本发明涉及畜牧饲料领域,具体是一种秸秆膨化糖化发酵蛋白有机饲料及其生产工艺。
背景技术
畜牧饲料多数以粮食和化学添加剂为主,制造成本过高,极大的影响了畜牧养殖的快速发展,化学添加剂过多也会变相的伤害人体健康,为了有效利用植物资源,将玉米等植物秸秆进行高温膨化、发酵、胺化成蛋白含量很高的畜禽饲料,使养殖成本大幅度下降,增强了养殖户的积极性,大大节省了饲料用粮,从而保证了粮食安全和健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题,进而提供一种秸秆膨化糖化发酵蛋白有机饲料及其生产工艺,生产出的畜禽饲料蛋白含量高、营养价值高,大大节省了饲料用粮。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种秸秆膨化糖化发酵蛋白有机饲料,以重量比计算,其特征在于,包括玉米粉18%-25% 、海洋贝壳粉10%-15%、秸秆50%-60%、酒糟10%-15%、不可避免的杂质2%-5%。
进一步的,玉米粉20% 、海洋贝壳粉13%、秸秆50%、酒糟15%、不可避免的杂质2%。
一种秸秆膨化糖化发酵蛋白有机饲料生产工艺,其步骤为:一、将秸秆粉碎,并加入高温高压的膨化釜中;二、向经过膨化处理的粉碎秸秆中添加玉米粉、酒糟、海洋贝壳,并混合发酵;三、发酵完成后,进行烘干处理,并压制成颗粒。
本发明的有益效果是:通过采用本发明的技术方案,有效利用植物资源,将玉米等植物秸秆进行高温膨化、发酵、胺化成蛋白含量很高的畜禽饲料,使养殖成本大幅度下降,增强了养殖户的积极性,大大节省了饲料用粮,从而保证了粮食安全和健康。

本实施例所涉及的一种秸秆膨化糖化发酵蛋白有机饲料,以重量比计算,其特征在于,包括玉米粉18%-25% 、海洋贝壳粉10%-15%、秸秆50%-60%、酒糟10%-15%、不可避免的杂质2%-5%。
作为本发明的一个实施例,玉米粉20% 、海洋贝壳粉13%、秸秆50%、酒糟15%、不可避免的杂质2%。
一种秸秆膨化糖化发酵蛋白有机饲料生产工艺,其步骤为:一、将秸秆粉碎,并加入高温高压的膨化釜中;二、向经过膨化处理的粉碎秸秆中添加玉米粉、酒糟、海洋贝壳,并混合发酵;三、发酵完成后,进行烘干处理,并压制成颗粒。
秸秆在膨化过程中的热、湿压力和各种机械压力的作用下使淀粉分子内1-4糖苷键断裂而生成葡萄糖、麦芽糖、麦芽三糖及麦芽糊精等低分子量物质,膨化加工使得淀粉糊化度提高,纤维结构的细胞壁部分被破坏和软化,释放出易消化物质同时,脂肪从颗粒内部渗透到表面,使饲料具有香气,提高了适应性,增加了营养成分,因而提高了采食率,减少畜牧业中经常出现的病害,饲料中还有的有益微生物,刺激消化,增强自身免疫力,特别是大肠杆菌,沙门氏菌,霉菌等在动物性饲料中原粒中含量相对较多,创新型的膨化饲料的高温处理后,使绝大部分的有害微生物消失,提高饲料的安全性、科学性、优质性,激活了益生菌,提高养殖动物产肉率和肉质优质率。
