技术领域
本发明属于涂料组合物技术领域,具体涉及一种具有光致发光功能的路面防滑涂料。
背景技术
路面防滑涂料是将高分子树脂、骨料、反光微珠及不同功能的稳定剂按比例调配后涂覆于路面,起到安全标示、防滑、美观等作用,适用于各种环境的路面。目前使用的反光微珠与树脂之间的结合力较差,易脱落导致反光效果低与反光寿命短。本发明拟将光致发光材料代替反光微珠,由被动反光转变为主动发光,从而增强路面防滑涂料的标识效果,提高道路安全性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术不足,提供一种具有光致发光功能的路面防滑涂料。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种具有光致发光功能的路面防滑涂料,其原料组成按质量百分数计为:树脂25~35%、颜填料25~45%、防滑骨料20~40%、光致发光纳米材料1~10%、固化剂0.5~2.5%和助剂0.1~2.5%,各原料组成的质量百分数之和为100%。
所述树脂包括醇酸树脂、环氧树脂、聚氨酯树脂、丙烯酸树脂以及高氯化聚乙烯树脂中的一种或几种。
所述颜填料包括二氧化钛、耐热铬黄、氧化锌、氧化铁中的一种或几种;所述颜填料粒径为1~20 μm。
所述防滑骨料包括聚乙烯、聚丙烯树脂粒子、橡胶粒子、聚氨酯树脂粒子、硅石粉、铁铝氧石、石英砂、玻璃珠、金刚砂、碳化硅、结晶氧化铝、玻璃珠中的一种或几种;
所述防滑骨料粒径为1~5 mm。

本发明的有益效果在于:
针对现有路面防滑涂料反光效果较差及反光寿命较短的问题,本发明在路面防滑涂料中添加了光致发光纳米材料;当涂料受到外界光源照射时获得能量,光致发光纳米材料产生激发导致发光;在雨、雪、雾霾、沙尘暴等低可见度天气中以及诸如夜晚等黑暗的环境中,以汽车车灯及路灯等外界光源产生的这种光致发光效果可有效提高路面安全标识的识别度,从而保障路面交通安全;而且,纳米材料由于比表面积大、表面能高,能与涂料中其他材料发生较强的化学力结合,从而提高反光寿命。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但本发明不仅仅限于这些实施例。
实施例1
一种具有光致发光功能的路面防滑涂料,由树脂、颜填料、防滑骨料、光致发光纳米材料、固化剂、助剂组成,其中:
树脂为醇酸树脂,质量分数为25%;
颜填料为二氧化钛,质量分数为35%,粒径1 μm;
防滑骨料为聚乙烯,质量分数为30%,粒径1 mm;
光致发光纳米材料为聚酰亚胺,质量分数为9%,粒径100 nm;
固化剂为过氧二苯甲酰,质量分数为0.5%;
助剂为聚醚改性聚硅氧烷,质量分数为0.5%。
该路面防滑涂料具有很好的光致发光性能,当受到外界光源照射时会发光,在低可见度及夜晚等情况下可有效提高路面标识识别度,从而提高路面交通安全。

5.根据权利要求1所述的具有光致发光功能的路面防滑涂料,其特征在于:所述的光致发光纳米材料包括聚酰亚胺、对乙烯基苯甲酸铕、碳量子点、金属氧化物、金属硒化物、金属砷化物、金属碳化物、碳化硅、金属氮化物中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的的具有光致发光功能的路面防滑涂料,其特征在于:所述的金属氧化物、金属硒化物、金属砷化物、金属碳化物和金属氮化物中,所涉及的金属包括铝、镁、钾、钠、钙、锶、钡、铜、铅、锌、锡、钴、镍、铁、铬、锰、锑、汞、镉、铋、铍、锂、铷、铯、钛、锆、铪、钒、铌、钽、钨、钼、镓、铟、铊、锗、铼、镧、铈、镨、钕、钐、铕、钆、铽、镝、钬、铒、铥、镱、镥、钪、钇、钍、金、银、铂、钌、铑、钯、锇、铱中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求5所述的具有光致发光功能的路面防滑涂料,其特征在于:所述光致发光纳米材料的粒径为1~100 nm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的具有光致发光功能的路面防滑涂料,其特征在于:所述的固化剂包括过氧二苯甲酰。
9.根据权利要求1所述的具有光致发光功能的路面防滑涂料,其特征在于:所述的助剂包括聚醚改性聚硅氧烷、四异丙基二钛酸酯、硫醚、二硫化合物、亚磷酸酯中的一种或几种。
