本发明公开了一种耐磨抗冻涂料,由下列重量份数的原料制成:核壳丙烯酸乳液40~50份、改性淀粉10~30份、聚乙烯醇乳液20~40份、钛白粉10~20份、过硫酸铵0.2~0.4份、碳酸氢钠0.2~0.5份、立德粉2~7份、六偏磷酸钠0.2~0.5份、氟化钠0.2~0.45份、磷酸三丁脂0.2~0.5份、分散剂0.5~2份、润湿剂0.05~0.1份、消泡剂0.1~0.2份、水50~75份、轻钙10~15份、滑石粉10~15份、沉淀硫酸钡10~20份、膨润土1~5份。本发明处理工艺制得的涂料有无毒、无污染、耐寒的优良特点,抗冻性能优良,冻融循环试验和耐候性试验后,涂膜表面未见起泡、开裂、粉化、脱落及变色现象,耐洗刷,持久性强,防涂鸦污尘,放置一年不沉淀,不凝结,综合特性强,极具推广价值。

本发明涉及一种涂料,特别涉及一种耐磨抗冻涂料。
背景技术
用于高寒地区建筑物外墙的涂料需具备耐低温的性能。然而普通的耐低温涂料并不适用于我国的高寒地区,如东北的北部、西藏的东南部,因此各地区又建立了地方性标准,比如黑龙江省的DB23/T445-2004标准规定外墙涂料应能承受一定的冻融循环。可是即使符合这种地方性规定的产品也不完全适用于冬季气温达-40℃的高纬度地区,因此建筑界一直期待耐低温性能更好的外墙涂料,比如能承受40次-40℃冻融循环的耐低温涂料。中国专利公开号:“CN103952055B”公开了一种抗冻保温的涂料及其制备方法,制备的涂料抗冻和保温性能都较为优异,可用于低温环境下使用。但是其主要应用了酚醛和桐油,耐低温性能不强,且仅常用于木器和金属表面的涂覆,适用范围窄,适应性不强。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种耐磨抗冻涂料。
一种耐磨抗冻涂料,由下列重量份数的原料制成:核壳丙烯酸乳液40~50份、改性淀粉10~30份、聚乙烯醇乳液20~40份、钛白粉10~20份、过硫酸铵0.2~0.4份、碳酸氢钠0.2~0.5份、立德粉2~7份、六偏磷酸钠0.2~0.5份、氟化钠0.2~0.45份、磷酸三丁脂0.2~0.5份、分散剂0.5~2份、润湿剂0.05~0.1份、消泡剂0.1~0.2份、水50~75份、轻钙10~15份、滑石粉10~15份、沉淀硫酸钡10~20份、膨润土1~5份。
一种耐磨抗冻涂料,其制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将核壳丙烯酸乳液加入过硫酸铵反应后,再加入碳酸氢钠、15~20份水。在氮气保护下,40~70℃搅拌反应30min后,得初混乳液;(2)取15~20份水,将氟化钠加入其中,匀速搅拌并加入分散剂、润湿剂、膨润土,混合均匀后,再将改性淀粉加入,搅拌溶化成浅黄色溶液,备用;(3)取剩余水,将六偏磷酸钠加入,搅拌溶化,得六偏磷酸钠溶液;(4)将已经制备好的浅黄色溶液加入涂料搅拌机的拉缸中,将以上操作步骤(3)得到的六偏磷酸钠水溶液加入,开动涂料搅拌机,搅拌机的转速调到400~600r/min;(5)将配方中的磷酸三丁酯取一半加入搅拌着的拉缸中,并在搅拌中逐渐加入初混乳液和后加入聚乙烯醇乳液,再将轻钙加入,然后将沉淀硫酸钡、立德粉、滑石粉、钛白粉,分几次加入,涂料搅拌稀以后再加,料加完后,将搅拌机的转速提高到800r/min以上,充分搅拌30~60min;(6)涂料搅拌分散均匀后加入剩余的磷酸三丁脂和消泡剂,停机;将已搅拌好的涂料送入研磨机磨细,用100目筛网过滤、出料、装桶,得成品耐磨抗冻料。
进一步的,所述分散剂为,所述分散剂为氧化聚乙烯蜡和2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述润湿剂为,脂肪族磺酸盐、琥珀酸磺酸盐类、烷基芳基磺酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、季铵化合物、烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种。

进一步的,所述聚乙烯醇乳液为,在反应釜中加热溶化25份聚乙烯醇,当聚乙烯醇全部溶化后,加入少量盐酸,使其温度冷却到55℃左右,持续搅拌,一次性加入1~4份尿素、2~6份甲醛,在55℃左右保温搅拌30min然后慢慢滴加盐酸,调节其pH,当pH为1~2时,停止加盐酸,随后使温度升至60℃左右,保温搅拌反应60min,当液体变得浓稠,颜色由透明变得显白色,出现大量细密气泡,停止加热,快速冷却至35℃左右,加入烧碱水溶液慢慢加入,调节pH,当pH=7.5时,停止加碱水,持续冷却,最后待温度冷却至25℃,出料,用40目金属筛网过滤,得聚乙烯醇乳液。
本发明的有益效果:
用盐酸对聚乙烯醇进行酸化处理,使其与聚乙烯醇缩合,最后才加尿素进行氨基化处理,这样的操作,使聚乙烯醇分子中的氢键减少,故低温时,分子间的位阻小,很容易产生自身凝聚而凝冻。新工艺为聚乙烯醇溶化后,先加入尿素再加甲醛,使它们首先形成羟甲醛及其衍生物,然后才与聚乙烯醇反应生成高缩醛化的聚乙烯醇乳液。本发明涂料具有内硬外软的核壳结构,因此具有良好的延伸性,可以很好的覆盖墙体表面因低温而产生的裂纹。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:
本发明提供的一种耐磨抗冻涂料的制备过程中以核壳丙烯酸、聚乙烯醇作基料,并以MMT对其改性可以提高涂料的耐水性及耐擦性。用MMT改性的聚乙烯醇涂料完全符合国家技术标准,无污染,无毒害性气体,是环保性涂料。涂料性具有以下优点:涂料饰面美观涂膜质感细腻、高雅饰面似瓷釉,触摸手感平滑度与瓷砖相同,并能制成不同颜色;生产成本低。配入膨润土后可减少聚乙烯醇用量,每吨涂料成本可下降100元左右;改善颜料与填料的悬浮能力,使涂料的沉降率大大降低,涂刷性能大为改善,易涂刷不流挂,涂膜光滑坚固,不会出现结块搅不开现象;因膨润土具耐寒性,在冬季仍可照常施工;膨润土具有吸附极性分子的能力,分子上的基团能与聚乙烯醇发生交联反应,涂层耐水和耐刷洗性有所提高;聚乙烯醇、膨润土可与核壳丙烯酸乳液相互混溶,所以该涂料具有内硬外软的核壳结构,因此具有良好的延伸性,可以很好的覆盖墙体表面因低温而产生的裂纹。

实施例1
一种耐磨抗冻涂料,由下列重量份数的原料制成:核壳丙烯酸乳液50份、改性淀粉30份、聚乙烯醇乳液40份、钛白粉20份、过硫酸铵0.2份、碳酸氢钠0.2份、立德粉5份、六偏磷酸钠0.3份、氟化钠0.3份、磷酸三丁脂0.4份、分散剂0.5份、润湿剂0.08份、消泡剂0.2份、水75份、轻钙15份、滑石粉15份、沉淀硫酸钡20份、膨润土5份。
一种耐磨抗冻涂料,其制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将核壳丙烯酸乳液加入过硫酸铵反应后,再加入碳酸氢钠、20份水。在氮气保护下,40℃搅拌反应30min后,得初混乳液;(2)取20份水,将氟化钠加入其中,匀速搅拌并加入分散剂、润湿剂、膨润土,混合均匀后,再将改性淀粉加入,搅拌溶化成浅黄色溶液,备用;(3)取剩余水,将六偏磷酸钠加入,搅拌溶化,得六偏磷酸钠溶液;(4)将已经制备好的浅黄色溶液加入涂料搅拌机的拉缸中,将以上操作步骤(3)得到的六偏磷酸钠水溶液加入,开动涂料搅拌机,搅拌机的转速调到600r/min;(5)将配方中的磷酸三丁酯取一半加入搅拌着的拉缸中,并在搅拌中逐渐加入初混乳液和后加入聚乙烯醇乳液,再将轻钙加入,然后将沉淀硫酸钡、立德粉、滑石粉、钛白粉,分几次加入,涂料搅拌稀以后再加,料加完后,将搅拌机的转速提高到800r/min以上,充分搅拌30min;(6)涂料搅拌分散均匀后加入剩余的磷酸三丁脂和消泡剂,停机;将已搅拌好的涂料送入研磨机磨细,用100目筛网过滤、出料、装桶,得成品耐磨抗冻料。

进一步的,所述核壳丙烯酸乳液为,在20份45~50%的硼砂水溶液,加入1份十二烷基苯磺酸钠,再加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸正丁酯乳化20 min,得到核预乳液,再加入1份十二烷基苯磺酸钠,再加入甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸、双丙酮丙烯酰胺和有机硅树脂,乳化20min,得壳预乳液,在装有搅拌器、温度计、冷凝管的四口烧瓶中加入水、十二烷基硫酸钠、缓冲剂和5%的核预乳液,将水浴锅升温至74 ℃,加入部分过硫酸铵水溶液,至温度升至84 ℃,反应15 min后,开始滴加剩余核层预乳液和引发剂,1.5 h内滴完;保温30 min后,继续滴加壳层预乳液和引发剂,1.5 h内滴完,保温1.5 h后降至室温,用AMP-95中和至pH至7左右,加入己二酸二酰肼、消泡剂,用180目滤袋过滤出料,完然后保温存放,备用。
进一步的,所述聚乙烯醇乳液为,在反应釜中加热溶化25份聚乙烯醇,当聚乙烯醇全部溶化后,加入少量盐酸,使其温度冷却到55℃左右,持续搅拌,一次性加入3份尿素、6份甲醛,在55℃左右保温搅拌30min然后慢慢滴加盐酸,调节其pH,当pH为2时,停止加盐酸,随后使温度升至60℃左右,保温搅拌反应60min,当液体变得浓稠,颜色由透明变得显白色,出现大量细密气泡,停止加热,快速冷却至35℃左右,加入烧碱水溶液慢慢加入,调节pH,当pH=7.5时,停止加碱水,持续冷却,最后待温度冷却至25℃,出料,用40目金属筛网过滤,得聚乙烯醇乳液。
实施例2
一种耐磨抗冻涂料,由下列重量份数的原料制成:核壳丙烯酸乳液40份、改性淀粉20份、聚乙烯醇乳液40份、钛白粉120份、过硫酸铵0.4份、碳酸氢钠0.2份、立德粉7份、六偏磷酸钠0.5份、氟化钠0.45份、磷酸三丁脂0.5份、分散剂1份、润湿剂0.08份、消泡剂0.2份、水75份、轻钙15份、滑石粉15份、沉淀硫酸钡20份、膨润土5份。
一种耐磨抗冻涂料,其制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将核壳丙烯酸乳液加入过硫酸铵反应后,再加入碳酸氢钠、20份水。在氮气保护下,60℃搅拌反应30min后,得初混乳液;(2)取20份水,将氟化钠加入其中,匀速搅拌并加入分散剂、润湿剂、膨润土,混合均匀后,再将改性淀粉加入,搅拌溶化成浅黄色溶液,备用;(3)取剩余水,将六偏磷酸钠加入,搅拌溶化,得六偏磷酸钠溶液;(4)将已经制备好的浅黄色溶液加入涂料搅拌机的拉缸中,将以上操作步骤(3)得到的六偏磷酸钠水溶液加入,开动涂料搅拌机,搅拌机的转速调到600r/min;(5)将配方中的磷酸三丁酯取一半加入搅拌着的拉缸中,并在搅拌中逐渐加入初混乳液和后加入聚乙烯醇乳液,再将轻钙加入,然后将沉淀硫酸钡、立德粉、滑石粉、钛白粉,分几次加入,涂料搅拌稀以后再加,料加完后,将搅拌机的转速提高到800r/min以上,充分搅拌60min;(6)涂料搅拌分散均匀后加入剩余的磷酸三丁脂和消泡剂,停机;将已搅拌好的涂料送入研磨机磨细,用100目筛网过滤、出料、装桶,得成品耐磨抗冻料。
进一步的,所述分散剂为,所述分散剂为氧化聚乙烯蜡和2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述润湿剂为,脂肪族磺酸盐、琥珀酸磺酸盐类、烷基芳基磺酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、季铵化合物、烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为选自有机膦酸、聚硅氧烷、脂肪醇、脂肪酸酯、疏水二氧化硅中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述改性淀粉为通过5份淀粉和1份20%双氧水溶液、1份NaOH、0.01份FeSO4、0.3份Na2S2O3、40份水在60℃下搅拌反应30min,经常温干燥,即得。

注:上表1中各项性能参照黑龙江省的DB23/T445-2004为基准,其中耐污染性采用粉煤灰作为污染介质,将其与水掺和在一起涂刷在涂层样板上,干后用水冲洗经规定的循环后,测定涂层反射系数的下降率,以此表示涂层的耐沾污性。反射系数下降率越小,则耐污染性越好。由上表1可以看出,本发明处理工艺制得的涂料的低温稳定性、耐冻融循环性能得到了有效的改善,同时其耐洗刷、耐水性控制较好,效果明显。本发明处理工艺制得的一种耐磨抗冻涂料,质量可靠,抗冻性能优良,冻融循环试验和耐候性试验后,涂膜表面未见起泡、开裂、粉化、脱落及变色现象耐洗,持久性强,防涂鸦污尘,可随意刷洗洁白无毒无伤害人体,适合环保卫生,放置一年不沉淀,不变质,综合特性强,极具推广价值。

Claims (8)

1.一种耐磨抗冻涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份数的原料制成:核壳丙烯酸乳液40~50份、改性淀粉10~30份、聚乙烯醇乳液20~40份、钛白粉10~20份、过硫酸铵0.2~0.4份、碳酸氢钠0.2~0.5份、立德粉2~7份、六偏磷酸钠0.2~0.5份、氟化钠0.2~0.45份、磷酸三丁脂0.2~0.5份、分散剂0.5~2份、润湿剂0.05~0.1份、消泡剂0.1~0.2份、水50~75份、轻钙10~15份、滑石粉10~15份、沉淀硫酸钡10~20份、膨润土1~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨抗冻涂料,其特征在于,其制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将核壳丙烯酸乳液加入过硫酸铵反应后,再加入碳酸氢钠、15~20份水。在氮气保护下,40~70℃搅拌反应30min后,得初混乳液;(2)取15~20份水,将氟化钠加入其中,匀速搅拌并加入分散剂、润湿剂、膨润土,混合均匀后,再将改性淀粉加入,搅拌溶化成浅黄色溶液,备用;(3)取剩余水,将六偏磷酸钠加入,搅拌溶化,得六偏磷酸钠溶液;(4)将已经制备好的浅黄色溶液加入涂料搅拌机的拉缸中,将以上操作步骤(3)得到的六偏磷酸钠水溶液加入,开动涂料搅拌机,搅拌机的转速调到400~600r/min;(5)将配方中的磷酸三丁酯取一半加入搅拌着的拉缸中,并在搅拌中逐渐加入初混乳液和后加入聚乙烯醇乳液,再将轻钙加入,然后将沉淀硫酸钡、立德粉、滑石粉、钛白粉,分几次加入,涂料搅拌稀以后再加,料加完后,将搅拌机的转速提高到800r/min以上,充分搅拌30~60min;(6)涂料搅拌分散均匀后加入剩余的磷酸三丁脂和消泡剂,停机,将已搅拌好的涂料送入研磨机磨细,用100目筛网过滤、出料、装桶,得成品耐磨抗冻料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨抗冻涂料,其特征在于,所述分散剂为,所述分散剂为氧化聚乙烯蜡和2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨抗冻涂料,其特征在于,所述润湿剂为,脂肪族磺酸盐、琥珀酸磺酸盐类、烷基芳基磺酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、季铵化合物、烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨抗冻涂料,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为选自有机膦酸、聚硅氧烷、脂肪醇、脂肪酸酯、疏水二氧化硅中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨抗冻涂料,其特征在于,所述改性淀粉为通过5份淀粉和1份20%双氧水溶液、1份NaOH、0.01份FeSO4、0.3份Na2S2O3、40份水在60℃下搅拌反应30min,经常温干燥,即得。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨抗冻涂料,其特征在于,所述核壳丙烯酸乳液为,在20份45~50%的硼砂水溶液,加入1份十二烷基苯磺酸钠,再加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸正丁酯乳化20 min,得到核预乳液,再加入1份十二烷基苯磺酸钠,再加入甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸、双丙酮丙烯酰胺和有机硅树脂,乳化20min,得壳预乳液,在装有搅拌器、温度计、冷凝管的四口烧瓶中加入水、十二烷基硫酸钠、缓冲剂和5%的核预乳液,将水浴锅升温至74 ℃,加入部分过硫酸铵水溶液,至温度升至82~84 ℃,反应15 min后,开始滴加剩余核层预乳液和引发剂,1.5h内滴完;保温30 min后,继续滴加壳层预乳液和引发剂,1.5h内滴完,保温1.5 h后降至室温,用AMP-95中和至pH至7左右,加入己二酸二酰肼、消泡剂,用180目滤袋过滤出料,完然后保温存放,备用。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨抗冻涂料,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯醇乳液为,在反应釜中加热溶化25份聚乙烯醇,当聚乙烯醇全部溶化后,加入少量盐酸,使其温度冷却到55℃左右,持续搅拌,一次性加入1~4份尿素、2~6份甲醛,在55℃左右保温搅拌30min然后慢慢滴加盐酸,调节其pH,当pH为1~2时,停止加盐酸,随后使温度升至60℃左右,保温搅拌反应60min,当液体变得浓稠,颜色由透明变得显白色,出现大量细密气泡,停止加热,快速冷却至35℃左右,加入烧碱水溶液慢慢加入,调节pH,当pH=7.5时,停止加碱水,持续冷却,最后待温度冷却至25℃,出料,用40目金属筛网过滤,得聚乙烯醇乳液。
