旋网(7)、导风板(8)和锅体(9),其特征在于:所述发热体(2)设置在壳体(1)内,所述离心风轮(6)的送风口朝向发热体(2),离心风轮(6)输出的强风经过发热体(2)后产生的热风,通过导风旋网(7)和导风板(8)后改变成两股涡轮旋转风,由锅体(9)底部和侧壁导风口(3)进入锅体内部,形成双涡轮旋风。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型空气炸锅,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)侧面设有循环风道(4),所述循环风道(4)上端与壳体(1)内腔上部连通、下端与离心风轮(6)连通,用于将锅体上部的热风经循环风道(4)送入离心风轮(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型空气炸锅,其特征在于:所述离心风轮(6)设置在发热体(2)下端或侧面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型空气炸锅,其特征在于:所述离心风轮(6)与电机(5)连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型空气炸锅,其特征在于:所述导风旋网(7)设置在导风板(8)中间位置。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种新型空气炸锅,其特征在于:所述导风旋网(7)与锅体(9)位置相对应,使得热风导网旋网(7)后形成的旋转风直接向上吹入锅体(9)内。
7.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种新型空气炸锅,其特征在于:所述导风板(8)出风口设置在锅体(9)四周位置,使得热风导风板(8)后形成的旋转风经过锅体(9)四周侧壁的导风口(3)吹入锅体(9)内。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型空气炸锅,其特征在于:所述锅体(9)四周间隔均匀设有若干排导风口(3),所述导风口(3)开口方向与锅体(9)四周侧壁旋转风旋转方向相对应。
