本发明提供了一种肉苁蓉天麻复合咀嚼片配方及制备方法,由肉苁蓉5‑15份,天麻5‑15份,麦芽糊精25‑35份,微晶纤维素5‑15份,可溶性淀粉15‑25份,黄原胶1‑3份,赤藓糖醇或木糖醇5‑15份,硬脂酸镁0.5‑1份,80%‑90%乙醇20‑40份制备而成。本发明制备的咀嚼片中肉苁蓉含有多种有效的化学成分,具有抗氧化、增强记忆力、壮阳等多种功能;天麻味甘,性平,具有息风止痉,平抑肝阳,祛风通络的功效。其余的原料均是可食用性的,对人体无害处,而适量甜味剂赤藓糖醇或木糖醇的加入可以增强咀嚼片的口感。

天麻有镇静,镇痛,抗惊厥作用;能增加脑血流量,降低脑血管阻力,轻度收缩脑血管,增加冠状血管流量;能降低血压,减慢心率,对心肌缺血有保护作用;天麻多糖有免疫活性。天麻可作为治疗筋骨疼痛的中药组合物和膏药、治疗风湿骨病局部肿块和局部肿瘤的膏药,还可以治疗神经衰弱。

为了解决上述苁蓉与天麻在食品应用较少且口味不佳的问题,本发明提供苁蓉与天麻复合咀嚼片配方及其制备方法,能有效保留苁蓉天麻原有的营养成分及功效且营养成分更容易吸收,食用方便、易于携带、易于保存。
本发明的一种肉苁蓉与天麻复合咀嚼片,是由以下原料和工艺制备而成:
原料配比:以质量份计:
肉苁蓉5-15份,天麻5-15份,麦芽糊精25-35份,微晶纤维素5-15份,可溶性淀粉15-25份,黄原胶1-3份,赤藓糖醇或木糖醇5-15份,硬脂酸镁0.5-1份,80%-90%乙醇20-40份。
制备工艺:
(1)粉碎:分别取5-15份烘干的肉苁蓉与天麻,用粉碎机粉碎,将得到的粉末用80-200目的筛子过筛,得到肉苁蓉粉和天麻粉;
(2)混料:按照以上的原料配比份数称取肉苁蓉粉末,天麻粉末,麦芽糊精,微晶纤维素,可溶性淀粉,黄原胶及赤藓糖醇或木糖醇,将这些原料复合搅匀;
(3)制软材:将混匀的原料加入80%-90%的乙醇溶液20-40份,搅拌均匀,得软材;
(4)造粒:将软材过20目的筛,所得颗粒于45-50℃的恒温箱干燥1-2h;
(5)整粒:干燥后的颗粒先过20目筛,筛除较大颗料;再过80目筛,除去较细的颗粒;
(6)压片:整粒得到的颗粒中加入硬脂酸镁,混匀;颗粒放入压片机中进行压片;
(7)灭菌:片剂进行灭菌处理,即得肉苁蓉天麻复合咀嚼片。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.通过原料的合理配比,能够充分发挥肉苁蓉和天麻的生理功能,对人体不会产生害处,且营养成分更容易吸收,产品食用方便,易于携带,易于保存;
2.加入的填充剂如可溶性淀粉,麦芽糊精和微晶纤维素等,粘合剂黄原胶,都属于可食用的,且易消化,在口中易溶解;
3.适量甜味剂赤藓糖醇,木糖醇的加入可以改善产品的口感,同时对糖尿病人是安全的,对儿童青少年也无致龋性;
4.本发明制备方法操作简单,时间较短,速度快,原料无毒性。

制备工艺:

肉苁蓉5-15份,天麻5-15份,麦芽糊精25-35份,微晶纤维素5-15份,可溶性淀粉15-25份,黄原胶1-3份,赤藓糖醇或木糖醇5-15份,硬脂酸镁0.5-1份,80%-90%乙醇20-40份;
制备工艺:
