背景技术
声屏障,主要用于公路、高速公路、高架复合道路和其它噪声源的隔声降噪。分为纯隔声的反射型声屏障,和吸声与隔声相结合的复合型声屏障,后者是更为有效的隔声方法。指的是为减轻行车噪声对附近居民的影响而设置在铁路和公路侧旁的墙式构造物。隔音墙也称为声屏障。在声源和接收者之间插入一个设施,使声波传播有一个显著的附加衰减,从而减弱接收者所在的一定区域内的噪声影响,这样的设施就称为声屏障。分为交通隔音屏障、设备噪音衰减隔音屏障、工业厂界隔音屏障、公路和高速公路上是使用各类型声屏障最多的地方。
室外的声屏障一般采用砖或混凝土结构,室内的声屏障引用钢板、木板、,PMMA/POLYCARBONATE SHEET塑料扳、石膏板和泡沫铝等结构。声屏障主要由钢结构立柱和吸隔声屏板两部分组成,立柱是声屏障的主要受力构件,它通过螺栓或焊接固定在道路防撞墙或轨道边的预埋钢板上;吸隔声板是主要的隔声吸声构件,它通过高强弹簧卡子将其固定在H型立柱槽内,形成声屏障。声屏障的设计已较为充分地考虑了高架高速道路、城市轻轨、地铁的风载、交通车辆的撞击安全和全天候的露天防腐问题。它外形美观大方,制作精致,运输、安装方便,造价低,使用寿命长,特别适用于高架高速道路和城市轻轨、地铁的防噪声使用,是现代化城市最理想的隔声降噪设施。。

作为改进,所述的第一外层设有发光材料,所述的发光材料为光致发光材料。
作为改进,所述的光致发光材料为有机配合物发光材料。
作为改进,所述的发光材料为聚苯、聚三苯基胺聚咔唑、聚吡咯,聚卟啉的一种或多种。
作为改进,所述的本体为玻璃纤维增强聚苯醚耐冲击材料,其制备方法为:
步骤一、将纳米碳化硅和偶联剂混合,将纳米碳化硅加入到偶联反应罐中,打开搅拌装置,搅拌使纳米碳化硅旋转,将硅烷偶联剂乙醚按照1:1配置成溶液后,直接喷洒在无机纳米粒子中,控制搅拌装置的旋转速度为3000转/分钟-4000转/分钟,使得混合物的温度达到120摄氏度,反应10-20分钟后,在100-150℃下烘干10-30分钟制得偶联改性过的纳米碳化硅;
步骤一、按照重量份,将聚苯醚树脂基体100份、玻璃纤维10-30份、马来酸酐接枝相容剂1份、抗老化剂0.1%-0.5%、改性过的纳米碳化硅5-10份加入双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,其中玻璃纤维长度为10-50mm。

