Abstract
本实用新型侧平一体式收水井箅子，它包括盖板和井座，盖板嵌入井座中间，盖板一侧通过两个铰链与井座活动连接，盖板上表面正对铰链处设置有两个不锈钢弹性销钉，井座在与盖板铰接一侧成90度的另一侧设置有一个侧入式箅子。盖板表面设计为流水曲线形，有效防止杂物的堵塞，盖板与井座采用韧性较好的球墨铸铁，盖板与井座铰接处设置有两个不锈钢弹性销钉，可以有效的防止盖板的跳动以及被盗，侧入式箅子紧贴道牙石安装，既能加快排水速度，又方便维护安装。

本实用新型涉及一种收水井箅子，尤其涉及一种侧平一体式收水井箅子。
背景技术
传统的平入式收水井箅子，只有一个面进行排水，单个箅子的泄水能力约40L/S，当降雨量过大时，箅子的泄水能力不足，且容易遭漂浮垃圾堵塞，导致城市积水过多，容易出现“水浸街”现象，甚至出现城市涝灾，给市民的日常出行带来极大的不便，而且存在较大的安全隐患，车辆碾压常会出现井箅子跳起跳出现象，不利于市民的日常出行安全，也不利于长期保持城市道路的整体美观，再者这样的井箅子也经常会出现遗失现象，一旦遗失更是对我们市民出行安全的一个威胁。
实用新型内容
（一）要解决的技术问题
为解决上述问题，本实用新型提出了一种防盗、承压性能高、排水性能好、防跳动、防位移、降低行车噪音、便于养护的侧平一体式收水井箅子。
（二）技术方案
本实用新型侧平一体式收水井箅子，它包括盖板和井座，所述盖板嵌入井座中间，所述盖板一侧通过两个铰链与井座活动连接，所述盖板上表面正对铰链处设置有两个不锈钢弹性销钉，所述井座在与盖板铰接一侧成90度的另一侧设置有一个侧入式箅子。
进一步地，所述盖板表面纹络设置为流水曲线形。
进一步地，所述盖板和井座材质均为球墨铸铁。
（三）有益效果
本实用新型与现有技术相比较，其具有以下有益效果：本实用新型侧平一体式收水井箅子内侧边沿上增设的铰链，实现了与其外周井座的不锈钢锁止弹性销钉稳固配合，可以有效防止盖板的意外开启或被盗；通过井座侧边增设侧入式箅子，加速排水能力。侧平一体式收水井箅子较传统平入式收水井箅子排水能力大大提高，排水面积比率超过60%，单个侧平一体式收水井箅子的泄水能力≥90L/S，是传统平入式收水井箅子泄水能力的两倍有余。

如图1、图2所示的一种侧平一体式收水井箅子，它包括盖板（1）和井座（2），所述盖板（1）嵌入井座（2）中间，所述盖板（1）一侧通过两个铰链（3）与井座（2）活动连接，所述盖板（1）上表面正对铰链（3）处设置有两个不锈钢弹性销钉（4），所述井座（2）在与盖板（1）铰接一侧成90度的另一侧设置有一个侧入式箅子（5）。
其中，所述盖板（1）表面纹络设置为流水曲线形；所述盖板（1）和井座（2）材质均为球墨铸铁。
本实用新型侧平一体式收水井箅子盖板表面设计为流水曲线形，有效防止杂物的堵塞，盖板与井座采用韧性较好的球墨铸铁，盖板与井座铰接处设置有两个不锈钢弹性销钉，可以有效的防止盖板的跳动以及被盗，侧入式箅子紧贴道牙石安装，既能加快排水速度，又方便维护安装。
