Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐冲击防堵下水道盖,属于城市基础建设设施领域,旨在解决现有的下水道盖裂缝不足、容易腐蚀、安全性差的问题,包括盖体、盖体中间的栅栏和栅栏上面设有的摩擦块,盖体、栅栏和摩擦块为一体化成型,所述的栅栏为波浪形结构,相隔两个栅栏之间的距离为20mm‑40mm,摩擦块的俯视横截面为标准跑道形结构,摩擦块的长度为10mm‑40mm,栅栏上沿着曲线的方向设有平行的凹纹或者凸纹,相邻凹纹或者凸纹之间的距离为5mm‑20mm,所述的摩擦块沿着栅栏弯曲的方向排列,摩擦块的两端为斜坡行结构,同一栅栏上相邻两个摩擦块的距离为20mm‑100mm。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种城市基础设施建设用品领域,具体来说是一种耐冲击防堵下水道盖。
背景技术
随着城市化进程的加快,城市基础建设越来越受到市民的关注,市政建设中的一些人性化的小细节,也越来越受到市民的欢迎。目前,很多的道路两旁还设有用于雨水、 污水排放的下水道, 这些下水道上盖有金属制品的下水道盖,下雨时雨水可以通过栅栏通孔进入下水道中,用于道路排水,但目前我国的下水道盖,通常都是由金属材料制备,材料的耐腐蚀性较差,特别是长年在雨水的冲击下,表面极其容易产生生锈,现在的栅栏主要是沿着平行排布,而雨水在下水道口,主要是通过漩涡的形式,现有的栅栏的结构对雨水的阻力较大,不利用雨水的排放,极其容易产生堵塞。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供一种耐冲击防堵下水道盖,通过对现有的结构和材料进行改性,制成的下水道盖具有较优异的耐腐蚀性、耐冲击性、同时具有较好的防堵性能。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
本发明公开了一种耐冲击防堵下水道盖,其特征在于,包括盖体,盖体中间的栅栏和栅栏上面设有的摩擦块,盖体、栅栏和摩擦块为一体化成型,所述的栅栏为波浪形结构,相隔两个栅栏之间的距离为20mm-40mm,所述的盖体为正方形、长方形、圆形、椭圆形结构。
作为改进,所述的摩擦块的俯视横截面为标准跑道形结构,所述的摩擦块的长度为10mm-40mm,所述的栅栏上沿着曲线的方向设有平行的凹纹或者凸纹,相邻凹纹或者凸纹之间的距离为5mm-20mm。
作为改进,所述的摩擦块沿着栅栏弯曲的方向排列,摩擦块的两端为斜坡行结构,同一栅栏上相邻两个摩擦块的距离为20mm-100mm。
由于采用了以上结构,本发明提供的下水道盖的栅栏采用波浪曲线性设计,一方面,能够有效的阻止物品的掉入,另一方面,本发明的栅栏根据排水漩涡的形状设计出了符合流体力学的波浪曲线性,在排水的时候能够顺着水流的方向,极大的增快了排水的速度。
作为改进,所述的盖体、栅栏、摩擦块均为高分子材料制备,所述的盖体和/或栅栏上面覆盖有发光层,所述的发光层由光致发光材料制备。
作为改进,所述的高分材料包括树脂基体100份、无机纳米粒子1-10份、石墨纤维1-10份、硼纤维1-10份、偶联剂0.5-5份、抗氧剂0.5-2份、紫外线吸收剂0.5-2份、固化剂0.5-2份。
作为改进,所述的树脂基体为聚丙烯、尼龙66、尼龙6、聚碳酸酯、聚甲醛、聚砜、聚酰亚胺、氯化聚醚的一种或几种的共混物。
作为改进,所述的无机纳米粒子选自硅藻土、重晶石粉、铁矿粉、石英砂粉、石灰石粉、滑石粉、石墨粉、二氧化硅、氧化锌、氧化钛、碳酸钙的一种或几种。
作为改进,所述的偶联剂选自硅烷偶联剂或者钛酸酯偶联剂,所述的硅烷偶联剂包括γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N-β-(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷,所述的钛酸酯偶联剂包括异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、异丙基三(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、双(二辛氧基焦磷酸酯基)乙撑钛酸酯。
作为改进,所述的抗氧剂选自2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚、双(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)硫醚、四〔β-(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸〕季戊四醇酯、二苯胺、对苯二胺、和二氢喹啉。
根据权利要求5-9所述的耐冲击防堵下水道盖,其特征在于,所述的高分子材料的制备如下:
步骤1:将无机纳米粒子加入到偶联反应罐中,打开搅拌装置,搅拌使无机纳米粒子旋转,将硅烷偶联剂乙醚按照1:0.5配置成溶液后,直接喷洒在无机纳米粒子中,控制搅拌装置的旋转速度为4000转/分钟-6000转/分钟,使得混合物的温度达到120摄氏度,反应10-20分钟后,在100-150℃下烘干10-30分钟制得偶联改性过的无机纳米粒子;
步骤2:将树脂基体份、步骤1改性过的无机纳米粒子份、石墨纤维份、硼纤维份、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂加入到双螺杆挤出机,混合基础造粒;
步骤3:将步骤2后的混合颗粒加入到成型模具中,加入固化剂,固化成型;
步骤4:后处理。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
一、本发明根据排水时水漩涡的方向结合流体力学的原理,设计出相应的波浪曲线形的展览,在栅栏上沿着曲线的方向设计有凸纹或者凹纹和摩擦块,其中摩擦块的两端采用斜坡结构,能够有效的在不降低其他性能的前提下减少对水流的阻力,增大了排水的速度;
二、本发明提供的下水道盖上面覆盖有发光层,发光层由光致发光材料制备,当行人或者自行车在夜间行驶的时候,能够及时发现下水道盖的问题,即时避开,放置行人的鞋根等部位别卡住;
三、下水道盖采用高分子材料一体化成型,并通过无机纳米粒子增韧和无机纤维增强改性,增大了下水道盖的耐腐蚀性和耐冲击性,延长了使用寿命,减低了体重,便于施工。

所述的高分子材料的制备如下:
步骤1:将无机纳米粒子加入到偶联反应罐中,打开搅拌装置,搅拌使无机纳米粒子旋转,将硅烷偶联剂乙醚按照1:0.5配置成溶液后,直接喷洒在无机纳米粒子中,控制搅拌装置的旋转速度为4000转/分钟,使得混合物的温度达到120摄氏度,反应10分钟后,在100℃下烘干10-30分钟制得偶联改性过的无机纳米粒子;
步骤2:将树脂基体份、步骤1改性过的无机纳米粒子份、石墨纤维份、硼纤维份、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂加入到双螺杆挤出机,混合基础造粒;
步骤3:将步骤2后的混合颗粒加入到成型模具中,加入固化剂,固化成型;
步骤4:后处理。

步骤1:将无机纳米粒子加入到偶联反应罐中,打开搅拌装置,搅拌使无机纳米粒子旋转,将硅烷偶联剂乙醚按照1:0.5配置成溶液后,直接喷洒在无机纳米粒子中,控制搅拌装置的旋转速度为6000转/分钟,使得混合物的温度达到120摄氏度,反应20分钟后,在150℃下烘干10-30分钟制得偶联改性过的无机纳米粒子;
步骤2:将树脂基体份、步骤1改性过的无机纳米粒子份、石墨纤维份、硼纤维份、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂加入到双螺杆挤出机,混合基础造粒;
步骤3:将步骤2后的混合颗粒加入到成型模具中,加入固化剂,固化成型;
步骤4:后处理。
具体实施例3:如图1、图2所示,本实施例公开了一种耐冲击防堵下水道盖,包括盖体1、盖体1中间的栅栏2和栅栏2上面设有的摩擦块3,盖体1、栅栏2和摩擦块3为一体化成型,所述的栅栏2为波浪形结构,相隔两个栅栏之间的距离为30mm,所述的盖体为长方形结构,摩擦块3的俯视横截面为标准跑道形结构,所述的摩擦块的长度为25mm,所述的栅栏上沿着曲线的方向设有平行的凹纹或者凸纹,相邻凹纹或者凸纹之间的距离为15mm,所述的摩擦块沿着栅栏弯曲的方向排列,摩擦块3的两端为斜坡行结构,同一栅栏上相邻两个摩擦块的距离为80mm。
本实施例公开的下水道盖采用高分子材料制备,且为一体化成型,所述的盖体1和栅栏2上面覆盖有发光层,所述的发光层由光致发光材料制备。
上述高分材料制备的原料包括尼龙6 100份、氧化钛纳米粒子7份、石墨纤维7份、硼纤维7份、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷2份、抗氧剂四〔β-(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸〕季戊四醇酯3份、DETA 1份。
所述的高分子材料的制备如下:
步骤1:将无机纳米粒子加入到偶联反应罐中,打开搅拌装置,搅拌使无机纳米粒子旋转,将硅烷偶联剂乙醚按照1:0.5配置成溶液后,直接喷洒在无机纳米粒子中,控制搅拌装置的旋转速度为5000转/分钟,使得混合物的温度达到120摄氏度,反应15分钟后,在120℃下烘干25分钟制得偶联改性过的无机纳米粒子;
步骤2:将树脂基体份、步骤1改性过的无机纳米粒子份、石墨纤维份、硼纤维份、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂加入到双螺杆挤出机,混合基础造粒;
步骤3:将步骤2后的混合颗粒加入到成型模具中,加入固化剂,固化成型;
步骤4:后处理。

所述的高分子材料的制备如下:
步骤1:将无机纳米粒子加入到偶联反应罐中,打开搅拌装置,搅拌使无机纳米粒子旋转,将硅烷偶联剂乙醚按照1:0.5配置成溶液后,直接喷洒在无机纳米粒子中,控制搅拌装置的旋转速度为4000转/分钟,使得混合物的温度达到120摄氏度,反应10分钟后,在150℃下烘干25分钟制得偶联改性过的无机纳米粒子;
步骤2:将树脂基体份、步骤1改性过的无机纳米粒子份、石墨纤维份、硼纤维份、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂加入到双螺杆挤出机,混合基础造粒;
步骤3:将步骤2后的混合颗粒加入到成型模具中,加入固化剂,固化成型;
步骤4:后处理。

1.一种耐冲击防堵下水道盖,其特征在于,包括盖体(1)、盖体(1)中间的栅栏(2)和栅栏(2)上面设有的摩擦块(3),盖体(1)、栅栏(2)和摩擦块(3)为一体化成型,所述的栅栏(2)为波浪形结构,相隔两个栅栏之间的距离为20mm-40mm,所述的盖体为正方形、长方形、圆形、椭圆形结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐冲击防堵下水道盖,其特征在于,所述的摩擦块(3)的俯视横截面为标准跑道形结构,所述的摩擦块的长度为10mm-40mm,所述的栅栏上沿着曲线的方向设有平行的凹纹或者凸纹,相邻凹纹或者凸纹之间的距离为5mm-20mm。
3.根据权利要求1-2所述的耐冲击防堵下水道盖,其特征在于,所述的摩擦块沿着栅栏弯曲的方向排列,摩擦块(3)的两端为斜坡结构,同一栅栏上相邻两个摩擦块的距离为20mm-100mm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的耐冲击防堵下水道盖,其特征在于,所述的盖体(1)、栅栏(2)、摩擦块(3)均为高分子材料制备,所述的盖体(1)和/或栅栏(2)上面覆盖有发光层,所述的发光层由光致发光材料制备。
5.根据权利要求3所述的耐冲击防堵下水道盖,其特征在于,所述的高分材料包括树脂基体100份、无机纳米粒子1-10份、石墨纤维1-10份、硼纤维1-10份、偶联剂0.5-5份、抗氧剂0.5-2份、紫外线吸收剂0.5-2份、固化剂0.5-2份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的耐冲击防堵下水道盖,其特征在于,所述的树脂基体为聚丙烯、尼龙66、尼龙6、聚碳酸酯、聚甲醛、聚砜、聚酰亚胺、氯化聚醚的一种或几种的共混物。
7.根据权利要求5所述的耐冲击防堵下水道盖,其特征在于,所述的无机纳米粒子选自硅藻土、重晶石粉、铁矿粉、石英砂粉、石灰石粉、滑石粉、石墨粉、二氧化硅、氧化锌、氧化钛、碳酸钙的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求5所述的耐冲击防堵下水道盖,其特征在于,所述的偶联剂选自硅烷偶联剂或者钛酸酯偶联剂,所述的硅烷偶联剂包括γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N-β-(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷,所述的钛酸酯偶联剂包括异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、异丙基三(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、双(二辛氧基焦磷酸酯基)乙撑钛酸酯。
9.根据权利要求5所述的耐冲击防堵下水道盖,其特征在于,所述的抗氧剂选自2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚、双(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)硫醚、四〔β-(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸〕季戊四醇酯、二苯胺、对苯二胺、和二氢喹啉。
10.根据权利要求5-9所述的耐冲击防堵下水道盖,其特征在于,所述的高分子材料的制备如下:
步骤1:将无机纳米粒子加入到偶联反应罐中,打开搅拌装置,搅拌使无机纳米粒子旋转,将硅烷偶联剂乙醚按照1:0.5配置成溶液后,直接喷洒在无机纳米粒子中,控制搅拌装置的旋转速度为4000转/分钟-6000转/分钟,使得混合物的温度达到120摄氏度,反应10-20分钟后,在100-150℃下烘干10-30分钟制得偶联改性过的无机纳米粒子;
步骤2:将树脂基体份、步骤1改性过的无机纳米粒子份、石墨纤维份、硼纤维份、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂加入到双螺杆挤出机,混合基础造粒;
步骤3:将步骤2后的混合颗粒加入到成型模具中,加入固化剂,固化成型;
步骤4:后处理。