在一个优选的实施方式中,所述的第一外层设有发光材料,所述的发光材料为光致发光材料。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述的光致发光材料为有机配合物发光材料。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述的发光材料为聚苯、聚三苯基胺聚咔唑、聚吡咯,聚卟啉的一种或多种。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述的本体为玻璃纤维增强聚苯醚耐冲击材料,其制备方法为:
步骤一、将纳米碳化硅和偶联剂混合,将纳米碳化硅加入到偶联反应罐中,打开搅拌装置,搅拌使纳米碳化硅旋转,将硅烷偶联剂乙醚按照1:1配置成溶液后,直接喷洒在无机纳米粒子中,控制搅拌装置的旋转速度为3000转/分钟-4000转/分钟,使得混合物的温度达到120摄氏度,反应10-20分钟后,在100-150℃下烘干10-30分钟制得偶联改性过的纳米碳化硅;
步骤一、按照重量份,将聚苯醚树脂基体100份、玻璃纤维10-30份、马来酸酐接枝相容剂1份、抗老化剂0.1%-0.5%、改性过的纳米碳化硅5-10份加入双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,其中玻璃纤维长度为10-50mm。
步骤二、通过模压成型方式制得制品。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述的偶联剂选自γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N-β-(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷,所述的钛酸酯偶联剂包括异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、异丙基三(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、双(二辛氧基焦磷酸酯基)乙撑钛酸酯。
在一个优选的实施方案中,内层由混凝土材料制成,其混凝土材料中含有质量份数10-30份的废旧橡胶粉末。所述的废旧橡胶粉末是轮胎粉碎后的橡胶粉末,在废旧橡胶粉末和混凝土混合前,废旧橡胶粉末中嵌入有其质量份5%-20%的水泥,优选5%。所述的嵌入采用挤压力或者剪切力嵌入。所述的嵌入方法采用机械力碾压、螺旋挤压、气流磨对撞、超声波共混处理的一种或者多种的配合使用,通过这些方法,使得所述水泥材料嵌入到废橡胶粉中,这种嵌入可以是全部嵌入,也可以是部分嵌入。通过此方法得到的橡胶粉混合物中有三种物质形态:a.水泥材料未嵌入的橡胶粉,b. .水泥材料嵌入橡胶粉形成复合体,c.无.水泥材料单独存在颗粒。通过此方法得到的内层可以大大提高对噪音的降低效果,其可以将100分贝的噪音降低在50分贝以下。
具体实施例2::如图1-3所示,本实施例公开了一种公路隔音屏障,包括本体层1和加固体2,所述的本体层1包括有:反射层101,其面向声源处,其用于反射噪音,所述的发射层当中设有反射噪音的反射通道,反射通道的两端均在反射层的表面,反射通道形成U型结构;表层102,其背向声源处;内层103,其位于反射层和表层之间,内层有混凝土材料制成,其混凝土材料中含有质量份数10份的废旧橡胶粉末。所述的反射通道包括有依次连通的扩张通道1011和收缩通道1012,所述的扩张通道和收缩通道为多个。所述的扩张通道和收缩通道的截面均为圆形,扩张通道的截面的圆直径为20mm,所述的收缩通道的截面的圆直径为5mm。所述的反射层由PE材料制成。
所述的废旧橡胶粉末是轮胎粉碎后的橡胶粉末,在废旧橡胶粉末和混凝土混合前,废旧橡胶粉末中嵌入有其质量份5%的水泥。所述的嵌入采用挤压力或者剪切力嵌入。所述的嵌入方法采用机械力碾压、螺旋挤压、气流磨对撞、超声波共混处理的一种或者多种的配合使用。内层和反射层和表层之间分别设有PE膜。
Claims (6)
1.一种耐冲击高速公路屏障,其特征在于,包括有:
本体(1),其由高分子材料制成,所述的本体包括有面向噪音来源的第一外层、背向噪音来源的第二外层以及位于第一外层和第二外层之间的内层,所述的第一外层为表面凹凸结构,所述的第二外层为有机玻璃,所述的第一外层和内层以及第二外层和内层之间均设有PE隔音膜;
骨架(2),其用于对本体进行支撑。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐冲击高速公路屏障,其特征在于,所述的第一外层设有发光材料,所述的发光材料为光致发光材料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的耐冲击高速公路屏障,其特征在于,所述的光致发光材料为有机配合物发光材料。
4.根据权利要求2所述的耐冲击高速公路屏障,其特征在于,所述的发光材料为聚苯、聚三苯基胺聚咔唑、聚吡咯,聚卟啉的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的耐冲击高速公路屏障,其特征在于,所述的本体为玻璃纤维增强聚苯醚耐冲击材料,其制备方法为:
步骤一、将纳米碳化硅和偶联剂混合,将纳米碳化硅加入到偶联反应罐中,打开搅拌装置,搅拌使纳米碳化硅旋转,将硅烷偶联剂乙醚按照1:1配置成溶液后,直接喷洒在无机纳米粒子中,控制搅拌装置的旋转速度为3000转/分钟-4000转/分钟,使得混合物的温度达到120摄氏度,反应10-20分钟后,在100-150℃下烘干10-30分钟制得偶联改性过的纳米碳化硅;

6.根据权利要求4所述的耐冲击高速公路屏障,其特征在于,所述的偶联剂选自γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N-β-(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷,所述的钛酸酯偶联剂包括异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、异丙基三(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、双(二辛氧基焦磷酸酯基)乙撑钛酸酯。
